Puppet is Dream who’s an eldritch alien child.

He gets adopted by a Marcia boss version of XD who gets reincarnated as Pup’s guardian angel.

Pup has a warped view of what’s normal, on top of that his brain works like a multilayered computer, meaning everyone needs him to simplify what he’s thinking for them to understand as Pup thinks and acts in wayyyy to many undertones

One idea of mine is Pup saying something extremely dark/horrific and Vey(the XD variant) signing and asking him to dumb it down for the people present, just to give people whiplash with how wholesome he was trying to be

Dream adopts his past self while becoming a troll hunter

Me messing around with au shower thoughts

- Dream aka Morps ( Morpheus/misery oc of dream)

- Dream meets his future self after exhaling tommy

- Dream is at the Lmanburg pit on the verge of a break down when Morps pop up

- They talk, helping dream calm down, they end on a note of what to do with Tommy now

- Cut to Morps waking up that morning

- Morps has an assembly at Arcadia oaks high

- Meets Jim

- Says hi to strickler and we find out that Morps knows about trolls as they lament over the annoyance of pretending to be ignorant 24/7

- Skip to later that night where Morps is return from the hospital with a massive quilt in a hoodie they got from an old coworker as a congratulations for being promoted( the quilt)

- Heads over the bridge to take the long way back because they are bored

- Runs into Gunmar and kanijar at the bridge

- Sun rises

- Puts on a medical mask

- Kanijar falls but is kicked into the far shade by Morps who

- Gunmar gets angry but it’s almost day so runs to shade

- Kanijar is almost completely stone

- Morps covers him in the blanket and uses a totem on him

- This accidently messes with the amulet

- Morps gains the amulet as kanijar ‘died’

- They kanijar is suprised but Morps tells him to fucking go, they end up in Morps apartment

- The apartment is full of paper and quick cook food packets

- Clears up a little and shuts the blinds

- Morps gets some sleep after giving Kanijar a bucket of the trash to eat and tells him not to touch anything or get up or else

- Morps wakes up 4 hours later and has to call in sick and says he’ll do the paperwork from home to reduce the pile up

- Kanijar and Morps talks

- At night they go to the troll market to find out there’s 2 amulets courtesy of Jim

- Draal is happy to see his dad

- Trolls start to throw acccusations

- Morps mentions it might be thier fault

- Gets accusations

- “ ok so I guess you’d rather I leave mr over there ( kanijar) to shatter in sunlight”

- …..

- “ I thought so”

- Vendel isn’t happy

- Morps tells him to deal with it

- Kanijar asks if they come tomorrow

- They go to the hero trainer place

- Morps goes nah I’ve got paperwork

- Morps gives in

So I went crazy over trying to develop this alien species for a story and at some point I relaised I have no idea how these guys reproduce.

Like at all

So I decided to try and look into and start.

Originally i considered making them do it the lizard way, self reproducing asexually.

But then someone in my circle showed me some fics they wrote for their characters and made me think that the lizard way was too easy.

No I needed something else.

So some context,

These bastards have the following concept art:

There is more but these are some attempts to try and place an image on paper and fail in a few different places.

The top four are the most recently and best done.

These guys live in a society that places roles on what you can give.

Knowledge? Skills? Products? Marketing? Music? Art?

Your value is through what you give and your role.

These guys don’t place anything on gender or sex in terms of roles because it would take from the value they already give in a sense.

Children are also raised by a select group of adults trained and equipped for the role and not the biological parents.

Children are seen as valuable however and due to the speices long lives there is a lot to factor into how and why they reproduce.

Originally I tried to start on how would attraction work for them

For us it’s boobs, penises, hair, body shape ect.

I won’t lie I just decided to give up early in the process cuz I didn’t really vibe with what I ended up with.

Next I decided how the fuck do we do the deed here, like is it dependant on genders? On parents what are we doing.

Hence some cursed research on birds, ducks(especially ducks I need eye bleach from the amount of animal dick I’ve seen for this), frogs and reptiles.

This lead me to bounce around and decide there is 4 main sexes for these guys.

I have no idea how the dna determine it yet other than - skin dye.

Now before you wag your finger let me present a chart:

So here we can see these guys have 4 types of patterns showing on the skin:

- star,

Where the core would be as well as what spirt, deity would make a contract if they wish

- cloud

Where the magic pattern focused when you where ‘born’

- blank

Nothing visible

-bones

A pattern of where your ribs may be as well as some extra stuff

So the dye is linked to what sex you are perceived as it’s consistent in comparison

Additionally the skin dye is linked to the sex genetics.

As you can see in the concept art no one has visible private parts.

This is on purpose and I decided to ignore the idea

In short I don’t want to draw cocks and made it canon but wasn’t sure if I wanted to complete remove the idea of penis in reproduction so ended up looking into hodge, monkeys and evetually birds and ducks in terms of how the fuck gentians work

(I need eye bleach for the amount of dicks I had to suffer through)

All because I rembered humans are one of the few creatures where the male part just hangs there in the open.

I still hate this process but alas we keep going

Since I decided going as inhuman like as possible was the goal

With my four placeholder names: g,f,h,m I made a chart of reproduction between them

At this point I keep tuning into two issues:

1. How the hell does the genetics work (especially if we add the possibility of intersex and ect)

2. What parts do they use? Like legit?

Currently this is where I got to so I hope my suffering was intresting at least

I won’t lie I really tried to go for the vibe that Duvetbox’s Athena gave but I’m pretty happy with what I achieved here

Lucifer sees Charlie as an extension of himself????

Someone mentioned how he only sees Charlie as an extension of himself and I’m wondering if I’m missed this???

Like I’m not saying he’s father of the yr, his distance and other shit that happened between him and Charlie def prevents that

(He loves her no question there)

But like did I miss this???

I know parents sees us as a form of an extension of themselves and a rep of them ( it does have some truth to it )

But I didn’t really see that with lucifer, I just saw him as a well meaning absentee father who sees a lot of himself in her (which there is some truth in) and therefore projects a lot of his truama and ect on her (which given she wants to redeem sinners I think he does have a point about heaven cuz he’s pretty much proven right)

But like does he only see Charlie as a part of himself????
