Roleplay went a little off the rails

Let me preface by saying this happened almost 20 years ago. My (then) wife and I were in our 20s still, didn’t have kids yet, and we were both pretty wild.

At the 20 minute mark I paid my bill and walked out to my car. I got in and a couple minutes later my wife got in.
