i'm seeing people losing hope for palestine i'm begging you seriously please don't. the death toll is high but there are still people alive, there are still journalists risking everything to make sure the world sees what is happening. please continue protesting if you have the option to, keep demanding for a ceasefire and keep talking about palestinians both alive and dead. you have to keep going until the very end or else you really did fail them.

have a coffee, tea, ice, cocoa powder, water, chew gum. watch a movie, start a new show, edit some pics, cook for your family, watch random episodes of shows you have already watched, scroll through your fav apps, look at thinspo, take a shower, take a nap.
worried you're eating too much?
while living with your parents its hard to lower your food intake so these are some tips i use:
-only eat when forced too, like lunch or dinner all togheter.
-dont pick more food from other's plate.
-take time to eat, i know its hard but take your time.
-use smaller plates so it appears like you're eating more.
-smile, talk, tell jokes, ask them about how their food is, go to the bathroom, drink water, give them some of your food with the exuse that its really tasty.
-"i already ate" when coming back from hanging out with ppl.
-always ask if you can skip the meal, the more you know, maybe they say yes.

-GUM, keeps you from eating tons and its an excuse to not eat, "want some cake?", "no thanks, im chewung gum and i dont wanna ruin it"
-talk a lot, your day, grades, thoughts in general, SHARE.
- also eat slowly and the less the better.
