With the way her quirk works, I imagine if she’s in distress she thinks a bit more, and gets a bit more brave or creative with how to weaponize herself, but I haven’t quite touched the note scientific parts of her quirk because it intimidates me. I think with the drawback though, her being sick would be a result to her body not being well adjusted to such a strong use of her quirk. -Like it would have HAD to be possible but I think the trigger boosting it could have caused a sort of defect. I’m not really sure. I like your thought process though.
