Tomiko is a genderfluid (she/he, sometimes they) teen bakeneko yokai. She’s a Hidden City resident with her mother who runs much of the City’s (and crime mobs) finances all from a lovely tea house. A shapeshifter, he’s able to poof into a small cat to escape with ease, but seems to have trouble accessing other forms. She’s sarcastic, biting, and aloof, and only shows her soft underbelly to those he truly trusts, which is a very VERY short list. Keep an eye on your wallet when around her.
