My character Loiva, from a Finnish roleplay Aurinkotuuli.

In this setting the sun has turned dangerous. It erupts ‘solar winds’ that affect everything living greatly, turning animals mad and sick if they can’t find shelter. At worst it has a zombifying effect, as big doses of radiation turn rational minds all feral. Bones twist and memories run thin. The solar storms are greatly feared and the sun is seen hostile. While many wolves see the moon as their benevolent creator, my Loiva believes his mother is the great cruel sun..

So, I'll post my art - which includes sketches, finished pieces, WIPs and other things - here on my art blog. I still use DeviantArt (probably more often than tumblr... but we'll see!) and post mostly my finished art there. I hope you enjoy!

It's sometimes very fun to imagine some common (or uncommon) birds as raptors! I'd like to draw more of these. It's an eurasian blue tit raptor!

Background practice WIP! Also a tribute to groves, I really love them.

Kinda quickly drawn! Testing out my newer painting technique and just playing around. I really like this sort of 'dramatic' light!
