It invokes a feeling of bliss and unbelievable calm but once the effects are over, the negative returns at full force-worse than before. It causes aggression, rage and distress.

It’s a wonderful reference for a cannibal. You eat and eat to bring yourself a feeling of euphoria but once reality sets in all you can think of is what it took to gain this meat and how you’ve desecrated yourself and everything the flesh has touched.
