Glad you like the boi I had a fun time making him. The animal tamer theme was a small reference to Abel's original role in the bible, y'know a shepherd? (He herded sheep but shhh) The hoop for a head at first was to just to make him look different from Caine but I realized later that it could also be a reference to those hoops that big cats are trained to jump through in actual circuses. Believe it or not but if you pay attention, this Abel has the same heterochromia eyes Caine does just color flipped. One last thing about my version of Abel is that his relationship with Caine is a lot like responsible younger sibling and impulsive older sibling but both are the same level of chaotic silliness somehow.

I also like your Able too, he's a vengeful lil lad. But that's for a good reason so I understand why. Kinda wonder if Caine feels sorry or if the cast ever finds out. They'd be maaaad.

Abel!

Aka, my own personal take on the speculation surrounding C&A.

There's biblical imagery in TADC if you look for it, especially when it comes to our beloved Ringmaster himself, Caine, who's believed to be named after the first murderer in the bible. That paired with the C&A logo that briefly shows up has led people to believe that Caine had a brother named Abel.

This is just what I think Abel would look like if he does show up in the future or at all. I imagine Abel's an AI, like Caine, but is surprisingly emotionally intelligent and ran the program that allowed humans to leave the circus. (Slight reference to @fannele's version of Able) If we follow the pilot, then something happened to him, but since Caine was described to be a silly guy by @gooseworx themselves, I don't think he had anything to do with it. (If he did it might've been an accident.) The programmers might have potentially removed Abel or accidentally deleted him for some reason, we can't know for sure.

Those are just my thoughts on Abel and whether it's right or wrong, I don't really care. I just like how this guy came out! I'll be honest though, I probably should've chosen a better pose that convey's Abel's personality a bit more. That and he just generally looks like Caine but with a different outfit and a different head. He low-key looks like if Caine wanted a to wear a very slight Sonic themed outfit.

Idk, I guess I just subconsciously wanted Caine and Abel to be twins. (Darn it ninja turtles you have invaded my brain even now!!).

I've been drawing more Mn9 recently and I've been wanting to experiment with rendering for a while now so this franchise will be my playground. Just don't expect them anytime soon, I've got stuff to take care of.

Last night I did some doodles while listening to Steven Universe and picked out a few to color.

Here are those doodles I promised, just more interactions between cousins as well as two doodles with April and May.

I saw Sonic the Hedgehog 2 in theaters last week and I loved it. I also saw Wade adopting Shadow.

I fucking love that idea but I love Rachel and Randall adopting Shadow even more.

I actually CAN'T unthink it now.

Just image: Maddie's badass sister who wasn't too fond alien hedgehogs know lives with one. Not just any alien hedgehog, but an edgy one.

Does anybody headcanon that Mikey or Leo from ROTTMNT sometimes mix up their words or just forget specific words that they have to then translate to Raph and Donnie what the word is?

Like Leo will ask for Raph to pass over the syrup but can't remember the name so he calls it, "waffle water." Or when Mikey hands Donnie his mug he forgets the word coffee and ends up calling it "bean juice."

Surprise doodles I forgot to post!

When I first brought up this au, I toyed with the idea that Zero was based on Roll and Protoman, I've been thinking about it a lot lately and drew up a few doodles of Roll using Zero's sprites as a reference. The irony isn't lost on me but I like em so much I just had to share.

If you're wondering why her skirt's missing, it's because Roll has her game face on in these doodles. The skirt is removable and in this au, Roll throws it off when she locks in. So far I haven't thought of when she does this, probably after Wily gets away one too many times or she's just had it with his schemes. Maybe it could be a callback to when Rock was contemplating killing Wily that one time? Only difference is putting Roll in Rock's place.

Idk some food for thought.

Anyways, I'll leave off with two photos the twins took while visiting their little brothers at work.

One more thing about this AU that imma do here is just call the boys using their nicknames. I just like saying DaVinci, Sanzio, Niccolo, and Simoni. I think those names are fun.

Also thought of what other fun nick names the Rise boys would give their cousins.

Blue (Rise Leo): Vinnie, Vin, Cici, Vincent, Sanni D, Zio, Zizi, Nic, Nico, Colo loco, Momo, Nini, Simon and Simo

Wooooo boy, it's been a while since I've posted anything here-

Feel free to enjoy some doodles of one of the lesser known MegaMan characters from the MegaMan MegaMix manga: Piano. (Her alternate names are Tone or Clef)

She didn't really have a huge role in the manga, specifically being created just to explain stuff to the reader and the other characters in the manga. She was ultimately cut in favor of a more natural flow for the manga.

That doesn't mean she's not interesting though. In universe, Piano was built to look after Bass and make sure he stayed in line. She's like his opposite and has no combat ability of her own, instead being in control of several gadgets. Fitting, since Bass is named Forte in the MegaMix and in music Forte is opposite to Piano.

I've known about her for a while and have seen a few posts of Piano so I'd thought that I'd throw in my own doodles. As well as how in how I'd imagine her personality, inspired by @miserymet's interpretation of the character. (You should check them out, their art style is so good and their comic's really interesting so far)

So, what's Piano like? I'm thinking quiet, polite, and small. She speaks with a soft but flat voice. I also imagine she's shy too, often hiding away to tinker with her gadgets or clean something or other at the Wily Castle. I'd also think it'd be funny if she reads Wily's diary when she gets bored, so she's sneaky too.

Forte doesn't think much of her at first and Piano tolerates his attitude, but eventually they bond over making fun of Wily's poor decisions. Maybe Forte starts to care about her little by little and Piano begins to enjoy his presence more and more. They do still bicker at times, but they do form a bond.
