Hey, guys! Wowie, it’s been awhile since I posted some writing on here. I want to clarify that this is in no way replacing the Space AU. That is still being worked on a lot (We literally talk about it every day. Every. Day.) but this is something of my own that I came up with and wanted to share it with you all. I have some ideas for how to continue this AU, so if you guys want me to continue with this story, feel free to let me know. I hope you guys will enjoy this as much as I enjoyed writing it! :D

Craig tightened his grip on his backpack as he trudged across the path through the woods. “Those assholes…” he muttered angrily. The slightly torn up notebook in his arms was still drying from being thrown in the mud, so Craig had decided to take a shortcut to both avoid seeing the ones responsible for destroying his book, and it was slightly quicker to get home. Which was good because all Craig was worried about was bringing the book home before it got damaged even more. He looked down and sighed as he saw the bright, orange leather cover, now coated with mud and dirt. It baffled Craig that people at his school could be so cruel to the point where they had attempted to destroy one of his most valued possessions.

Just a practice
I made a post earlier about this art work I made. I kinda gave it a story but not really. So I’m bored and am going to write one. Hope you like it.
Depending on how well this goes I’ll go ahead and post Part 2.
(PS I’m writing this on computer /mobile. So if you see any typos it’s because I didn’t catch them)

……….
The day started off relatively easy. Relatively normal to say the least. Evan, Tyler, and Marcel had gone for a stroll down the block. Making sure their city was in order.
They didn’t want to waste money owning the streets if someone was going to move in on their turf and try to claim it.
Then again, a lot of gangs saw them as a ridiculous bunch of clowns with the way they acted. So having other gangs run in and challenge them wasn’t a very big surprise.
The sun had set by the time they got a call from Brian telling them to come to the pier.
“What do you mean? Delirious was fine when we left!” Evan glanced over to Tyler as he sped his car through traffic. From the look on Marcel’s face he was just as concerned as him. Evan gasped as Tyler swore and almost dropped his phone while slamming on the brakes.
“Fucking shit, is he injured? Then what the hell’s wrong with him?” Evan sat up straighter and listened as Tyler questioned if Delirious was on a drug trip. It seemed like forever when they finally made it to the pier. Once out of the car Marcel and Evan made to run onto the pier before Tyler waved them both over to the beach explaining that Brock, Brian, Lui, and Delirious were under the pier.
“Apparently Lui asked Brian and Brock to drive him here to make sure no one was on his turf. After walking the beach they found Delirious under the pier with his lower body in the water. The tide was coming in soon and they tried getting him to talk or move, but he just kept laying there. They moved him, but so far he hasn’t said anything or even moved.” At Tyler’s explanation Evan and Marcel shared a look, but said nothing.
Approaching, they could see their clown-faced friend propped up against one of the pier’s wooden posts, shoulders slumped, legs stretch out in front of him, hands in his lap, and a blank stare stretching far out in front of him.
Brian was standing over him hands on his hips, while Brock paced back and forth. Lui was sitting next to Delirious scooping the beach sand into a mound.
Evan wasted no time in running for his friend, sliding into the sand next to his friend his took the clown by the shoulders and shook him lightly. “Delirious! Hey man!”
“Evan, shut up, Brock already said he isn’t responding to anything.” Tyler said with no real venom behind it. In the car he was annoyed, but seeing Delirious in the state he was in hit him like a truck and replaced his bitchiness with downright worry.
Normally, Delirious was animated and bright-eyed, but this looked like the shell of what he once was. Judging from the way he looked this was in no way a drug trip. His eyes looked normal, just a little empty and no light behind them. If it were drugs he’d have reacted to something by now, late or not.
Evan sighed and sat back away from Delirious. Lui gave him a glance, but didn’t stop scooping sand. Evan could hear the guys talking behind him, and he took the time to study Delirious closely.
His clown make up wasn’t smudged or faded, so it was safe to say he’d came straight to the beach for whatever reason. And studying his lips the red paint wasn’t messed up, so it was safe to say that he hadn’t talked too much or at all. Or eaten.
Evan turned his attention downward and ran a hand over Delirious’ pants.
Wet, he slid his hand further up and found that the wetness didn’t stop at his pants, but climbed up to his shirt and hoodie. Without really knowing when Delirious came, it was hard to say if he intentionally sat so far deep in the water, or if it was the climbing of the tide. Evan leaned forward and patted Delirious’ pants checking his pockets. With a bit of an uncomfortable angle he fished out his friend’s now ruined phone and wallet. Setting them down next to himself in the sand, ignoring when Lui scooped up the items, he reached into Delirious’ hoodie.
In the left pocket he found nothing, but in the right he felt a small plastic bottle. Without seeing what it was his stomach fell and he pulled it all the way out.
It was a pill bottle, prescription from the looks of it, but the labeling was scratched off viciously enough that it dug into the plastic, leaving only bits of the paper and the glue residue. There were a generous amount of pills inside, pushing up to the lid; it didn’t look like one was even missing with the way the bottle was stuffed.
Grasping the lid he twisted it open slowly and pulled it off just the same. The pills rolled off the rim and spilled out into the sand.
Just as he thought, no pill was missing, but it made him reconsider if these pills were prescription, because no pharmacy fills the bottles this much.
Glancing back to his friend, he startled as he found his friends empty blue eyes no longer staring into the horizon, but burning straight into his.
Evan breathed out quickly his heart racing from the surprise. It was like a jump scare in a horror game.
The blue eyes froze him to the spot; Delirious hadn’t even moved his head, just his eyes.
They still held no clarity, it was as if Evan’s friend was staring into a fogged up mirror. Staring at the fogged image, but not being able to decipher what it was.
Evan shifted a bit forward prepared to speak, to ask if Delirious was okay, but he found after he blinked Delirious was now looking at the pill bottle in his hand.
Evan stilled at this. He glanced down to the bottle and to Delirious’ eyes before slowly moving the bottle, testing to see if Delirious would follow it. Unfortunately he didn’t, he just stared emptily to the spot the bottle had been.
Evan glanced down to the bottle and the pills in the sand. Turning his head down to Lui he found the kid didn’t witness Delirious’ minor reaction to Evan’s presence.
Instead Lui was going through Delirious’ wallet.
Rolling his eyes and snatching it away, he turned back to Delirious and found him staring dead-eyed into the distance once more.
Sighing Evan closed the pill bottle and stood up, brushing the sand off his pants before waving Lui to follow him. The kid scowled at him for taking Delirious’ wallet away, but stood up to follow.
Evan walked up to the guys as they recalled how they found Delirious and what they did to try and get his attention.
Evan presented the bottle to the group and immediately all was quiet. “These were in Delirious’ hoodie pocket,” he explained. Brock snatched the bottle away and opened it up examining the pills; rolling them around in his hand and pressing them in his fingers, smelling the bottle, and licking a pill. “These aren’t street made, these are pharmaceutical. I don’t know what they are though.” He said closing the bottle and examining the remains of the label.
It rattled as it was passed to Brian next. “I didn’t hear anything when we picked him up,” he said sounding a little deflated. Evan shook his head and took the bottle away from his friend.
“It was stuffed to the brim. There was no room for them to even move around. When I opened it pills literally spilled everywhere. I don’t know about you Brock, but I’m fairly certain pharmacies don’t just stuff prescription medication like this,”
Brock shrugged and adjusted his sunglasses. “I’m sure they don’t, Evan. But those aren’t illegal drugs,” he said with a sigh. Evan felt for him, Brock had taken to being a mother-hen of sorts, probably because he was the more mature of the bunch. Or at least that’s what everyone said.
“But guys if the bottle was full, then why is Delirious the way he is?” Marcel asked quietly. All heads snapped up except for Evan’s, as he’d already knew Delirious couldn’t have taken any of these pills.
“I don’t know, if these really are prescription then that means Delirious had avoided taking them, or didn’t take them in time,” Evan said turning to steal a glance at his incoherent friend.
“Guys, Delirious would have told us if something was wrong with him; if he absolutely needed to take them, right?” Marcel rushed out hopefully.
Tyler was the first to react to Marcel’s question. “If Evan is right about him avoiding taking these then I think he wouldn’t tell us. Besides, he won’t even give us his real name! Why would he tell us of a sickness if he doesn’t trust us?” Tyler growled out. Everyone felt the betrayal in his voice, but no one said anything.
Brock sighed and stepped away from the group, kicking the sand before taking off his sunglasses and heading over to Delirious. No one said anything, just watched him leave. Evan could see Brian wanted to follow, but he stayed firmly in place watching his friend walk away to try and bring Delirious back.
“What do we do? Do we call someone?” Evan asked quietly.
Tyler rolled his eyes and threw his hand in the air dismissively. “Who are we gonna call? The police? They’ll shoot us on sight, Evan!”
“Well we can’t just leave him here like this!” Evan argued exasperated with worry and fear for his friend. Tyler turned on him quickly jacket flaring and arms spread wide in annoyance. “No one said we were leaving him here fuck face!” he cried out in anger at the accusation that he’d be willing to leave his friend alone on the beach while unable to defend himself if something were to happen. Tyler’s outburst caused Lui to jump back behind Evan, though Tyler didn’t acknowledge it, he regretted it. Brian sighed in defeat and turned away from his friends to join Brock.
Marcel stepped up a bit and waved his hands between the two. “Guys calm down. We just need to call Luke!” Evan and Tyler immediately turned to Marcel eyes wide in surprise at the suggestion of calling Delirious’ detective ex-friend.
“He’s known Delirious the longest! He’ll know what to do!” he finished once he realized he had their attention. Tyler scoffed and turned away. “Oh right, like he’ll help us! He told Delirious not to join us!” Marcel shook his head, “Even if he doesn’t want anything to do with Delirious because of us, we got to find out what’s wrong with him!” Tyler only waved a hand at his friend, but from the look on his face he knew it was the only thing they could do for now.
“Any luck snapping him out?” Brian asked removing his sunglasses and approaching Brock and their unresponsive friend. Brock turned to him and shook his head, his hands on Delirious’ shoulders as if he was trying to shake Delirious into returning to normal.
The feat that had already been proved a failure.
“No! He hasn’t even blinked!” Brock said gesturing to Delirious’ reddening eyes. Brian knelt down next to Brock but did nothing, as his friend carefully pulled Delirious’ eyelids down and closed his eyes.
Pulling his hand away Brock waited with a frozen breath as Delirious opened his eyes. Brian hoped that it would trigger Delirious to blink for himself, but after a moment of waiting he never did.
Brian sighed and Brock let out a frustrated groan. “What do we do?” he asked more to himself than Brian, as he knew Brian wouldn’t have an answer either.
Gripping Delirious’ shoulders once more he gave him a harder shake and whined out worriedly, “Delirious come on! You’re freaking us out!”
“So how do you guys expect us to contact Luke? Not like any of us have his number,” Tyler asked glancing up to Marcel. “Delirious could have had his number, but his phone was in his pocket while he was in the water. It’s ruined now,” Evan explained somberly. Marcel deflated and Tyler shook his head while pinching the bridge of his nose.
Evan glanced down and remembered he still had Delirious’ wallet. Shoving the pill bottle into his pocket he brought up the wallet and opened it up. Ignoring the fact that Delirious’ driver’s license was inside he searched through the billfold and pulled out pieces of papers and receipts and any card he could find.
Closing it quickly he shoved the wallet into the same pocket with the pills and flipped through his findings. He found two cards that were worth anything. One was a blank white card with the words “in case you need me” written on it with a number, and the other was a business card to the department Luke worked at, with several numbers on it.
“So we got an unknown number and we got a business card. Who do we want to call?” Marcel shrugged and glanced at the white card, reading it then grimacing. “That sounds kind of sexual.”
Evan rolled his eyes and shook his head. “Well, we can call the number and check to see if it’s him, after all Luke was Delirious’ best friend. What if they met up and he gave Delirious his personal number in case he needed help?” Evan suggested.
Marcel shrugged and moved to grab the card when he suddenly shrieked and jumped back. Tyler and Evan made to grab for their guns at Marcel’s sudden startle before Marcel waved them off apologetically. “Oh my god! That fucking scared me it was like a horror game!” Marcel said pointing past Evan and Tyler.
Turning their heads they found Delirious staring back at them with the same blank expression. The only difference was that, instead of turning his eyes like he did with Evan, he turned his whole head. Brock had Delirious by the shoulders and in turn he had his hands gripping Brock’s forearms loosely.
“Delirious!” a squeaky voice called out happily. All eyes, even Delirious’, shot over to the kid as he ran to his older friend excitedly. Evan followed Lui quickly, excited as well to see Delirious finally moving and reacting to things, Marcel and Tyler close behind.
Brian caught Lui from under his arms as he tried to hug Delirious, “Hold up there Lui, he needs some space right now.”
Brock helped Delirious to his feet and helped steady him for a moment. Delirious pushed off of Brock and took a few staggering steps away from the group.
He was being uncharacteristically quiet, that forced a thick silence of air that was only broken by people on the boardwalk or further away on the beach. “Delirious? You okay?” Evan asked slowly approaching his friend. Delirious’ head turned to him sharply and he was still for a moment. A moment which lasted only a few second, but to Evan felt like an eternity. His eyes were cold and lifeless, but held a dormant anger behind them. It sent a shiver down Evan’s spine after Delirious finally looked away with a small nod.
“Delirious, you worried us! Brock, Brian, and Lui—” at the names Delirious’ head tilted in the direction of the people Marcel was talking about, “—found you on the beach unresponsive with the tide coming in. We came over as soon as possible! What were you doing?”
Delirious didn’t say anything; he only stared out to the ocean for a moment before clearing his throat. Evan leaned closer listening for an answer, but one never came. Evan approached him slowly and placed a hand on his arm. “Hey are you alright?” Evan asked softly. Delirious turned to Evan quickly as if startled and stared him in the eyes again. Evan found himself leaning away as Delirious was leaning slowly toward him.
Evan took a step back in reflex of his space being invaded, the sudden movement was a trigger for Delirious, and before he knew it Delirious’ hands were on his shoulders and his friend’s forehead was smashed into his.
Then he was out like a light.

So that was my first fanfic. I hope you enjoyed. I’d love to hear some feed back on this, if it was good or if it wasn’t. Have a great day.
I fucking choked on my pretzels when I saw this shit for the first time, laughed when Ohmwrecker got hit by the board, but then DIED when Vanoss said- “YEAH! I had to take it in the ASS to WIN!!”
This scene will never leave my mind
His little "oh yeah?" IS SO CUTE
I’ll render this… one day…
Can we still draw fanart for your BBS Space au even though it's discontinued? (I had a bunch of ideas including a redraw of a picture I had drawn for the au, but I could never get to them because of some issues in personal life)
That’s totally fine! I’m gonna try to do a satirical comic depicting what happens in the two parts that were never finished, just so you guys can see the full development, but feel free to make your own arcs and scenarios for the guys!
Just like. Don’t pull a Luke Skywalker and cut off their limbs pls. Leave Brian to be the body-putee,

The single greatest picture ever taken in my life. We threw Yu-gi-oh cards at the ceiling fan to watch them scatter, and just happened to take a picture right at this exact moment. To this day, this is the only time I’ve ever heard of anyone breaking a ceiling fan blade with cards.
@jaysketchin thanks for the request! More space au!
