I’ve Been Getting Really Into Sally Face Again, I’ve Just Been Watching Play Throughs Of It Recently

I don’t know how I feel about this after I’m done drawing it but I thought it was a funny idea.

You don’t have to understand it.

I really wish it was summer already so I drew Zim in normal human clothes that normal humans would wear in their normal summer times.

Am I having trouble creating a digital style that I like? Absolutely

Am I using the style that I used in 6th grade to see if I vibe with it? Absolutely

Do I vibe? Perhaps

I wanted to just make Zim in a big sweatshirt because it’s fun but than I wanted to do a background so it sort of escalated to whatever this is.

It looks a little odd to me though, I think it’s because Zim is drawn at a different perspective (idk if that’s the right word) and the room is drawn at a different perspective so it doesn’t fit together. But I don’t have time to dwell on that, I have other drawings I want to do.

You ever eat an orange and bite into an orange slice and it doesn’t have a lot of juice so it tastes very dry and gross and then the next slice is full of juice and you’re like “why did you steal your sibling’s juice, orange slice?” or is it just me?

It has now been a month since I started uploading some of my drawings onto tumblr so I thought I’d redraw the first thing I uploaded. I’ve made progress and I’m proud of myself.

I love remembering that I have an assignment due at the end of the night when it’s 11:22 PM

I’d like to present to you:

Axolotl Zim

I’d like to imagine that the way axolotl Zim and Dib met was that Dib found Zim and was like “that’s unusual” and picked him up and took him home to study him and find out what he is. But it’s just tough for Zim because not only is he kinda stupid just like he normally is, he’s also small and Dib doesn’t take him as a serious threat so he’s just having a rough time trying to take over the world.

I don’t think Zim would be very photogenic, he would talk in the middle of taking pictures.

I just want them to be best buddies.
