so much is happening right now. a non-binary and indigenous kid was brutally murdered and NO ONE did anything about it the moment it happened. a transfem was banned here for absolutely no reason other than transphobia and misogyny. and on top of that, fucking KOSA is back, a bill that will erase all of that if put on effect. this is all so overwhelming. this is what we have pride for. this is what we march for. and this has to fucking stop. spread the word.

Romeo is nearly asleep when he feels Albert rapidly gain weight on the other side of his bed.

He hears a whisper; 'Al, you awake?'

A returning whisper; 'Yeah.'

A quiet chu.

'Race, we can't do this here,' this whisper was barely louder than a breath. 'Romeo's right there.'

'He's asleep, we'll be fine.' Chu.

The bed sags even more.

'What if Romeo gets up early and finds you sleeping next to me?'

I just realized something. In the show I’m doing currently, or rather, just finished as of today (😭), I have a fair amount of lines, but not many, so I’ve been doing some little improv-y bits here and there to add on to my character/the show. And it hit me: Max Casella did the same thing with Racetrack Higgins.

I’m gonna paraphrase this, but once I read a quote from Max Casella talking about his role as Racetrack saying: “Racetrack doesn’t have many lines in the script, so I’v been adding little bits of my own.”

I am slowly but surely on my way to becoming the Max Casella/Racetrack Higgins I want to see in the world.
