“get a job” as an insult: piddlin. implies one’s value is determined by employment. feeds into capitalistic ideals
“get a hobby”: strong. cutting. implies that instead of feeding your soul and potentially creating something beautiful, you are here bothering me.
Something I love from the book is that when Crowley traps Hastur in the answering machine, he genuinely considers taking the tape and leaving it in his car so that it turns into Queen.
He decides this is too cruel a fate. This is right after he has killed Ligur with a bucket of holy water. Agonisingly melting? That's cool, but becoming a Queen track is too far.
The fact it is really a unpopular opinion shows how stupid this fandom is
my unpopular villains series opinion is that Victor was manipulating and using Sdy in Vicious, and that he only really started to show care or "affection" at the end of the book and in Vengeful.
Too many people liking it but too little calling me to talk about tma!
My discord is maxymart, don't be shy guys
I need to make some friends in the TMA fandom
I need someone who understands my crazy obsession
I need to talk about Michael to someone who understands the tragedy of it all
literally how boring and dull do you have to be to dislike codependent relationships in fiction like where is the passion where is the devotion where is the worship that inevitably corrupts and destroys one if not both of them
happy villains series publication day to those who celebrate! 🎉
Secret Life BigB is SO Buried and Distortion coded 🥰 (reference for my TMA fans out there)
spell out how you say it in the tags!
Pride month vest project, a patch a day #29: Wheat But Not Bread, Fruit But Not Wine
I need to talk about Mikaele Salesa
Fucking love this man
Just like, think it through: Salesa was everything and more that Leitner tried and failed to be. He have access to artefacts, he knows the supernatural, he can do what very little others can (he thrives through the fucking end of the world!) But he knows what he's doing, he knows how to keep himself and his people safe
Mikaele Salesa is a myth while leitner died a pathetic old man, with no library, no assistents and no books to save him.
Salesa could be a greedy bastard but no, he sells his shit to snotty rich people mostly, he takes care of the shipment himself for not to risk his crew
He knows when to stop, going as far as faking his own death to assure his retirement
He is so dawn sweet and nice when we met him in s5
And what make me love him even more: how he accepts his death. He doesn't fight it, he doesn't try, as many others, to be imortal and unstoppable . He accepts his own mortality and chooses his own end.
Mikaele Salesa is such a human character and i love him for it
He/They - if something i post sounds funky its not bc of my shitty english, i just talk like that pfp:@drawingangie.bsky.social
