ALEXANDER HAMILTON: Up and running immigrant who focuses and fights for cultural appropriation v cultural appreciation, the dashing 27 year old Alexander Hamilton designs for the REVOLVTIONVRIES, a high rising company, dedicated to fight against white supremacy and stands up for the LGBT+ community. While the Caribbean’s affair with the young and bright model, Mariah, his credibility did not falter as he increases his sales production and works twice as hard. However, does the ex-reporter and failed model have a shot to work with the infamous billionaire playboy, Thomas Jefferson?

AARON BURR: he tries but fails, fashion designer

JOHN LAURENS: Son of Henry Laurens, an anti LGBT+ activist however the biggest movie producer in the world, John Laurens sets his eyes on the beauty of the tiniest details. Only the age of 27, John Laurens captivated all the men and women with his freckled face and his signature smile. After the tragic accident where Henry Laurens publicly disowns his son via Twitter, John Lauren bites and claws his way to the top, working with Alexander Hamilton, Gilbert de Lafayette, and Hercules Mulligan and mentored by George Washington, his future seems to shine the brightest.

GILBERT DE LAFAYETTE: Also bright and shining, the magnificent Marie-Joseph Paul Yves Roch Gilbert du Motier de Lafayette sets his past aside as a young adult actor to a shining new model, focusing on breaking gender roles and blah blah.

HERCULES MULLIGAN: Introducing an unknown tailor, Hercules Milligan comes to the big screens as this hot, new fashion designer appears from no higher ground. Like Hamilton, Hercules Mulligan

ANGELICA SCHUYLER (CHURCH): To the woman in charge, Angelica Schuyler nee Church enters the scene with fashion lines, impossible to not purchase.

After I finish everything that needs to be done by morning and prep for the day, I’m going to let myself watch an episode of YOI. That is my incentive and this is my public statement.

ACE ATTORNEY SHIP POPULARITY - BREAKDOWN BY COMMUNITY

(Percentages are “percent of respondents from each community that ships each ship in question”.  Also, “I don’t”, as a “community”, is a result of the way I phrased the question in the survey, which was “Where do you primarily participate in the Ace Attorney fandom and interact with other fans?”.)

This was my favorite part of the survey, and one of the main questions I, personally, wanted to answer: do fans who congregate in different parts of the internet ship differently?

The answer was more clear than even I expected.

Some trends stick out immediately.  You can almost always tell exactly where all four major communities will fall on the scale, just by whether a ship is gay or straight.  Tumblr and AO3 far and away prefer same-sex ships and usually have low opinions of het ones; Reddit and Court Records overall prefer het ships and tend to be less interested in same-sex ships.  (Reddit is shockingly, overwhelmingly straight; just look at that disparity on Phoenix/Edgeworth, the by far most popular non-canon ship in the whole survey.)

However, there appear to be a couple different, interesting factors in play here:
