Intro Post

Hey yall! Making an intro post with all the information..

So long story short this is a comic for one of my last classes in college. I'm having a hard time staying motivated to work on it as quickly as I have to, so I thought posting might help!

I am already behind. That's the problem. So I'm here to post updates as I go along with WIP and character sheets and lineups. Every week I'll be posting the comic pages I get done and ideally I would really appreciate if y'all like applied some pressure as far as asking for when the next update is and such- WHICH ISNT NORMAL WEBCOMIC ETIQUETTE!!! BUT I'M ASKING FOR THIS SPECIFIC COMIC FOR ME FOR Y'ALL TO BREAK THAT UNSPOKEN RULE!! pressure me into updating yall..

The comic in it's entirety should be about 23 pages and in the end it will be physically printed. The comic is I'd say probably for teens? It's a horror comedy about a dog cult and a cat named Nyx that wants to escape.

I don't know what else to put here, but I guess it'll be updated as I go. Thanks for coming to this page y'all!

🌷Quirks or other mannerisms? Both Fogfreckle and Moonstar are very picky about their nests! They like them ✨just so✨, so having to find somewhere new to sleep every night while traveling often leaves them both irritable in the mornings.

^These things. Also, definitely plushie versions of both Moonstar and Fogfreckle! There'd also be stuff for viewing the sky, like those kiddo binoculars that hang on a string around your neck, cloud formation charts, and star charts.

"Fogpaw always gets cranky when he's stressed," Moonpaw mews. "We're both having a hard time, having to leave behind everything we've ever known, but... despite how annoying he's being, I think it's because he feels responsible for keeping us safe.

"I think he's always felt like he's needed to be strong for the both of us. I think it's gotten worse since our-" Moonpaw cuts herself off, throat working silently for a moment before continuing. "Since we ended up on our own. Me, I'm more of a crier. I sad cry, angry cry, happy cry..."

OOC: The death of his family and loss of his home is really doing a number on him. They're both only apprentices and have very little idea of what they're doing or SHOULD be doing, and Fogpaw feels as though it's up to him to keep up a strong front for his more outwardly-emotional sister. Moonpaw does rely a lot on her brother, and though they draw strength from each other, it can be stressful when you feel as though somebody is putting all of their trust and faith in you to keep them safe. It's a heavy burden!
