Woke up to Pi having the zoomies. Apparently she just likes going hogwild at night sometimes.

Specifically she fell off of a shelf in my room, knocking dozens of other things down. She's fine, I had Pippi check her.

She also got into the screwdrivers again and took a clock apart. I forgot to post last time she did this but she keeps using our tools for strange means. We didn't care much for the clock so it's fine but like bbgrl please ur like 2 at most. Ur supposed to be making nonsense with legos and eating rocks. Thats what I did when I was like 2.

Actually we haven't gotten her age checked yet we should do that.

And I should get her some legos actually

Pippi basically said it’s just cold asf here and eggs gonna take longer.

She seems content just watering the two random egg plants??? I got ??

Y'know, I'm starting to be a little worried about the egg. Pippi and Chief are reassuring me that all is fine but it was supposed to hatch like... well, a while ago. Vital signs on the incubator panel are still normal, and I guess the chanseys would know best.

I've been carrying it with me constantly, and the incubator manages the temp, humidity, etc. so it should be fine, but idk.

Maybe the lil guy just doesn't wanna hatch yet.

Yeah, most folk don't know it's not just mythos !! It's a fascinating condition for sure, and even moreso with weird forms like my own-- but I think it's neat and enjoy talking about it :}

It is funny but it's also kinda true-- normally I like to keep a human-like trunk instead of going 100% ... it looks very silly, but it means I keep my land-lungs (and arms, and size..), so it makes living on my own a lot easier XP

I doubt my grandparents had the foresight for that, tbh. They were ‘learn from what I do’ types. My grandma and grandpa were both pretty darn selfless too, and they struggle with similar things tbh.

Chief the Chansey, with his little Oddish passenger (they are inseparable… we’ve tried) are the clients!

Background: Chief was a medic in the pokewars of yore and belonged to my grandpa. He’s in my care now as my grandpa isn’t able to care for him. He’s not distrustful of humans really, more so he sees them all as in his care and can’t seem to submit himself to their care. He’s been pretty isolated and is mourning my grandmother and the loss of company of my grandpa/ loss of caretaking for him since he is in my families care now.

Palossand! This might surprise most people that know me- I mean, I hate sand. It’s rough, it’s course, it’s irritating and it gets everywhere! But hear me out-

ITS CUTE. And maybe it’ll pick up all the sand for me if I give it … sand … treats? I’ve never had a pokemon like it, so I have no idea.

🐉 Fave dragon type

Goomy and its entire line… SQUISHY CUTE BOIS. We have so many where we are and it’s always a delight to see them.

Gabite and its line is a close second cause of my sibling. And dreepy cause it’s cute!

Galarian Meowth… what a lil gremlin…

I have a soft spot for mawile and Aron too though. Mawile cause when I was edgy in middle and high school they were my favourite and I drew so many of them eating my least favourite classmates and teachers. Aron cause … cute lil guy. I watched one walk into two seperate walls in a video once and fell in love.
