Howdy ๐
I just wanted to share my experience with shifting. It's something that I feel could motivate others that are questioning if shifting is real/haven't shifted yet!
When I was sixteen, I shifted! It was not on a night that I did any kind of method, I just put on some general ambiance noises from my DR (mostly just to relax, not even with the intention of shifting) and I ended up waking up in my DR.
No method, no symptoms, no affirmations.
Just a soundboard app that I had some fun with creating what I might hear when I wake up in my DR. (The app is called Lonofi, if anyone's interested)
I woke up in my DR and checked the time. I didn't even realize that I had done the very thing I'd spent a year trying to accomplish. It felt completely normal. My hand looked like my hand, even if it was completely different from what it looks like in my CR. And I remember thinking to myself:
"Oh, I woke up early. I could go back to sleep and still wake up in time for docking shift." (In my DR, I'm a mechanic on a space ship, and it was one of my jobs to help 'clear' the cargo bay to ensure that everything was working properly to safely dock with another ship. Space is scary, y'all)
I then rolled over in my bed and WENT BACK TO SLEEP. I woke up in my CR, just as my alarm was going off. It all felt so normal that I didn't even realize I had shifted.
I had always been there, and so there was no surprise when I woke up on a spaceship in deep outer space. I can not say this enough. It was so real and so normal that I didn't even think once about it until I woke up in my CR. (I've never been so upset with myself for trying to sneak another hour of sleep in, lol)
I remember how everything felt. It was so real that I can hardly even believe it even though I experienced it first hand.
I called it 'mini shifting' for a while after that because I'd been led to believe by popular 'shifttokers' that it wasn't really the real deal. But it was!
I just wanted to tell people how real shifting is. And how normal it is. There's nothing difficult about it, and if you just allow yourself to shift, you will.
(Which I know sounds just as hard as any other method that you've heard a thousand times over, but the point still stands)
Shifting is so real. And so natural. It's not magic. There's no spell that you can chant or tea that you can drink that will be better than the limitless mind you have knocking around between your ears.

THIS IS SO COOL!! thanks for sharing anon!
Before trying to shift make sure to remind yourself that what you're doing is a real attempt. It's easy to fall into going though the motions. Every. Single. Attempt. Poses are real feasible shot at shifting. There is a genuine possibility of you shifting every single time.
god please i need a fuckin break,
i need a break from work,
from my boyfriend,
from my mom,
from my room,
from this city,
this reality.
i will lay down to sleep, i will relax, and i will wake up in my desired reality. no questioning in that.
we are, that's right me and you! we are shifting tonight, already knows where you going?
hope every shifter that's having a hard time rn, feels at least, not so alone.
Superman has the ability to listen to a person's heartbeat and determine their true intentions right? I say that he subconsciously has relied on this ability for his entire life, so he never really developed the ability to read people normally.
Danny doesn't have a heartbeat.
So while everybody else is just fine with Danny, Clark is subconsciously even more unnerved by him than he is by Batman
(It doesn't help that Superman can see beyond the visible spectrum and can therefore see both Danny' human and ghost forms at once)
Danny to everybody else: A kind if skittish kid who is trying his best to be a Hero and is generally very open with his emotions
Danny to Superman in particular: An Eldritch Abomination who is unknowable in every way Batman wishes he could be
how to script your dream life and use it with any method!
hello friends! today i want to share with you how i personally script my dream life, and how this script is both my void list, states list, and precursor to almost every manifestation method i've ever used. i love scripting because it is not only a method in and of itself but it is also a simple list of everything you desire that you can now manifest using any method you love!
check back later for a link to my scripting templates. in the meantime, here are the steps to creating your perfect script from scratch with examples! all you need is a place to write it down.
step one:
time to brain dump! at the top of your page, write out every desire that comes to your head in list format. don't overthink it and don't worry if they sound silly or unrealistic; remember, absolutely anything is possible! you can write out a few desires to start or go hardcore and write out hundreds, whatever you feel inspired by. you can always come back to this step later. here is my example:
step two:
now its time to get organized! look at the desires you've written and figure out what subcategories they fall under. for example, "my eyes are light blue and gorgeous" could fall under the category of "appearance," and "i have $100,000 in my bank account" could fall under the category of "wealth and items." feel free to use any category name that makes sense to you.
step three:
now that you have a couple of categories written out and understand the structure of the script, your mind might start to have even more ideas. "ooh, now that i see revision is a category, there are a couple more things i'd like to revise..." or "why stop at one SP when i could have everyone chasing after me?" for step three, we go a little deeper into these categories and add more details of what our dream life will look like. you can also add new categories that pop into your head - in the example below, i've added "the world and society" and "skills and abilities."
note: the reason why i broke this up into multiple steps instead of just writing "write out all your desires at once" is because our brains can be mean to us and make us procrastinate if something isn't done "perfectly," so that's why adding an extra step is important to bypass the perfectionism.
optional steps:
because scripting is such a creative and expansive process, we might think of ideas we'd like to manifest in the future but not right now/not instantly. i like to organize my script further by adding another category: "future manifestations." these are ideas that i would love to manifest at some point later on but not necessarily while my dream life is manifesting right now.
another idea is separating categories even further into "instant manifestations" (manifestations that happen right now without things needing to unfold) or "perfect timing manifestations" (manifestations that slowly unfold naturally and linearly), if you want to get specific about how they show up in your life! however, these steps are completely optional and just fun details for specificity, and i can make a more detailed post on this later.
how you can use your script with any method:
scripting has been used as a successful manifesting and shifting method on its own forever because it specifically addresses one of the most important steps in the manifesting process - deciding what you want! by writing out what you want in your dream life, you can now decide that your script will manifest on its own or you can use any method under the sun to fulfill yourself within:
the void state: if you enter the void state to manifest, you could affirm "i have everything in my dream life script"
affirming: you can affirm "everything in my dream life script has come true"
visualization: you could create an imaginative scene where all of your desires from your script are fulfilled, or you can imagine looking at your script and smiling because everything came true
subliminals: you can create a very simple subliminal where all of your desires are included, or even a sub where the only affirmation is "i have everything in my dream life script"
the possibilities with scripting are absolutely endless. i hope that this guide has given you the inspiration and direction to write your own wonderful and unique script. now, go and get your dream life!
have fun! bunny ๐
Can teenage shifters please acknowledge the hypocrisy of them shifting to a reality where they're a married 30-something with kids one day, then to another reality where they're still 16 & dating another 16 yr old the next, only to complain about their maturity being affected when they return to this reality.... AND in the same breathe call shifters who are adults in this reality "predatory" for shifting to be and date highschoolers?
How can you say an adult ever shifting to be a teen again and date another teen is "predatory", but you reality hoping from adult-body livin' an adult life to teen-body livin' a teen-life is perfectly okay?
Seeing minors say "why are y'all hating on minors who script in sex? Teens get horny too๐ซค" is so fucking funny because if you can hoe-it-up for your 50 year old sugar daddy in one reality AND your 16 year old highschool sweetheart in another, then why do you get so mad if an adult shifter wants to be young and experience young love again๐ญ๐โ๏ธ
"It's disgusting for an adult to share details about their teenage love in their dr" AND SO IS MINORS TALKING ABOUT ANY ROMANTIC RELATIONSHIP WITH AN ADULT IN THEIR DR THAT INSINUATES THEM HAVING SEX, BUT YOU SEEM TO HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH THAT๐โผ๏ธ
"Even if they're a teen in their DR, if they have a teenage love interest, that means that in this reality, they're attracted to minors๐คข", you don't seem to apply that logic to instances where you shift immediately from your adult avengers dr to a hogwarts dr now do you๐คจ?
Istg, 9 times out of 10, the NSFW idea videos on shifttok are made by minors too but no one seems to gaf about that๐ญ
My point being, teenage shifters are the biggest hypocrites in the community. The bias you have towards yourselves is insane. Everytime I see a bitch say "Take breaks from shifting!! Don't rush :) ", I can't help but think about the fact that underneath the encouragement, you're belief that minor-aged shifters can shift to be any age implies the need to pressurize yourself to shift before you're an adult in this reality, otherwise experiencing young love will become nothing but a "pedophilic" fantasy in the eyes of the wider community๐
You think a subliminal won't work if it's not downloaded in WAV/FLAC/ highest quality possible? Affirm/ Decide that listening to subs in that better quality not only guarantee but increase your subliminal results!
Are you complaining & overthinking a lot ? Affirm/Decide that you're only doing that with the things that you want, aka reverse psychology!
Same goes for reality shifting!! If you're someone always thinking negative atleast use it in a way it can benefit you and your manifestation/shifting journey pls! ๐
This question has come up a lot so I decided to make a post about it :)
hi! i'm bad with introductions so here's a quick guide on how to elevate your reality shifting experience if you feel like yours is boring or you don't really know what to do once you successfully shift + tips, examples, and disclaimers if needed.
should i really explain this one? script that you have everything you want. script unusual quests. unheard of music, new colors to see for the first time. no matter how crazy or otherworldy it seems. it's your reality, your rules (as long as you're not doing anything immoral)
- a warning disguised as a disclaimer:
if you intend on scripting crazy scenarios and 'unimaginable' stories, please remember that they're real, and that they will feel real, because they ARE real. i feel like that's something that always slips away from shifters' minds.
and sure, you may script that these situations won't affect you as much or that having your cc/s by your side will make it better (which is true) but don't hurt yourself or others in the process of it all. be smart about every decision you make. and remember there is consequences. (i'm aware that infinite realities exist, and there are realities where there are no consequences. still, choosing that path is not excusable and is morally wrong IF you intend on doing awful things)
do you want to be the main character in your favorite show? do you want to create a silly world for your oc/s and live amongst them? do you want to be in your favorite games? do want to be unfathomably overpowered in your dr? do you want to have the knowledge and wisdom of a 10000+ year old being?
whatever you can possibly imagine // want, give it a go! (again, as long as you're not doing anything immoral)
do not limit yourself to your cr's laws of physics or how life generally is in your cr "like the amount of money you get per hour working at a certain cafe in singapore" and stuff like that.
there are no limits but the ones YOU set yourself!
setting yourself goals can motivate you to shift when you feel like you're at the lowest of lows, even when you feel like reality shifting isn't real (it is)
what do you wish to achieve by this shift? is it fun? is it to learn a dead language or is it to learn how to swing a katana? is it to reminisce about your past? is it to gain balance? is it simply just to say 'oh yeah i've experienced this'?
what do you wish to achieve by your shifting experience as a whole? healing your trauma? having a family and finding a place you can call home? or maybe finding someone that'll lasso the moon, stars and every celestial being for you?
by setting goals and achieving them, no matter how big or small, you will gradually build confidence and find purpose, which i find to be one of the most important things anyone, and in this case shifters, can strive for.
no like really imagine finiding your purpose alongside your cc/s, isn't that just the dream-come-true type of life? :')
be willing to try things outside of your script. some shifters seem to have an obsession with control that it sometimes feels unnatural (i'm talking about ones that make you feel like there's no way anything can go SLIGHTLY different), which is not wrong! i do it sometimes too, but doing that to every part of your script and in every dr feels exhausting and robotic almost (it's not though, because infinite realities exist, but you get what i'm trying to say)
be open to try to shift without a script, IK it is scary but try it out at least once in your journey. it'll shock you with how fun and crazy it is, you might even learn about things you'd never dreamed of knowing.
- disclaimer more like warning:
AS FOR SAFETY, please always script yourself safety measures no matter where you're going, idc if your dr is sunshine, rainbows, and happiness infuesd air. always script safety.
- tip:
you can always have a theme for your dr "to enhance the journey and better your chances of going somewhere fun". just have the key elements for the story.
- for ex.
"in a cyberpunk city in the year 3766, just beyond its borders lies a city abandoned due to radioactive fallout from a forgotten war. its secrets remain unknown, hidden within the silent remnants of a bygone era."
this way, you only know what the story is about, but you don't know how it ends, who will accompany you, what will happen.. etc.
- another tip:
for extra fun, you can script in characters that you already know from other dr/s, like the blue blazes from bubble!
taking your time to reflect is important because it allows you to understand what happened, how you felt, what you learned, where you slipped up.. etc. therefore grow and make better decisions. it's like looking in a mirror for your mind, helping you see yourself more clearly and make positive changes.
you may reflect by asking yourself questions like; what did you learn from your recent shift? how do you intend to improve? what were your weak points, and how can you strengthen them? was it something external or internal? and whatever other questions you resonate with.
- for ex.
let's say you shifted to BNHA/MHA, and you were assigned to have a training session with one of your classmates, tokoyami, for instance. and he happened to dominate that fight and ultimately win it (despite what you may have scripted)
now, ask yourself; what are some things you wanted // needed to improve on during the fight?
as for when to reflect, you may do it in so many different ways and to give you a few examples, you may instantly reflect which'll happen in your dr, either right after you finish the fight or during the fight if possible. or you may go to a wr where you watch an analysis of the fight by one of the heros or just a general analysis. or you may go back to your cr and try to remember what happened and note it down.. etc.
these are just a few i've tried and they've all worked wonderfully, (especially the second one)
- disclaimer:
as for the last one, i don't recommend it as much as the others, and it's coming from experience. i remember my memory betrayed me one time when i was analyzing a villain's quirk and i ended up with an injury due to it. yes, the injury was small and i ended up recovering in 3 days but it could've been avoided yk?
now, i must say that i realize we will have our own unique experiences, and my memory may not match yours. and i acknowledge there were things i could have done differently, but you live and you learn! แต แต แต
If Ruggie can shove twenty people down the stairs on a regular day, can you imagine what he can do if he overblot
not to harp back to a few days ago but the whole "taking phone calls in public/loud music in public/playing music and videos outloud in public is rude etc. (the list could go on)" argument is not only absurd,
(not all public spaces are going to be silent its is unrealistic, outside cannot cater to every single person as everybody has different needs, but this is not me dismissing there are concerns for people who may have sensory 'issues' or may be bothered by loud sounds)
but has ties to racism and classism, especially considering that many nonblack and white people call the police about "noise complaints" on black and brown people and poor people because the music being played at a party is 'too loud' or music from a car is being played 'too loud', which leads to them getting arrested or killed.
It also has links to gentrification, it is known that people who do complain about a community being too loud are clearly not familiar with the cultures in that area and that loud noise being a nuisance is a clear sign you are coming into a culture that isn't yours
anyway i think some of you need to read the article linked because the influx of these types of arguments is concerning.
