1) testosterone blockers aka the gate way drug of HRT

if you are nervous about altering your body, just start with spiro. If you feel happier after your testosterone drops, thats a sign that you were meant to be a sterile sissy beta boy, and maybe you are ready for permanent feminization.

2) estrogen aka feminization hormone

be warned taking estrogen will have permanent changes.
