Transform Your Computer Into A Subliminal Machine

Open up Always On Top, then click back to the video player, set it to full-screen (and playing), press Ctrl+Space (to lock it as the top layer), then WinKey+A (to set it to transparent).

Be warned that there is no ‘panic button’ for this setup - you’ll have to go back through the programs individually to disable the overlay manually, so if you think someone might walk in on you or will want to borrow your computer while you’re not around, take care! Also, make sure to adjust the volume of the video (if you want it at all) before you start, since it’s a hassle and a half to deal with once the whole setup is going.
