the people who ship fiveya, Kliego, horrance, and alluther are shipping fictional characters in fictional settings. Fans are allowed to make their own headcanon and interpret the source material as they see fit. Fans also have the freedom to ignore canon completely and ship the fictional characters they want to ship

To me, the view that supporting or liking fictional incest normalizes incest in real life does not add up

TUA’s a violent show. Does that mean supporting a violent show also normalizes violence in real life? Does it make viewers wake up one day, randomly throw knives or take people out with rifles? Does it make real life pre teens amassing high body counts ok?

My other idea surrounding the same theme would be that Five does actually say he’s her brother but the rest of the family being ginormous assholes convince Vanya that Five is lying to protect her from feeling pressured into anything. 

Queue Vanya trying to subtly imply that she’s cool with it (brushing hands, kissing him on the cheek frequently) meanwhile Five is just like wtf and stressin’

Just thought about why Five trusted Vanya the most even after so long.

Other than Dolores, his next most constant (companion) is Vanya's book. It's her thoughts and experiences he's reading and accompanied by. He may hear Dolores's voice in his head, but amongst his siblings, Vanya is the one who he feels is by his side, making him feel like he can trust the woman that wrote the book when he came back.

Just a thought though.

Syoaran's Ancestry

So, I was watching Mulan and Cardcaptor Sakura alternatively, when I noticed the last names of the lead men.

Li.

Wasn't it the woman/mother who was Chinese, and the man/father the English/British as Clow Reed's parents?

I also noticed that Shang married Mulan- who in the military, was accompaniee by a magical spirit dragon.

WHAT IF! Because Mushu (said dragon) took a liking(as companions/daughters) to the female of Fa-Li family's children, he started teaching them magic.

(We all know his age is not as simple as we thought, and he might be more than a decade or century old.)

So, by the time the English/ British had invaded China, the (Fa) Li families descendants is attuned to Asian magic.

That just means that Syoaran is a direct descendant of Mulan and Shang.

It also explains the attitude/personality:

Syoaran has Shang's temper, has Mulan's shyness towards their crushes, and both their skills in martial arts.

His sister's are like Grandma Fa, very playful.

It also make sense that Clow's parents became close in the first place.

Both families are distinguished. So both will be welcomed in the high society, leading them to meet.
