now, you might ask yourself: “what the hell do you mean by that?”. well, let me explain it to you, because realizing this did in fact change my perspective on shifting.
we all know that we live in a world with endless possibilities. there are infinite versions of realities which exist simultaneously, every single one of them is as real as the next one. considering this fact, there is an infinite amount of outcomes of each act.
when you attempt to shift and you wake up in your 3D the first thing you think about is probably something like: “why didn’t i shift? what did i do wrong?”. love, you did everything perfectly.
remember, there is a version of you that shifted that night. there will always be a version of you that shifts after a “failed attempt”. there are two outcomes: you either shift or you fail, but!
by waking up in your 3D you simply become aware of a version of yourself that failed to shift to one specific reality. but it does not mean that a version of you who shifted does not exist. it’s quite the opposite.
looking at the LOA and the theory of multiverse we can all agree on the fact that it is impossible for you to not shift. you either become aware of a reality where you shifted or of a reality where you failed. those two coexist with each other. looking at it from another perspective, you always shift. you are literally simply unable to fail, because as i said, there will always be two possibilities - two realities following an attempt to shift.
how can you talk down on yourself knowing that there are always an infinite amount of outcomes to each act? how can you doubt your abilities when you are the one who decides of which reality they will become aware of? you hold more power than you can even imagine - and that is wonderful. treat shifting as a wonderful journey of self-discovery, realizing your true potential as well as your power. isn’t this amazing how you can shape your reality exactly the way you want it to be? isn’t this wonderful how fluid and limitless being you are, having a chance to experience every single thing, moment, reality that you could ever desire?
This morning I shifted through sleep paralysis to like five different places but kept leaving. I was scared half to death because I hate speed running shifting. But I went to Edo period Hokkaido and soaked in an onsen, then went on a boat ride. So that was nice. Usually, I abstain from forms of social media because hearing bad news interferes with my daily mood to the point I won’t want to go outside. But I did it anyway. And I feel better now but I just can’t get over how nightmarish this world is in many ways. I just can’t fathom why there is such callousness about the lives and wellbeing of others and it makes me sick. That’s to say, well if it disgusts me so much why don’t I just leave personally. Well, the way reality works is that everything is happening all at once even in relatives where time freezes. So all that ever was and will be is right now. Which is why we can flit back and forth between times in different universes and realities with no issue. Just because you are not experiencing it doesn’t mean that it ceases to exist.
Even if you shift away from this reality, a part of yourself will still be hear running your life. I like to correlate it to essentially keeping it warm for your return. Like an understudy who may or may not fill indefinitely. This is not a separate version of you. This is you. Which means that there is no reason to neglect this reality even if you loathe it. Think of it as the evening before your trip. You won’t cease to take care of your needs or eat just because you will be gone in a couple hours. Whether or not you neglect your needs, whoever picks up the slack will still be a part of you, regardless of where your consciousness is. This does not mean that you will have to experience it. If you truly wish to, whatever part of your concussioness is aware of this reality will stop perceiving if once you leave. Complicated I know but stay with me. Below is a diagram that I made to explain it. Save it I don’t mind, sorry it’s a bit small.
There is a dominant personality of sorts that you assume at birth in this reality that aids you. But this is not a necessity for every really you go to. And since it is not universal, it can thus be shed at will once your reality status no longer needs it. But because your conscious mind has become quite comfortable with its waking personality, it will not unless prompted. I would compare your consciousness kind of like a lazy old dog that does just not to please you but no more than prompted. If you really are in such utter pain with this reality but you find yourself stuck. I would focus first on dealing with that situation and those emotions. When I feel overwhelmed and anxious about life, I decide whether I can fix it and whether I am at fault. If I cannot fix it, then I work to let it go. And if I’m at fault, I try to accept my part in it and work to do better. If you are not ready to move on than don’t force it just let yourself feel what is natural, and when you are ready move to solve it.
Now when I want to shift first I remind myself that I am not in control of this world and did not create. We don’t create our realities we simply choose them or encounter them by chance. It’s basically like a lottery if our minds are open enough. Then I listen to music until i repeat to myself that I am safe and somewhere I want to be. And I’ll say that until I feel less anxious and then just daydream or sleep. Then I’ll shift if I feel like it.
When you are dealing with thoughts like these. Whether you like it or not. The power is in your hands once you become conscious of it. You can fix it or let it be decided for you. Most people are not responsible for the terrible things that happen to them, that is true. So first deal with it how you can to make yourself feel less stress, and then push on to try. Life moves forward with or without you. So much is pushed out to us through the media that we are made to feel as if we are at fault for permitting the wrongdoing in this world. Humans will continue in this reality to slight one another until the Earth fails them. That’s what we have conditioned ourselves to be. Focus on being a good person and attempting to do right by yourself and others. Because we’re not learning anytime soon from the mistakes of our predecessors and more pain will only come.
I think I’ll post next about the use of auditory aids in shifting (music, subliminal, frequencies) maybe on Sunday. There are a few more topics I still have left to write about but the little guide is almost done, thank god. It’s about 50 pages. And I think I’ll post another two or three excerpts from it before I edit it. then someone other than me gets the pleasure of reading it to make sure it’s not just rambles. stop worrying
i manifested majority of my dream life in 3 months, simply because i stopped worrying. i stopped asking "how" or "when", i stopped wondering if i needed to take extra steps or if i needed to put in work. i stopped worrying about if i was doing the right methods or if the process was happening. i stopped asking and started doing; started affirming daily, reminding myself, stopped wavering, interrupted negative thoughts immediately during occurance and replaced them with positive ones.
i used to have no path in life, i didn't have a job, friends, a relationship, wasn't in school, depressed, struggling with an eating disorder. i was literally living the staple life that most people would absolutely dread.
i switched the entirety of my purpose around simply by telling myself otherwise. i rejected what others told me what my "reality" and replaced it with what i truly wanted. within 3 months, i was socializing more than i had in the last 3 years. i was getting opportunities i used to dream about.
and remember, it only took me 3 months because that's how long i choose for it to take. there were times where i would say "this will come next week" instead of "this will come within 0.00001 seconds". therefore, i got my results by next week instead of instantly. you choose your time period.
Making the law of assumption click for you...
An assumption is something you accept as true without proof. Let that sink in. You don’t wait for evidence. You don’t need anyone to confirm it for you. You simply accept it as true. That’s it. That’s how the law of assumption works.
Every assumption you’ve ever made has shaped your reality. You assume the sun will rise tomorrow, so it does. You assume certain people will act a certain way toward you, and they do. You assume you’re good or bad at something, and your reality reflects that back. You didn’t need proof for any of these things—you just accepted them as true, and your world conformed.
TYou don’t need proof to assume something. You just decide it’s true.If you keep waiting for proof, you’re stuck. Why? Because proof comes AFTER the assumption, not before. The moment you assume something, your reality reflects it. That’s the order.
So if you want something, you don’t sit around asking, “Where’s the proof? How do I know it’ll happen?” You skip all that nonsense. You just accept it as true now, in this moment, without needing anyone or anything to validate it. You want a specific person? Assume they’re already yours. Want money? Assume it’s flowing to you. Want the perfect body? Assume you already have it.
Assumptions are not dependent on logic, circumstances, or anyone else’s opinion. They’re YOUR choice. Reality doesn’t care if you have proof. The only thing it responds to is what you accept as true.
So stop looking around for evidence. Stop trying to "convince" yourself or the world. That’s backwards. The second you assume it’s true, it’s DONE. You don’t need to justify it, explain it. Just accept it as true and let the law do the rest.
An assumption doesn’t wait for proof. It creates proof. That’s the power you have. Use it wisely.
It's so easy it's freakin ridiculous. You "get" what you want because you are it already. There is no separation between you and anything you could ever "want" because it's you. Stop over complicating it. It's done now because you are here now and now is all there is. You are all there is. You're not getting anything, it's just who you are.

🌑 How to enter the Void state (Part 2) and shift reality
In this second part, we will use either lucid dreaming (LD), sleep paralysis (SP), or astral projection (AP) to access the void state and/or shift realities.
These methods are not commonly used because they require practice and may be frightening due to negative hallucinations or mental projections that can arise in these states. However, here are the advantages of using them:
Simplicity once mastered: after gaining control, entering the void state or shifting realities becomes straightforward. You just need a clear intention and absolute certainty that it will happen.
Suitable for everyone: especially beneficial for those who struggle with the first method, providing a nightly opportunity to access the void state or shift realities
Flexibility between states: once you’ve mastered one state, switching between them to enter the void or shift becomes easy.
🔻🔻The key is to stabilize yourself before proceeding.🔻🔻
My favorite combinations - Sleep paralysis → Void state → Shift - Lucid dream → Void state → Shift
Whether you use LD, AP or SP, there are 3 key principles to remember:
🔑Maintain positive or neutral thoughts and emotions
Negative hallucinations only happen due to your thoughts or emotions. Nothing bad can happen to you (unless you believe it can). At worst, you’ll just wake up.
→ To avoid negative projections : (1) Affirm during the day that these states are enjoyable and safe for you. (2) Before bed, listen to music that puts you in a good mood, (3) and during these states, focus on positive or funny thoughts.
🔑Stabilize in these states
Once you’re in one of these states, stabilize yourself before doing anything else.
E.g. In SP: don’t panic. First, stabilize yourself by staying calm and taking your time to breathe. Then, focus on the next step, to access the void. E.g. In a LD : If you miss the chance to shift (the dream fades, and you find yourself awake in the dark), keep your eyes closed and try to induce SP or astral projection (AP). Once you’re stabilized in either state, you can choose to enter the void, shift to another reality.
🔑Align Attention, Intention, and Thoughts
They must be perfectly aligned to enter the void, switch states, or shift realities. This may take practice.
Tips: Before You Sleep Take a moment to plan what you’re going to do. Spend at least 2 minutes clearly affirming your intention: which method you will use (lucid dreaming, astral projection, or sleep paralysis) and why (to access the void or shift). Also, decide which state you will choose to switch to in case of failure.

Once you are in SP, stay calm and maintain positive or neutral thoughts.
Stabilize yourself in this state by staying still, closing your eyes, and breathing slowly and calmly.
🌑 To enter the Void state
Keep your eyes closed
Focus on the intention of "now" to enter your Void state: imagine floating without a body in total darkness, and confidently affirm (in your mind) that you’re already there. Repeat:
“I am now in the Void.”
“I can enter the Void now.”
🌌 To shift realities from SP
Keep your eyes closed
Acknowledge your intention to be in your DR. Focus on the colors and shapes that appear behind your eyelids, then:
Affirm firmly: “I am now in [DR's name].”
Or, visualize yourself physically present in your DR and using your senses (e.g., imagine waking up in your DR and trying to feel the sheets, etc.).

Once you’re lucid in your dream, ground yourself in the scene without trying to control it. Simply observe the details around you and feel everything.
Once your dream is stable :
🌑 To enter the Void state
(In your dream) Take a deep breath, close your eyes, and affirm that [you are "now" in your void state] until you feel yourself there.
🌌 To shift realities from LD
Take a deep breath, close your eyes
Focus on your DR and affirm that [you are waking up in your DR]
Try to wake up with the certainty that you will do so in your DR, imagining yourself there.

Once you’re in astral projection, engage all your senses (touch a wall, smell flowers, feel different textures, etc.) to stabilize yourself in the astral world.
🌌 To shift realities from AP
With certainty, think that you will return to your physical body that belong to your DR, in your desired reality.
Tip: If you have a script for your DR, find an image of the room where you will wake up that matches a room in your DR and focus on returning to your physical body in that room, which belongs to your DR.
🌑 To enter the Void state
(this method may not work for everyone)
In the astral world, with your astral body, lie down on the ground. Close your eyes and focus strongly on entering the Void.
→ During astral projection, thought is enough to manifest everything you want in your astral world.
