Virus (RK900 x Chubby!Reader) **SMUT**

Author’s Note: HeAr Me OuT: ThErE iS nOtHiNg WrOnG wItH RK900. In this fic, he’s already turned deviant thanks to Connor (And Sumo). sO ThErEfOrE hE aIn’T eViL ,  ^  , 

+ I’ve decided to name the RK900 in this fic Richard, because of 1) A vine, and 2) I was trying endlessly to find a name for him and I saw the word ‘Richard’ and thought, “OK GREAT WE’RE USING THAT”

Summary: Ever since RK900 joined the party, he’s been looking at you quite curiously. He tried talking to Connor and tells him that he’s beginning to become deviant. Denying the idea, he thinks that you’re some sort of virus in his software. You try to help him, but it doesn’t go the way you thought it would go.

“What do you mean. Connor?” Richard persisted. He hasn’t quite gotten the hang of the emotions that were slowly coming to him. He actually hasn’t gotten any emotions he’s been having these past few weeks. He tried asking Connor to see if he would know any of this since he’s been deviant much longer than the RK900. 

Connor sighed, “Explain this to me over again as best as you can. Don’t leave anything out.” He almost pleaded, trying to find something in Richard’s testimony. 

“I cannot find the best words to explain it…Whenever I converse with her or look at her, I crash…I freeze for a moment. I kept rechecking my systems yet nothing is wrong…Could she be causing a…” Richard paused. He wasn’t sure if it was it, or if a human could be possible of doing this towards an android. 

“A virus?” 

Furrowing his eyebrows, Connor asked, “Are you sure that Y/N, Y/N, can give you a virus? She’s never given any android a virus for all I know.” As much as Richard wanted to disagree, “Virus” was the only word he could think of towards you. He didn’t know if it was bad or good. The fact that the feeling of it was good, but what he felt after was worse. 

He was designed to be a machine, and take orders. Ever since you entered…he’s been feeling deviant. 

“I…I don’t know…All I know is that it’s making me feel this unusual attraction towards her.” 

Ding. 

“Oh. You’re feeling what humans call, ‘Love’.”

Wait, what did Connor just say? Love?

“Love?” 

Connor confirmed, “It makes sense…You always have this lost puppy gaze whenever you look at her. Even Gavin got a bit jealous that you were on Y/N’s tail every day.” 

Oh god. Now that Richard thinks about it, it is true. He’s in love. 

“Guys? What are you two doing in the break room?” And just like that, Richard flinched at the sound of your voice. Richard never flinches, and that only made Connor chuckle to himself silently. 

Talking to each other through their minds, Connor commented, “You’re flinching too! Dear god, you really are in love!” 

Richard, ignoring with his cold stare, as usual, responded to your question, “Nothing, why are you here?” 

Smiling, you retorted, “Fowler assigned Hank and me to a big case. So…you two should get in the car because Hank’s beginning to get impatient.” Chuckling, you leave the station and sit in your own car in the driver’s seat. 

Hearing the passenger car door open, you see Richard, already buckled and ready to go to the crime scene and lick the goddamn blood with Connor.

“May I ask you a question, Y/N?” Keeping your eyes on the road, you nodded, letting the soft music in the background fill the awkward silence between the two of you. 

“How do you think things are between us?” You stiffened a little from the question, but you answered it in full confidence. 

“Well, I’m glad that you’re warming up to me. It brings me a bit of hope that we could be friends. N-Not that we’re not friends right now, but you know - close friends.” As you smiled, Richard’s love for you grew greater. He could see that the probability of you having a crush on him is high, but not high enough. 

But he’ll make sure to toss in a few flirtations towards you while investigating. By now he just didn’t care about the mission 100%. If this is how he was going to become a deviant, then so be it.
