Honestly how I’ve been feeling. First off while Nakan isn’t good he hasn’t actually fully harmed anyone. (Yes yes he made a kid attack tong with a knife but that wasn’t with the intent to kill, just to gain knowledge. Listen I’m not saying he’s good, I’m just saying he ain’t the worst). Second off this episode while he’s choking tong he still isn’t doing it with the intent to kill him just get him to join his side. And while the other vampires are certainly more murderous we don’t actually know if anyone in the blood drive is actually dead. And second off, we know Thara is willing to use anyone she can to get the upper hand (including a sick kid). And let’s not forget the opening of episode one, guys, the opening involves who I’m assuming to be Tong’s parents dying. And yet somehow Tong is alive after that? Hmm wonder why, wonder who possibly could have killed them? (*looks at Thara suspiciously*). Anyway I need Nakan and Tonkla to have the most toxic love, please. Okay okay I’m done for now.
okay but hear me out, obviously i am enchanted by miss thara's beauty but isn't she like, too pretty to be just that nice?
and what about this-
so what if she wants the golden blood to herself? and she intends to do a ritual to get healthy and continue being pretty and young again when tong turn 21?
what if nakan is not the big bad and instead wants to spread the golden blood amongst the vampires so they can feel things again?
what if miss thara has been playing mark all along and later tong finds out and thinks mark was in on it?
or am i watching too many movies ?
Okay okay I just watch Color Rush 2 and (spoilers included) hear me out.
Poly. That’s all I really want to say. What if, all three of them just start going out. I think it’d be fun. But also, I just, I don’t think the way they see colors would be like that. I don’t think seeing colors would automatically be euphoria or anything, like yes I enjoy colors but hearing about colors would probably make them sound fantasy like with how others would stress over how much better it is but it’s not like seeing in grayscale is bad. Like okay I’m sorry but I think it’d be way more overwhelming and headache inducing to suddenly see more colors. It’d be interesting but something someone has to get used to, and there’d be a disconnect for a while. Anyway, sorry I have a lot of thoughts about how the shock of being bombarded with differing visuals would take a toll (listen I know he faints the first few times but also like I don’t think seeing colors would automatically be magical. I think it’d be more nauseating for a while there.) ahem, okay yeah still love it I just, lots of what-ifs, you know (and it’s super interesting to me, these aspects)? Anyway yeah poly, I think it’d be cute. Do I think they’d all get along? No. I think they’d need to get used to it first but I would love to see how they would interact with each other. Yo I’m just imagining so many different scenarios. Clearly the first things that happens when (I don’t remember any of their names) the guy (the probe? one) shows back up without a mask and both the others faint. I just, man I think it’d fun. Okay I’m done rambling for now. I’ve got sooo much shit to do but this makes me feel happy so yeah. Have a good day/night!
Well, I was rewatching Pending Train so may as well use pending as my name. But that was taken so added hope to it cause that’s all I could think of and wanted that to be the underlaying feel of how I feel when I go on here so, yeah. :3
USERNAME LORE GIVE IT TO ME NOW YOU ALL
Okay it’s been a few hours. Heading back to bed. (Like 4-5 ish hours. I did get some work done. I just need to not get so caught up in my head and just go for it when painting, or well making anything. So I will. Once I wake up)
Wooo! My brain is choosing not to be kind to me at the moment so I will take this time toooooo ramble! Now let’s see, what to ramble about today?
Zombie detective is a mystery comedy type show. An amnesiac zombie awakens one day to discover, he is in fact dead. Join him on his journey to find out who he was and how he’ll survive being a zombie in human society. Warnings: it is a zombie show so there is some death mainly of animals that is shown. It is also a detective show where they investigate humans and take on jobs. The show is mostly comedic but it does deal with some dark stuff so make sure to check a guide if there’s something in it you’re not able to watch.
Pending train is about a group of people who get stuck on a runaway train. Where are they now? They don’t know but they sure are trying to find out. Romance, mystery, drama, betrayal this show has it all. There are three main leads and the cast is pretty much all there from the first episode. (I find the three leads would be awesome as a polyamorous relationship). I don’t know what warnings to give for this one but there is some violence. I enjoyed the show and all the characters grew on me by the end of it.
Knock knock boys is about a group of guys who end up living in the same condo. Follow their journey as they bond and come up with all kinds of shenanigans. This show is for mature audiences only. They discuss the importance of consent and how talking about intimate relationships/health should be normal. It’s a nice comedic show that discusses the inadequacy of social norms.
Omg! Vampire is a comedic vampire show about a group of vampires who flee to the human world to enjoy life! Or uh afterlife I guess. Undead life? Eh, whichever works. Mainly humourous and friendly fun. The main characters all have bright personalities and their friendship with each other is just so fun. They banter, tease, and support each other. While also trying to make sure they don’t get caught.
Hospital playlist is a group of doctors who form a band together. Friendship, romance, loss, and hope. Follow the group of friends as they all deal with their personal problems. Watch as they help their patients and navigate the social hierarchy of being a doctor. Will they ever get a gig as a band? Who knows but they’ll keep playing together as the bestest of pals.
Insect detective. Honestly I have no idea what this one’s about. Haven’t finished the first episode yet but it looks interesting.
Vampire detective. Yes I like detective shows… and vampires. I’m only four episodes in but so far I am highly enjoying it. Three main leads and they have wonderful interpersonal relationships. The main woman is headstrong and powerful. All three are super smart and protective of each other. Though one could have better taste when it comes to romance. Oh well he’s got his pals to protect him now. Did I forget the main characters names? At the moment, yes. Mystery, drama, intrigue, vampires, this shows got it.
My roommate is a detective. Three main leads. A journalist with no journalistic integrity (or thought of consequence of actions), a policeman, and an unfortunate banker fallen on hard times. Join them as they investigate crimes, solve mysteries, and put up with each other begrudgingly! The three make for fun banter though some of their actions highly confuse me. Like… huh? Mainly the leading lady cause with as much as she talks about having journalistic integrity it really doesn’t feel like she digs to the truth of it all before jumping straight to a conclusion. Otherwise strap in for a fun time and chaos!
Tomorrow. A group of reapers try to help the living continue living. Their job is to help those who have given up in life find the strength to go on. A heart wrenching story of the beauty of life and death.
Dad of light. A father and son work to rebuild their relationship in the heartwarming show. A son tries to find ways to reconnect with his father after years of loosing touch. He gifts his father a final fantasy game and secretly joins him in co op to grow closer. Will they bond? Will they game? Watch to find out.
Navillera. A man recently found out he has dementia pursues his passion for ballet. Will he find a willing teacher? How will his family handle everything going on? A beautiful story of family, friendship, and life.
Well I feel a bit better so I’ll leave it there for now. Thank you for reading and I hope one of these shows can bring you joy! Hugs and best wishes, a random fan!
You know whenever someone faints in a movie and wake up they automatically try to get up? And the other characters try to stop them. I always found that odd like “why would they get up, they’re injured”. Now I understand, it can be very confusing. Especially when you wake up with a bunch of people staring at you and for some reason you’re on the ground. That’s to say I get it now. (I get adverse reactions to shots, started happening a few years ago. Started fainting. And let’s just say it gets very confusing when you were just standing up and then wake up on the ground. I mean I don’t really feel injured when it happens. So it’s like of course imma get up I’m on the ground. Anyway apparently it’s what happens when your flight or fight response kicks in and the adrenaline has nowhere to go plus lack of blood flow. Speaking of which if you wiggle your feet (at the ankles, like up and down) it can help with blood flow and I have remained conscious since. Sometimes I can tell when I’m about to faint and can warn people. Like the edges of my vision will start filling with like black static and then start going towards the center. Once it completely takes over my vision I am out, but if I notice it happening I’ve been able to reach out and grab my friends arm before passing out so I’ve been caught more than once. But sometimes I forget I have this reaction, though now most people who work where I’ve gotten a shot are aware of this since I, well, forgot or you know, found out while there. )
I feel like part of the reason I’m not enjoying Xenoblade 3 as much as Xenoblade chronicles 1 is that every character essentially has the same backstory. They’re all child soldiers. Which, is kinda boring. There’s no interesting dynamic of the meeting of different cultural views like there is in the first game. I highly enjoyed learning about the different ways of life, belief systems, and biases that the first game has. It also doesn’t help that the tutorial is multiple chapters long in 3. And even then you still get more and unlock important exploration abilities based on the heroes you meet far later than anticipated. The amount of times I have tried to jump on a zip line only to not have that ability, so all I can do is stare at a chest beyond my reach. I just feel like some parts of the game could be executed in a way that feels less of a slog. I have to say the more I play it it is a tad more enjoyable than when I started the game. However, it really doesn’t help that none of the characters have a differing backstory so far. Ah that’s enough of my ramblings for now. Have a wonderful day/night!
Guess who went to bed before midnight? And now that it’s midnight I’m awake. Why does sleeping in intervals somehow make me feel more rested? Who knows, anyway gonna do work for a few hours before I crash again.
-peacefully working on a project-
…
-giant black bug of unknown species-
…
-standing up to put my project together-
-bug leaps into the air making itself known and dives off the right side of the desk-
… I don’t have the mental capacity to handle the maybe fly or some other bug at this point in time.
A list of shows where I question my decision for watching them. They’re not bad just got some concerning plot lines. If you enjoy them good for you, if not that’s cool too. I’ll just write what they’re about and you can decide for yourself.
Paint with love. The concept seemed interesting. A company president obsessed with profit needs to hire an artist for a job. Due to unforeseen circumstances they’re now stuck together in business. And then… the plot worsens. Interesting start but then the subplots and misunderstandings kinda drag the story down. There are some side couples in the show as well. There’s this one subplot that just… once it’s revealed you’ll be like oh… ohhhhhhh.. oh no… why?! Just why?! And then once one of the characters knows about it they still misunderstand?! Why!?! What’s the point? At the most dramatic part of this plot it does get resolved within an episode and a half. And then it comes back? After being resolved? Leading to my confusion and concern. And then one of the characters just acts super rude to this other character for no apparent reason. Leading to more unnecessary drama. The main romance also starts to feel off balance after a while. As one of the characters always apologizes but the other character never does. Which feels bad, like the other character gets a free pass for his actions. I don’t know how to feel about this show. The subplots are just getting ridiculous as well as the drama. We finally reach a good understanding and boom unnecessary conflict… I am still going to try to finish it and hold onto hope that it gets better.
My stand-in. Super toxic romance. Toxic workplace, mistreatment, etc. A lovely main character gets dealt a bad hand in life and love the first go around only to find himself in another body... with perhaps an even worse hand in life. The main character is nice and kind and has a handful of wonderful people surrounding him. But the more powerful ones are far more impactful, dangerous, and toxic. Poor guy. If you want the main character to be happy, good luck. It's gonna take him a while.
Love syndrome. I have no idea what this one's about. Stumbled upon an episode and was highly confused/concerned. From what I saw, super toxic and concerning behavior. However there does seem to be multiple seasons or parts of this show and I only saw one of them out of order. So who knows. Update: there’s a lot of different versions of this show. What I saw was called love syndrome the beginning, so my view of the show is from that specific episode. The other versions could be very different, I have no idea. I looked through it and realized I recognized some of the actors so imma try to see what it’s about. Uhh never mind. Reading up on it I don’t think this show is for me. Enjoy if you want, imma check out.
Update: I’ve started watching love syndrome 3. It’s been months since I wrote this and now I feel like trying it out. It is insanely toxic but it’s what I feel like watching right now so I am. Until I can handle the next episode of peaceful property at least. Have a wonderful day! (My thoughts while watching this show “Oh they’re adorable!… oh they’re toxic as hell! Oh look they’re adorable again!”) Not me just now realizing that not only do Unforgotten Night and Love Syndrome take place in the same universe, the main characters actively interact. Sometimes I just don’t notice things until a while later into a series.
Dance with the devils. A vampire anime... yes one of those vampire animes. However, it's a musical. So it's really enjoyable to watch in the sense of laughing at its goofiness and staring in horror at its... other scenes. Also the bestie should have totally gotten with the mc.
Ah that’s all I have time to ramble about at the moment. More to come later so have a wonderful day/night!
Trick or treat! This year I went as Hilda from fire emblem. Actually had the costume for a few years now but was making it by hand (something I’ve never done before but figured why not) so uh never really finished some bits and bobs. This time I finished her weapon so went as her anyway. Have a wonderful day/night!
woah that's so cool!! i've never made a costume by hand like that but i imagine it's super rewarding when you're finished. i bet you looked awesome!
anyways hilda's pink hair (i did have to look her up lol) reminded me of bubble gum so take some blow pops!
and i wasn't sure what to gif for your bonus since i don't know if you share the same brainrot as me but i figure you can't really go wrong with cute boys on a cute arcade date so
happy (belated) halloween!! 👻
