Facing the Struggle as a Queer Transgender Refugee: We Need Your Help.🌈
Hey .
I'm AshleymilesPhil, a transgender queer refugee, and I come to you with a heavy heart today. I’m part of a community of LGBTIQ refugees who are facing unimaginable challenges. Life in the camp is beyond difficult. We have almost no access to food, clean water, medication, or even proper shelter. Every day feels like a battle for survival, and despite our resilience, the lack of basic necessities is pushing us to the brink.
It feels embarrassing to ask for help, honestly. I hate it. But the truth is, we’re vulnerable and we need support. Without the kindness of people like you, we are left to starve. We depend on the generosity of well-wishers just to get through the day. Lately, the donations we’ve received have been scarce, and right now, we are at a critical point.
We need your help, now more than ever. Your donation can make the difference between life and death for us. No matter how small, it helps provide food, water, medical care, and shelter for us. If you can, please contribute to our GoFundMe fundraiser and help us survive this dire situation.
https://gofund.me/4d80b32c
I know asking for money feels wrong, and it’s hard to come forward like this, but the reality is, we are desperate. We can’t do it alone, and we’re relying on the compassion of those who can lend a hand.
Thank you for reading and for caring. Your support means everything to us.
With gratitude,
AshleymilesPhil

Please Give me your attention 💔
Please read this as if i were a member of your family. Maybe your sister, your daughter or your friend. As if my family who is going through difficult circumstances is your family.
Hello, I'm Ola, a graduate student from the faculty of science - Al-Azhar University in G@za P@lestine. I truly appreciate you taking a moment to read my story. As you reading my message, myself and my family, “my mother, father, three sisters, and my little brother,” are trying to survive under all kinds of suffering including but not limited to fear, instability, and starvation, thirst, and poverty in northern G@za.
After 508 days of suffering, I am writing to you today with a heavy heart, in desperate need of your help. I can't describe how harsh the situation we are living in is. My family is suffering from the biting cold of winter, and we are facing a severe shortage of food and clothing. Every day feels like a lifetime, and every moment makes me feel helpless and hopeless. 💔
After the prices went up so crazy, I created this campaign to help my family provide food, water and essential needs. I know for sure that you can't help all families that want your help but at least you can help those who come across your life.
Every simple thing makes a difference in changing the situation we are in. So please don't hesitate to help us 🙏💔
Thank you for taking a minute to read this.♥️

My name is Shada Kassab, and I am a 24-year-old mother living in Gaza. Every day is a fight for survival for me, my husband Hussein, and our baby boy Adam, who is just five months old.
Our lives have been turned upside down by war. My home has been reduced to rubble, and my husband lost his water truck, which was our only source of income. We’ve been forced to evacuate twice—from Deir el Balah to the Nuseirat camp—and now, we live in constant fear of what the future holds.
To make matters worse, Adam was born with clubfoot and urgently needs surgery. The cost for his treatment and specialized medical boots is at least $3000, but this surgery isn’t even possible in Gaza.
I recently graduated as a nurse, and I dream of building a better life for my family. But to do that, we must leave Gaza and start over in safety.
💔 I need your help to save my family and give Adam a future. Even a small donation 5$ can bring us closer to safety, and if you can’t donate, sharing our story means the world to us.
I dream of living in safety, of seeing Adam grow up healthy, and of building a better life for us all. Please don’t give up on us. Your kindness can make all the difference.
❤️ Thank you for taking the time to read this. Your support and compassion give us strength to keep going.
If you’re living in the US and reading this right now, I need you to know that if republicans take over office this next election, human rights are as good as dead.
The Heritage Foundation, a major Republican think tank, has published a 1,000 page document detailing how they want conservatives to take over the government and what they think should be done as soon as they’re in office. It is, in a nutshell, a call for fascism.
If you’re trans, know that one of the things it includes is basically banning trans people from having our existence acknowledged and it’s worded in a way where you could reasonably understand it to mean that being trans and going out in public is enough to get you put in jail for exposing minors to porn.
If you’re an immigrant, sanctuary cities are also going to be dead under this plan as district attorneys who don’t enforce the federal laws they plan to implement will be charged with crimes as well and they’re banking on them not being willing to pay the fines they’d be charged with in order to protect you.
If you care about climate change and safety regulations, kiss the regulations goodbye and prepare to watch the environment slowly get destroyed.

When the 14-year-old Black American boy Emmett Till was lynched in 1955, one cartoonist responded in a single-panel comic. It showed one Black girl telling another: “I don’t want to seem touchy on the subject… but that new little white tea-kettle just whistled at me!”
It may not seem radical today, but penning such a political cartoon was a bold and brave statement for its time — especially for the artist who was behind it. This cartoon was drawn by Jackie Ormes, the first syndicated Black American woman cartoonist to be published in a newspaper. Ormes, who grew up in Pittsburgh, got her first break as cartoonist as a teenager. She started working for the Pittsburgh Courier as a sports reporter, then editor, then cartoonist who penned her first comic, Torchy Brown in Dixie to Harlem, in 1937. It followed a Mississippi teen who becomes a famous singer at the famed Harlem jazz club, The Cotton Club.
In 1942, Ormes moved to Chicago, where she drew her most popular cartoon, Patty-Jo ‘n’ Ginger, which followed two sisters who made sharp political commentary on Black American life.
In 1947, Ormes created the Patty-Jo doll, the first Black doll that wasn’t a mammy doll or a Topsy-Turvy doll. In production for a decade, it was a role model for young black girls. "The doll was a fashionable, beautiful character,“ says Daniel Schulman, who curated one of the dolls into a recent Chicago exhibition. “It had an extraordinary presence and power — they’re collected today and have important place in American doll-making in the U.S.”
In 1950, Ormes drew her final strip, Torchy in Heartbeats, which followed an independent, stylish black woman on the quest for love — who commented on racism in the South. “Torchy was adventurous, we never saw that with an Black American female figure,” says Beauchamp-Byrd. “And remember, this is the 1950s.“ Ormes was the first to portray black women as intellectual and socially-aware in a time when they were depicted in a derogatory way.
One common mistake that erased Ormes from history is mis-crediting Barbara Brandon-Croft as the first nationally syndicated Black American female cartoonist. “I’m just the first mainstream cartoonist, I’m not the first at all,” says Brandon-Croft, who published her cartoons in the Detroit Free Press in the 1990s. “So much of Black history has been ignored, it’s a reminder that Black history shouldn’t just be celebrated in February.”

Hello dear .. Please do not ignore our suffering
My name is Salman Helles from the afflicted and massively destroyed Gaza Strip..
My family consists of many children, women and elderly people and we are suffering from horrific tragic conditions .. Our house was bombed in the northern Gaza Strip and we were displaced to the southern Gaza Strip to Deir al-Balah and the family was scattered in tents and shelters in Deir al-Balah .. The conditions are extremely tragic where children suffer from the spread of diseases among them and the elderly and women in my family suffer from miserable conditions ..
There is no water, food or electricity in the Gaza Strip and the treatment is getting worse day after day ..
For more than 330 days we have been oppressed and wronged in the Gaza Strip and we are exposed to violent barbaric bombing ..
We would never ask for help and donations but the miserable conditions in the Gaza Strip forced us to do so ..
I appeal to the owners of human consciences and free people in this world to provide us with help ..
Your help, no matter how small, means a lot to us because it contributes to saving us and alleviating our suffering ..
Please donate to us or share my campaign On your blog and for your friends
I assure you that my campaign is completely legitimate
Hello, I'm Ola, a graduate student from the faculty of science - Al-Azhar University in Gaza Palestine. I truly appreciate you taking a moment to read my story. As you reading my message, myself and my family, “my mother, father, three sisters, and my little brother,” are fighting death in northern Gaza and trying to survive under all kinds of suffering including but not limited to destruction, fear, and instability, starvation, thirst, and poverty.
For nine months until now, we have been struggling to get proper food after prices increased by 15 to 20 times, struggling to have clean water for use and drinking. We lacked security and stability as we were forced to evacuate our house and left everything behind. Then we had to move at least three times since every new area we seek refuge to gets bombed.
I sincerely hope you can empathize with our dire situation and consider supporting us. You can follow me to make sure I am not a scammer and to inquire about any details. Your generosity has the power to make a significant difference.
Please reblog my post, follow me and boost my posts, and repost the link to our campaign across all your social media.
Thank you for standing by me ❤️.
Please donate and/or reblog 🥺🙏🇵🇸

Hello everyone, I think there is a new danger coming to us with the beginning of winter. In the beginning, the weather started with light breezes that made the curtains fly, and sometimes the wind exposed us and we caught colds. On Sunday, the first rains of autumn began, and I think we began a journey of intense fear because some of the displaced persons’ tents sank due to the rain and the sea, and because we are... close to the sea, we all suffered that night.
Now we need a tarp to cover our tent to protect my little boy from the cold who has no immunity to diseases. We don't have the money to buy it because its price has increased four or five times what it was.I ask you to donate to protect ourselves and my little baby. I need to buy him winter clothes because of the high temperatures. I cannot buy them. Please help us.
