عن نُبيشة، الهذلي قال: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم: “ أَيَّامُ التَّشْرِيقِ أَيَّامُ أَكْلٍ وَشُرْبٍ وذِكرٍ للهِ” صحيح مسلم حديث ١١٤١
Nubaisha al-Hudhali reported Allah’s Messenger (peace be upon him) as saying: “The days of Tashriq are the days of eating and drinking. And remembrance of Allah“ Sahih Muslim 1141 b In-book reference : Book 13, Hadith 184 USC-MSA web (English) reference : Book 6, Hadith 2540
وذكر الله عز وجل المأمور به في أيام التشريق أنواع متعددة:
منها: ذكر الله عز وجل عقب الصلوات المكتوبات بالتكبير في أدبارها وهو مشروع إلى آخر أيام التشريق عند جمهور العلماء وقد روي عن عمر وعلي وابن عباس وفيه حديث مرفوع في إسناده ضعف.
ومنها: ذكره بالتسمية والتكبير عند ذبح النسك فإن وقت ذبح الهدايا والأضاحي يمتد إلى آخر أيام التشريق عند جماعة من العلماء وهو قول الشافعي ورواية عن الإمام أحمد وفيه حديث مرفوع: “كل أيام منى ذبح” وفي إسناده مقال وأكثر الصحابة على أن الذبح يختص بيومين من أيام التشريق مع يوم النحر وهو المشهور عن أحمد وقول مالك وأبي حنيفة والأكثرين.
ومنها: ذكر الله عز وجل على الأكل والشرب فإن المشروع في الأكل والشرب أن يسمي الله في أوله ويحمده في آخره وفي الحديث عن النبي الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: “أن الله عز وجل يرضى عن العبد أن يأكل الأكلة فيحمده عليها ويشرب الشربة فيحمده عليها” وقد روي: أن من سمى على أول طعامه وحمد الله على آخره فقد أدى ثمنه ولم يسأل بعد عن شكره.
ومنها: ذكره بالتكبير عند رمي الجمار في أيام التشريق وهذا يختص به أهل الموسم.
ومنها: ذكر الله تعالى المطلق فإنه يستحب الإكثار منه في أيام التشريق وقد كان عمر يكبر بمنى في قبته فيسمعه الناس فيكبرون فترتج منى تكبيرا وقد قال الله تعالى: {فَإِذَا قَضَيْتُمْ مَنَاسِكَكُمْ فَاذْكُرُوا اللَّهَ كَذِكْرِكُمْ آبَاءَكُمْ أَوْ أَشَدَّ ذِكْراً} [البقرة: 200] إلى آخر الآية وقد استحب كثير من السلف كثرة الدعاء بهذا في أيام التشريق. لإكمال الشرح كتاب لطائف المعارف لابن رجب: هنا
1. Always focus on what you want rather than what you don’t want: The mistake that most of us make when having a problem is to talk about it over and over again instead of focusing on the end result, instead of focusing on what we want to achieve.
2. Know that every problem comes with a lesson: There is always a lesson in everything that happens to us, and we should constantly look for what that lesson is and master it.
3. Don’t believe everything you think: Our problems aren’t as big as the mind is trying to convince us, and if you choose to believe every negative though that goes through your mind, you will always get in trouble. Observe your mind, observe your thoughts, but don’t identify yourself with them. Go beyond them.
4. Choose to express your gratitude for everything that happens to you, whether good or bad, and also for every person you interact with: The more you choose to express your gratitude, the more reasons you will have to express your gratitude for, and when you’re too busy focusing on the many things that you are grateful for, there will be no more room left for stress and worry.
5. Know that there is a reason for everything: Everything that happens to you, happens for a reason and every person that enters your life enters for a reason, and it’s your responsibility to act upon this knowing and not to label them as being good or bad, negative or positive, etc.
6. Let go of your need for perfection: When you try to do everything perfect, you will meet with stress and frustration – as it’s impossible to be perfect in everything you do.
7. Let go of your resistance: Accept things as they are without you trying to change them, without trying to fight against them. Go with the flow, and know that life wasn’t meant to be a struggle all the time.
8. Learn to be present in everything you do: When you become present and really engaged in the now, your whole life will become so much easier.
