ABOUT "THE PLAYER"...

Patrick Perry Layer or "the player" was an employee of the factory that was in charge of the internal financial management of the company who worked at playTime Co. between the 80's and 90's.

Regarding whether he had family or someone close... due to the great time of conflicts that he lived through, he only had himself his entire life; which further substantiated that thought of not being interested in his surroundings if not for his work.

He mainly went to playcare when they insisted that he go to playcare at the suggestion of one of his subordinates upon learning that he was alone in adopting one of the orphans.He went reluctantly and being extremely uncomfortable with the excessive good treatment they gave him in the playcare.

Patrick and Libby...

as mentioned earlier; He met Lilibeth Faith one day when she was hiding, a girl who was particularly shy and defensive at first but who at the same time did not allow herself to be intimidated by the hostility of Patrick himself.

When he gave up on seeming hostile to her and it was approaching bedtime, he caught her attention with some of Barry's books and asking her if she liked the cart with eyes too.

The day of the tragedy...

side note: a constant visual device is that Dogday does not see player as a human, but insteants he sa him as a dummy or "Dogday's POV"; It has an explanation. A UNEXPECTED HOPE... OR A THREAT WITH THE DEVIL?...

Since Patrick has Dogday with him, because of the paternal love he had for him and the level of guilt he has for leaving him behind so many times when he needed him most, he tries to compensate him by showering him with the attention and care he deserves; something a little difficult because due to the scientists and his years of dogday confinement he hardly allows himself to indulge in feeling guilty for being alive (something that Angel has been working on so that that feeling is mitigated).

Patrick knows he has entered dangerous territory; not only because now the eyes of the researchers will be on him, but even though he tries to cure dogday (even being able to recover the lower part of the experiment), however; The amount of damage he has is absurd and the few medical examinations he performs indicate that he will not survive for long.

However, on one occasion where again a group of investigators contact him before he can send them to hell, they bring him a tempting proposal: "We have in custody former workers who were part of Sawyer's team and we know that you guard an experiment; and we need witnesses and information that only someone of your rank can tell, be the witness we need and in exchange we will give you the help the experiment needs."... Layer accepts with three conditions =

#1. do whatever you have to do to save dogday; except using him as an experimental subject behind his back #2. If you need dogday to testify, unless you promise absolute anonymity it will be denied and #3. fulfill Dogday's whim and remove that CENSORSHIP Sawyer voice box.

Now... this threat... Was it a good idea… or something else that will make Layer regret it?

Red- Face practice

nothing special for today, I was curious to experience what Red from pokemon adventures would look like in my drawing style (which by the way I'm experimenting with the eyes style, I hope you don't mind)

Question for Dogday: What do you do now since Angel had rescue you?

Dogday: well, I guess it would be "out of service" for now. and the only plan I have left for now is to recover a little so that Mr. Angel can modify me to see if he can install some legs… or remove this HORRIFYING voice box... wait!!

I must tell why I am recovering, my bad- *ahem*

Dogday: After all the path the angel had traveled, he was resigned to ending up simply as the last meal of those critters… and at the moment when he already felt that he was definitively leaving this world… the angel appeared again

Dogday: the angeI scared the creatures and ran to hug me and console me; asking me for forgiveness for not having been able to save me before, and after improvising how to get me out of there (when my mere head reaches his neck) he took me to his home. I can't see his face, but I felt like he was crying while he did it.

Dogday: after this, he made me a safe space where I could be comfortable and lie down and he makes sure that I am so comfortable and well cared for that I don't know how to react to such signs.

Masked Deuce is in love with Ace.

I will take no criticism.

Is Ace and Yamato adorable yes.

But my man Deuce is Ace’s first mate. Ace turned his life around.

He set out to sea to follow his own dreams. And got lost along the way.

He meets Ace and originally dislikes him but they eventually get along and get off the island they’re trapped on

Ace calls Deuce his treasure

Ace literally gives Masked Deuce his name as Deuce has regected his family and birth name.

He becomes a pirate for Ace. Like man set out to be a writer and is now a pirate

All I’m saying is there is a lot of parallels between Ace/Deuce and early Zolu. And I’m sick for captains and first mates.

And I need more people to get on this with me because in a world where the Spade Pirates went with Ace to find Blackbeard.

Deuce gets to meet the Strawhats in Alabasta with Ace. And I just know there’s a moment where Ace and Luffy are being well Ace and Luffy. And off to the side Zoro and Deuce are just watching there idiots together.

And it’s a silent camaraderie of this idiot sunshine pirate came into my life. Gave me direction to achieve my dream and I would do anything to make them happy.

More people need to care about my boy. And I will be adding him to things from here on out.

BASS OLD PAPER SKETCH

It's my way of drawing Bass/Forte + lore included from them =
