It’s simple. Y’all saying she’s selfish and a coward but
PINK DIAMOND HAD NO CHOICE.Â
Let us review her options, and their outcomes :
Option A : Pink Diamond does nothing to stop the colonisation.
Outcome : The colony is completed. Everything on Earth dies.
Option B : Pink Diamond asks the Diamonds to stop the colonisation, peacefully.
Outcome : Diamonds : Don’t care, didn’t read lol.
Option C : Pink Diamond tells her subjects to stop (probably happened, so it’s almost the same as Option B)
Outcome : Diamonds : What are you doing ? Ok, you’re just lazy and childish. Give me back that colony.Â
Pink loses her colony and a lot of her power as a Diamond.
Option D : Pink Diamond leads an official war on her older sisters.
Outcome : Diamonds : What are you doing ? Are you serious right now ? Ok, it’s not funny anymore. You, the youngest, weakest Diamond, our little sister, is rebelling against the Diamond Authority after all we gave to you ?Â
The war is lost by Pink (smaller army, one incomplete colony against several), all of her army is wiped, corrupted or shattered. Actually, not only her army but also her subjects : Lapis Lazulis, Pearls, Peridots, all of her subjects are wiped and she loses everything. Earth becomes a colony.
Option E : Pink Diamond leads a secret rebellion to have another excuse to stop the colony. Her subjects has the choice to rejoin the rebellion and be free or to go back to Homeworld.
Outcome :Â Diamonds : The rebellion will be destroyed. Keep going.
Option F : Pink Diamond fakes her death because Blue tells her the colonisation won’t stop as long as she’s here to lead.
Outcome : Earth is left alone, her subjects are either free or alive in Homeworld. That’s what she thought would happen. But we all know what actually happened : Earth was left alone, but the rebellion got corrupted. A large part of her subjects were saved thanks to this sacrifice, because they were siding with the Diamonds, thinking they were siding with Pink. Her soldiers, her court, all of her subjects actually had the choice to be part of the rebellion or to go back to Homeworld. She saved them, when an official war would have get them all killed or corrupted.
Again, tell me what she could have done more ?Â
Let Earth die ? Lead everyone into a lost war ? There was not other possibilities. The one she chose was not perfect, but between all of them, it was the only one that was less terrible.Â
Yes, Pink was childish. But it’s also what gave her the possibility to see what Earth was, beyond a planet to make a colony. She fell for Earth and she took the best choice for Earth and her subjects : save or free them.Â
I don’t want to live like this, but I don’t want to die.

Let You Break My Heart Again 🌼
Garon: Kamui, did you get the tools from my tool shed?
Kamui: Yes, father! Here they are!
Garon: Well done, Kamui. I am proud of y–
Iago: Hold on just a second, Mr. Garon. If you notice, the hammer is a bit dirty.
Garon: What!? What is the meaning of this, not polishing the tools before bringing them back?
Iago: Not only that, Kamui also used a stepladder to reach the tool box.
Garon: What insolence is this, using aid of any sort in my request?!
Iago: Mr. Garon, it is clear Kamui is a blight and should be put down right now. Here’s the shotgun, now let’s go outside and–
Elise: W-wait, wait! I gave Kamui the stepladder! They didn’t ask for it! If anyone deserves to be punished, it’s me!
Leo: One second, please. It was I who purchased the stepladder in the first place, in case this would ever happen. Following the logic of consequence, it’s me, not Kamui, who deserves to be punished.
Camilla: Let’s not be hasty, everyone. Father, I told Kamui it was ok to bring back the tools without polishing them. We are running short on polishing oil, and an unsightly hammer still accomplishes its task. If that angers you, then perhaps you should take it out on me instead of my precious Kamui.
Xander: Enough! Father, I arranged for Elise to tell Kamui where the stepladder was, which would make me the root of all this issue. Without me, nothing would have happened, so shoot me in the face.
Garon: Children, let’s calm d–
Xander: Shoot me. Right now. In the kisser. Do it. Shoot me or shoot no one.
Garon: Okay okay fine GEEZ. I don’t want to shoot anyone in the face, maybe. But, I do have a new task for Kamui. It’s only fair. You must go alone to the supermarket and get polishing oil. A child of mine should have no problem accomplishing this task.
Kamui: Yes, father! I will do it for you! *pulls out iPhone and starts looking for the best polishing oil in the area*
Iago: Hm… *sneaks to the garage and waits in his car, waiting for Kamui to head out to tail them*
Leo: Hm… *sends seven secret agents to tail Kamui with orders to keep them safe at all costs*
Camilla: Hm… *calls her friends at the nearby supermarket and tells them Kamui is going, so they better be nice to them and give them a discount*
Xander: Hm… *gives Elise very particular instructions on which roads are the safest, which polishing oil is Garon’s favorite, three bottles of water so they stay hydrated, and a light snack for the road*
Elise: Hm! *literally goes with Kamui, holding hands. Arthur and Effie are tailing them in very obvious disguises, riding bicycles*
And that’s where seenzone exist.
