This is number 1 on my list for next Christmas. 

All I want for Christmas is a Solas-centric DLC announcement.

 I voted already, but I thought sharing might help out a bit more. I hope the Petition goes well, because Persona movies deserve to be at the theatre. The animation and storytelling is quite amazing, it really deserves to reach a greater audience.

Hamatora the Animation Episode 7 (Waring: Spoilers)

I really dislike Moral now... He is a good villain, but I hate him.

Why Art? He was my favourite character! Why...? Moral is horrible, he didn't even let Art answer the damn phone! What's with the overkill, and ugh!

Sorry, Im just raging over this... It's so unfair. I knew he die from the comments before I watched the episode but geez... Moral you are getting on my nerves! Which means he's a good villain, but still...

RIP Art...  (If he's dead, I hope his not...)

Also I wonder what Moral said to him before he died... Hmm... I will not be able to go asleep tonight easily... Sigh. 

Best episode so far, despite Art's death. At least Art didn't give in, his determination is admirable. Anyway that's my rant.

Video games have helped through a lot. I'm a bit of a dreamer so when the world constantly doesn't match up to my over optimistic expectations,  I can get quite negative and overthink things.

There was a time in my life where I saw a flight of stairs and the thought falling down and breaking my neck didn't faze me. I literally felt nothing, even when I tried. I was numb and the closest reason for not seeing what might happen was the chance I might get in someone's way. My opinion of myself was that apathetic. Video games help me over come this by allowing me to get out of my own head. To escape my own thoughts so I could learn to actually care about living not merely existing because killing myself seemed like it might be inconvenient for others.

I knew it was bad for me to think such a way,  but I couldn't stop the negative thoughts crawling into my head. But thanks to video games and the stories they conveyed. This allow me to stop thinking I'm not good enough, and it stopped me from believing don't deserve the life I have while others suffer.

Video games allow me to stop focusing on all the negatives and see the positives in life. The Persona series also taught me that no one can survive alone, and the reason I felt the way I did was because I bottled everything inside myself until I reached breaking point. I didn't talk to people, because I didn't want to annoyed them, but that was wrong of me to do.

In summary, video games like Fire Emblem, Persona and Dragon Age taught me that some form of friendship is necessary for survival. I might not have friends yet, but I'm actually looking now. So it's quite an improvement.

Um... Why did I get ecchi terrorist? This is not a great omen.

A while ago, someone mentioned that there was some cut dialogue found in the Persona 4 game with full voice acting, including piece of Yosuke’s Social Link that were changed. Naturally I had to find out exactly was being said, and after obtaining the proper tools for the job, got into my copy of Persona 4 vanilla, found the files, made a wav of the dialogue, then edited them into mp3s and…I was not disappointed. There are a few interesting things in there including the near complete soundtrack of Persona 3 dumped right after P4’s, including testing tracks like that really weird Tartarus one and a version of Burn my Dread without lyrics. Anyway, this post is about the entire cut dialog of the Yosuke’s social link, stringed together in almost order for your enjoyment. And because it’s posted here, as you may have guessed, it dips heavily into “this was probably a romance option” side, including reactions that you find in the girl paths, and a different way of him saying “don’t go” compared to when you finish the true ending. It’s also really good voice acting work on Yuri’s part, and I’m pretty disappointed it was removed. When you think about it, it means something had been planned into the late stages if the voice acting work was done for it in both Japanese and English or at least be in the script Yuri was given and cut and edited for the game. Why it was removed, or where exactly it was and what they were going to do with it may depend entirely on what Atlus was planning, and what they ended up doing. Still, it’s a pretty interesting piece of trivia. Please enjoy.

Persona 5 Mythology

Mythology for Persona 5 mainly should be Egyptian mythology as it fits the pattern. In Persona 3 the history teacher had an obsession with Japanese history, in Persona 4 Japanese mythology was the main source for Personas. Thus since in Persona 4 the history teacher had an obsession about ancient Egyptian history the Egyptian mythology could be used. Orisis or Anbius could be awesome Personas.

They already used Anbius in other games, why not P5?

Persona 5 Theory

The whole slave and emancipation thing makes me think of Shadows. They are kind of enslaved to whatever Big Bad that comes along maybe the main character will be a Shadow that develops an ego, like Teddie did.
