“Get down from there! You're gonna hurt yourself!”
As of the 21st of February I started working on a Stardew Valley fan novel and I've sorta dropped Jacques' Little Painters. I've got big ideas for it but I haven't had much to go off aside from my own imagination (which is massively hit or miss) since unlike the Stardew Valley, there aren't many drama-filled SML stories to draw inspiration from. I'm also just not feeling super motivated 😅
Aside from that, I'm working on a compilation of my favorite SML scenes. This is the first, and I'm reposting it here because it's great! I love moments where Chef Pee Pee shows he cares for Junior and I love Junior being a dumb bratty kid.
Jacques' Little Painters Chapter 1
I love Junior's naive moments lol. OITNB (the real thing) is one of my favorite shows so this was a treat! It was actually funny too 10/10 video but the ending was clearly rushed, typical of modern SML but whatever :)
I made an SML comp but the audio screwed up. I don't feel like doing it again lol. I thought of making something else so here's another favorite clip of mine. I think it's my favorite of all time! I literally sing this in my head about once a month (if I don't I explode).
Happy, belated, Valentine's Day 💌
I headcanon that Penelope gets lots of presents from the boys in class since she's the only girl in their school with a personality lol.
Tumblr's AI usage is plain silly. Literally all the posts I've seen are wrongfully flagged as mature and censored. Even from the squeakiest squeaky clean blogs I follow! A photo of a beetle backpack was labeled mature ffs. I've found out on my own blog that curse words get your posts automatically censored. Neat-o. I can't wrap my head around why the things I'm seeing posted are labeled this way though.
I hope Tumblr stops this foolishness and just hires real people to do this work instead of cleaning up after useless AI on top of that. It's terrible. It's got some of my favorite blogs completely blurred out like they're posting pornography when they're not. They're just sharing their art. Speaking of pornography, a good use of their time would be cracking down on bots tainting communities and ask boxes.
I love Tumblr more than any other social media site I've used so far. I haven't used it long but jeez it's getting so much worse in such a short time. I don't want it to become another Instagram.
