ANOTHER SIMBLR DELETED?

I’m pretty much a nobody in the sims community so I doubt this would get around that much, but considering the latest events with tumblr randomly deleting blogs, I’m pretty sure riekus13 got deleted as well, since their blog was there last night, but isn’t today anymore (morning time for me when I’m writing this post).

Honestly, I’ve been thinking about that possibility for a while now, and it would be awesome if I could figure out doing something like that, but I don’t really know how to do that.

The Coffeesmith Project - Mod Blend º1 - Barista Plus

Hey long time no see, how is everyone doing! So this was something that was on the works for a while before It evolved into it’s own mega project, So for those that don’t know, I’m a bit of a coffee appreciator, and I like to have options for my simmies, so it became a separate project of its own. Mod Blends are just that - Mods that enhance the experience of having some of these objects within your game, as I’m about to show you, right now this is the only Mod Blend, but depending of how much I start to mess with things, others will come in the future. So, what does Barista Plus do?

this on the other hand, is a version of the game with Barista Plus In a nutshell, it allows for custom espresso bars to spawn their own Baristas in unowned community lots!!!! It has been something that has been bugging me since I found out that custom Espresso Bars didn’t have this functionality. But why didn’t they work, you might ask. Short Version: EAxis’s Spaghetti Code at it again. Long Version: It’s not that they didn’t work, they clone just fine, however, the Barista NPC Template has this unique BHAV called “Get My Stand”, basically this BHAV is the one that does the detection for the espresso bar, and io and behold, it only detects one GUID from the Uni Espresso Bar, nothing else, hence why none other custom espresso bar couldn’t spawn a Barista.

So what this does is expand the number of GUID’s the BHAV can detect, which allows for them to fully function in an unowned community lot. Right now, it detects: -Around the Sims 2′s Tea Shop Cart -Vitasims’s Victorian Tea Espresso Cart -linegud’s Elegant Espresso -All Espresso Bars I’m about to release. “But wait!” you might ask “are there any Free GUIDs I can use that are natively compatible with Barista Plus” Of course there are, I saved some from my GUID book specifically for this: 0x0093BBF0- 0x0093BBF1- 0x0093BBF2- 0x0093BBF3- 0x0093BBF4- 0x0093BBF5- 0x0093BBF6- Feel free to use any of them, but please do give me a heads up when you use them, I don’t want people taking GUID and accidentally making objects conflict. How to use them: Make it the GUID for the 0,0 Object Data, that’s it, that’s as simple as that. If you know of any other espresso bars on the wild or if you have your own already on the works with GUIDs and anything, please do tell and I’ll update the mod accordingly. ATS3 Update | Ilona likes Ikea | the Living-Room

One more Ikea inspired set! :p This time, here’s some pieces of furniture for the living-room. I might make more later, but for now, it’s all I’ve been able to mesh. :D

Candle stick lights up with real flames (if you have Granthes script installed); LIATORP surfaces have a lot of slots, including below glass; KARLSTAD seatings have 3 color channels (cushions, base & feet). By the way, I’m meshing all these objects, none are Sims 2 Ikea conversions.

So for something almost completely different

I've been working on this since the whole situation from February, but I have a Neocities Page Now! This is where I'll be uploading most of my CC that isn't Historical, Medieval or Fantasy related, so far, I've reuploaded most of the stuff that is already on my simblr, but I do have plans to reupload the stuff that was in my defunct livejournal and other places. It's still very much a work in progress, and i'll still be posting updates here for convenience, but feel free to follow me if you have a neocities page, and if you use and RSS Feed Reader, I did finish setting my RSS Feed.

Petition: Dedicated TS1 download section on MTS.

With the release of the Legacy collection, the original The Sims game has seen a resurgence in its modding scene. While much of the modding community is currently located in places like Tumblr or specialized sites such as Simblr.cc, most sites don't have the sort of infrastructure, history, or community that MTS does. 

While other sites such as TSR had a section for The Sims, they've recently locked them and prohibited new submissions. Additionally, TSR has a history of being driven primarily by profit while MTS is almost entirely driven my fans. It seems wrong that one of the oldest, and most established, Custom Content aggregate sites doesn't have it's own dedicated section for The Sims as so much of the games' original custom content from the 2000s disappears. 

MTS having its own section would make it one of the only custom content aggregate sites to have a functioning download section for the original game.

Sul Sul!

It's me, Eve - or @simping-simmer, as you may know me. I've decided to create this blog in order to make a more comprehensive and accessible resource for those of us who enjoy playing with diverse bodytypes. I will try to update this blog as often as I can but it may slip through my fingers a bit - I work as a teacher, it gets quite busy.

I also personally play with quite a limited range - so things like RenGal, SlimBB, CPU, for example, may be less likely to get reblogged by me because I simply don't use them. However, if there's a bodyshape I have missed new content for, or completely forgotten altogether, please let me know via the ask button!

Hey, does anyone know if this got reuploaded somewhere, I’ve archived most of the files, but this is the only one missing

After long months of spamming you guys with reblogs and questions, I have something of my own to post at last.

I don’t know why, but suddenly combining nebulae and the new gothique oval conversion by Delonariel justhadtobedone and after a lot of browsing and a bit of clicking in SimPE, viola, here they are! I hope you like them, I sure do; all the nebulae are just so darn pretty. Honestly, I recommend taking some time out to browse Tumblrs like this and this.
