I can't leave LFLS alone today after that last chapter. Here's a color portrait of some ninpo-unlocking Leo after a long road of healing (a long, loooooong road).

It's called Karai's Last Gift. In the LFLS timeline I HC that instead of the traditional black wrappings, Karai's spirit gives Leo white ones when he unlocks ninpo. She wouldn't do anything to trigger his PTSD. It's a very fitting color as it resembles journeys, spiritual connection, and cleansing.

I cried a couple of times on this one. Once because it's emotional and once because I hate vector layers with my whole fucking heart. I'm very satisfied with how it turned out considering I doodled it so quickly. Like less than 4 hours.

This parallel hit me like a cement truck when I rewatched Anatawa Hitorijanai yesterday.

I was very inspired by First Burn off the Hamildrops soundtrack--it had me reacting to it like it was a diss track ("I know about whispers--I've seen how you look at my sister" OHHHHHHHHHH GIRL GET HIS ASS). It slaps so hard.

I made myself sad so of course I must share and make you sad too.

Spoilers for the movie, also loosely based on my own experience with trauma and "the dark spiral" that neurodivergents sometimes get stuck in. Iykyk.

And yes it is vaguely inspired by that one amazing comic (if anybody knows the creator please let me know so I can credit them, no joke I spent an hour trying to find them to no avail) where Leo's comm is on while he's in the prison dimension and everyone can hear him being beaten nearly to death.

Rise Baby, Rise Baby: the Musical UPDATE

Due to some personal issues, RBRB I going on hiatus while I work through some stuff. It's been an emotionally draining couple of weeks and the Big Sad TM is coming, so I'm taking a little pressure off myself for a little while.

That being said, I have more plans in store for the story, starting with some character perspective chapters to really get into everybody's heads. I really hope to get back to it soon as this has been so much fun and you've all been really wonderful readers!

Before you murder me: this is just how I feel after seeing fanart and fanfics of some of these guys and I am also biased towards our favorite red heads being bottoms (with Cal I didn't know where to put him honestly so I threw him with Obi Wan).

Also Din is like a wild card because this man gets shipped with so many people and in so many dynamics it's hard not to make him a true switch.

Luke is the same but he is always chaotic, Cobb and Din switch eachother so much he deserves that place and Cody, Qui Gon and Anakin are usually tops when they are shipped with someone.

Also the Hux/Kylo crowd will kill me for this but:

Topping Kylo Ren dose not make you a top, I'm sorry but Kylo is also a huge bottom. Hux would get topped by so many characters if it was possible.
