my final assignment for CG! we made a short film to mimic a papercut style of stop motion animation so i reanimated an episode of my favorite show in the universe. a lot of learning and modeling and suspiciously concerning error alerts and crashes but really happy with the result :"D 👍👍

These drawings helped me define Hiro not just as a design but as a real character to me.. The goal was to make a model sheet of him but I also wanted to use it as a opportunity to make them “slices of life” moments for Hiro.. There was more development after this, but this was a important point where I felt I began to relate Hiro as a believable character.. (The pose where he uses his foot to scratch his calf was something I used to do as a teenager..)
