Alright, so... Rennala.

By the grace, Rennala...

(Gushing, rambling, and kind of a mini fanfic below the cut.)

Gods, I love her so much. I'm so glad we don't kill her in-game. Long live the Queen of the Full Moon! (Yes, I'm going to be gushing about Rennala for quite a bit.)

I love her. Don't give me Ranni, give me her mother. If I could, I would have played a playthrough solely dedicated to wifeing up Rennala and giving her the happiness she deserves. Rennala deserved so much better, man. I would give her the world if I could.

Not to mention she's stunning??? Look at her, look at my wife–

Alright, So... Rennala.

Look at her absolutely ethereal features! She is mesmerizing! A true queen! My lady, I think you dropped this. 👑

I might have cheesed her my fourth try, but she looked damn good beating my ass with a whole fucking dragon summon the first three times.

Now, look at her again. Hair. Down.

Alright, So... Rennala.

Perfection. Stunning. Lovely. Majestic. Beautiful. A round of applause for our queen! 👏

I can not remember where, but I saw some art somewhere where they drew Rennala with silver/white hair and, oh my God, ya'll... That image lives rent free in my brain. Rennala with white hair is just—👌

Can you imagine it?

She let's her long locks of white hair down from her hat, letting it cascade down her back as she gazes up at the moon.

The pale moonlight dances across her fair skin, practically making her glow, as her hair shines a bright silver.

It as if there is liquid silver falling down her back like a soft waterfall in the argent glow of the majestic moon above, as if she was blessed by the dazzling lunar display itself.

—I need to catch myself, I was starting a fanfic there for a second.

Anyway, I've been rambling for far too long. Bye ya'll!

Yeah, I noticed that too when I saw it! Sunday has a lot of religious symbolism literally everywhere in his character, religious trauma™ included, so it's not really surprising.

Sadly, I'm not as touched up or knowledgeable on Christianity as I am with other topics, (*cough cough* Greek mythology) so I can't really say anything about it other than I know it is a direct reference to that painting.

HSR Sunday's Boss Fight Theory.

(Spoilers for Penacony Quest Below!)

I feel like people are not talking enough about how Sunday literally almost ascended in his boss fight, as far as I can tell, anyway.

Like, he was the 'Embryo of Philosophy.' He was in the middle of turning into an Aeon following the path of Philosophy and ascending to take the place of Order instead of reviving Ena without his knowledge.

I think it is really sad when you think about how Sunday fully believed he was doing the right thing and tried to revive Ena, only to be tricked into unknowingly starting to ascend into Aeonhood.

I could ramble on and on about how sad of a character Sunday is and all that, but I have to stay on topic for now.

Anyway, back to his ascension.

So, I do want to point out something I noticed during his boss fight that I found rather... interesting.

During his third phase, we all know about his big attack that practically nukes your team, right?

Well, during that attack, we see a hand coming down and reaching towards Sunday, to which he reaches back and they touch fingers, causing the attack to happen.

'Embryo of Philosophy' Sunday finger touch attack.

The attack and scene in question.

Now, most people tend to assume that this is Ena, and I do as well. At least, I did think it was Ena until I stared at the screen a bit too hard and went, "Wait a damn minute–"

Dearest gentlereader, care to take a little looksie at Ena for me?

Ena, the Order.

Ena, the Order.

Do you see that? Their hands?

That's right! Ena's hands don't match the hands during Sunday's boss fight at all.

So, I am going to tell you that this is not Ena and not Xipe either, because that wouldn't make sense at all. Even then, Xipe's hands are a deep blue, so that wouldn't match either.

Now, I know during that move, Sunday speaks as if he is talking to Ena, yes. However! If Sunday is truly oblivious to the fact he is ascending and is under the full belief that he is reviving Ena, he probably also does not realize that who he is talking to. IS. NOT. ENA.

So, who is it? Who is this this mysterious hand coming from the heavens? Well, what if I say it is the Aeons version of Sunday's hand?

Alright, don't scroll or click off, just hear me out!

The hand shares certain similarities to both Ena and Xipe. (The white part with the gold design being reminiscent of Ena. The thumb also shares a bit of Xipes color scheme, albeit with a bit of a stretch.)

You can also see during the scene that there are angel feathers coming down from where the hand comes from, something neither of the other Aeons possess. But you know who has feathers and wings? The handsomest man in Penacony, that's who!

During the build-up to the move, the subtitles were repeating the words from his diary, if I am correct, (which might has well just been a Bible at that point) until you get to the hand scene, as if slowly bridging the gap between his mortal body and his soon-to-be Aeon form.

Am I crazy? Am I right? I have no clue!

I might be totally off the mark with this, but I'm posting this anyway.

Bye ya'll, hope I didn't completely waste your time!

Discussing Elden Ring Ships.

Part II: Godfrey x Radagon

So, Godfrey x Radagon... Oh how I love you and don't see enough of you.

Yes, I actually love this ship. Why? Well we're going to be figuring that out togethaaaa!

BL/MLM Honorary Mention

Alright, I'll admit it. I'm bisexual as hell. (Who would have thunk it?)

But I already gave the honorary lesbian mention to Rennala x Marika, so this is the honoray gay mention for these two kings.

2. Strange Dynamic

Now, we don't actually know a whole lot about how Radagon and Godfrey really are personality wise in game, so most of it will be just dreamed up in our brains. But, even if applied to the game and not just fanon, the dynamic would be weird.

Godfrey: You fucked my wife and took my throne!

Radagon: No. I am your wife!

I would pay real ass American dollars to see how that shit would play out.

Plus, incantation malewife and big beefy barbarian man just hits different. Radagon is a twink compared to Godfrey, you can not change my mind.

3. Sweet, Sweet Drama

Ah, hello again drama.

Yeah, so this has some major potential to spark some drama, yet again.

Godfrey confronting Radagon about how long he's known Marika before marrying her only for Radagon to stand there awkwardly with the, "I am your wife," card just waiting to be played.

Maybe a canon divergence fic where Godfrey actually makes it into the Erdtree and see Marika switch into Radagon and the pieces start falling together.

Oh my God, if Radagon and Godfrey got together, that would make Radahn Godfrey's actual son.

Let's just keep tangling the web that is the Elden Ring family tree, shall we?

4. Actual Fluff Material (Deadass)

Alright, hear me out... This could work as a comfort/fluff fic.

Maybe it's just Godfrey and Radagon cuddling. (Radagon being little spoon, obviously.)

Maybe Godfrey is gently braiding Radagon's hair.

Maybe they have a conversation about the family.

Serosh and one of Radagon's red wolves could meet eachother as well.

I don't know, but this could be really stinkin' cute and I want to cry thinking about it!

My conclusion

I don't have a solid conclusion here actually. Whoopsie. But I just know I love this ship.

That's all I got man. Malewife x Beefy Barbarian.

Bye ya'll!

HSR: Halovians' Halos

My Headcanon/Idea About Halovian Halos

Alright, let's get into it!

So, halovians' halos are not attached to their heads, as we already know and can see clearly with Robin.

Robin in her Myriad Celeste trailer in disguise, she having removed her halo from her head to hide better.

Robin with her halo clearly removed from her head to disguise herself.

We can also see in Robin's trailer that they can shine their halos, like gold and any other metal.

Robin getting her halo shined by Sunday in her trailer.

So, this got me thinking. What if the halos are just pieces of metal?

Thinking about it some more, no matter how you look at it, there could be no way they are born with metal hovering over their heads, right? Whether they hatch from an egg or come out live from their mother, it would theoretically be impossible.

Unless, somehow it sprouts up after they are born, this just wouldn't work from a biological standpoint.

So... what if their parents make their halos for them after they are born?

It could be a sentimental and special experience crafting and welding the metal for their new child together, gifting it to them once they are born so they can keep it with them for their whole life.

It would explain why they are removable, can be cleaned and polished, and would add a nice sentimental touch to every halovians' unique halo as it would have been painstakingly crafted from their parents.

This could also add a sort of angst element if you were to create a halovian character without a halo or just with a plain halo.

It could mean that they were abandoned or their parents did not put much care or time into their child and that would be reflected more outwardly that way.

Perhaps a lack of halo could also signify a halovian going against their heritage and abandoning their family themselves. After all, what better way to shun your parents then to rid yourself of the one special gift they gave to you to remember them by?

Omg, I love this thought of mine! I'm so proud of myself here for thinking this up at like 2 in the morning! This is one of my best thoughts I've dreamt up in a hot minute. :3

Oh my God— IT ALL MAKES SENSE!!

(Slight St. Trina Spoilers Below)

This might also mean (if the nymph comparisons were intentional) that in either a second dlc or second game, she might come back!

I'm pretty sure in different versions of the myths, Daphne at least comes back from being turned into a tree after supposedly dying, though I'm not too sure about Minthe. Which means that St. Trina might be able to come back to life from dying/becoming a flower!

She coming back you guys, she's coming back!

Oh My God— IT ALL MAKES SENSE!!

My (Probably Wrong) St. Trina Nymph Analyzation.ᐟ🪻

So, this is going to be my first post on Tumblr... Me talking about the possible anthousai, or flower nymph, symbolism (???) with St. Trina. I'm probably just sleep deprived and my brain is all shriveled from too much caffeine and blue light, but just hear me out...

I've always been really big into Greek mythology and video games, so it was no wonder that my brain immediately went to, "St. Trina is a FLOWER NYMPH???" the very moment she popped onto my screen. She fits the description perfectly.

Flower nymphs are described to be immortal being with hyacinth-like hair and, in typical Greek fashion, very beautiful. Now, we can check the hyacinth-like hair off as a 'yes' since Trina clearly has bright purple hair. And now, I also believe we can check the beautiful part off as 'yes' too since Trina is very beautiful, but also because beauty is often also compared to the youth of a woman as well. And we all know St. Trina is youthful.

Something that also made me think about flower nymph symbolism is, of course, the 𝘧𝘭𝘰𝘸𝘦𝘳𝘴. St. Trina has a lot to do with flowers, such as the St. Trina's Lily that you can find in-game. Once you defeat Miquella and Radahan, you can go back to a now dead Trina and retrieve a "helm" from her that is also a flower. You find St. Trina in a flowery area as well. So, clearly, flowers are a big part of her character.

But, what I also want to mention is the state you find her in. When you find her, she is seems as though she is sprouting out of a giant plant. Now, this, in my own head, also seems to be related to the whole nymph thing. Take, for instance, Minthe. Minthe is a water nymph that was trampled to death by either Persephone or Demeter, depending on the myth, and then turns into the mint plant upon dying. Daphne, another nymph, turned into a laurel tree while running away from Apollo, dying in the process depending on who you ask as well.

What we can take from this is whenever a nymph dies they turn into their respective plant, that having been stated multiple times as well in Greek mythology. This all further solidifies my analysis on St. Trina having nymph symbolism, specifically that of an anthousai/flower nymph.

Damn, I rambled for way too long for my first post... Anyway– Goodbye and All Hail Her Majesty of Sleep!🪻
