“ah ah no not that way” you looked at him confused, “i want you to do a little fashion show for me princess, wear those cute clothes and show me just how pretty you are” he said as he kissed your forehead “oh yeah sure”

AS YOU SLOWLY AWAKEN from your peaceful slumber, the gentle morning light filtering through the curtains. You turn over, greeted by the sight of Jungwon, already awake and watching you with a soft smile that could rival the sunrise itself.

"Good morning, pretty girl," he murmurs, his voice a soothing melody.

A smile tugs at your lips in response to his soft voice. "Good morning, pretty boy," you whisper back.

Jungwon reaches out, brushing his thumb over your cheek in a gesture so gentle. "You're beautiful," he says softly, his eyes filled with love as he gazes at you.

Your heart flutters at his words, warmth blooming within you like flowers in the spring. "And you're so perfect," you reply, your voice sweet and quiet.

Leaning closer, Jungwon presses a soft kiss to your forehead, his lips tender against your skin. "I could repeat this moments 100 times and I wouldn't be tired of it," he whispers, his breath warm against your ear.

You wrap your arms around him, pulling him close until you're enveloped in each other's embrace. "Me too," you nodded.

In that moment, with Jungwon's soft kisses and the gentle brush of his thumb against your cheek, you realize just how lucky you are to have him by your side.

soft sun rays lazily peeking through the curtains woke you up early in the morning. you blinked a few times, trying to adjust to the light, and looked around. minho’s apartment was filled with comfortable silence and you sighed softly, feeling the calmness fill your body. you closed your eyes, relaxing next to minho’s sleeping figure. 

a sudden soft thud made you snap your eyes open and you noticed a little brown feline make its way to your bed. dori jumped onto the sheets and decided to lay down right on your thighs. 

“hi, baby,” you whispered and the cat meowed back, as if trying to say hi, mom. you laughed quietly, but you immediately stopped when you felt minho squirm. you looked at him as he stretched his sleepy body and turned to face you. his puffy eyes looked at you with an unspoken question. 

“did you sleep well?” you broke the silence between him and you. minho only nodded, still not uttering a word. you reached out hesitantly to tuck an unruly strand of hair behind his ear and he immediately leaned into your touch. “you're really cute,” you said, your voice barely above the whisper, and minho scoffed, hiding his face under the covers. 

“am not.” 

dori quietly got up from his spot on your legs and quickly jumped right between you and minho, linking you together. you scratched him behind his ear and his soft purrs felt like medicine to you. 

“minho?” you grabbed the duvet, slowly pulling it off his face. he let out a faint mhm, waiting for your next words and you smiled. “i love you.” 

minho blinked a few times, his mouth opening and closing without making any sound. you took him by surprise and he didn’t really know how to behave, but you didn’t mind, you didn’t expect him to say it back right now. 

a quiet set of meows could be heard from the hall and soon after the two other cats appeared on the bed. they almost seemed jealous of their brother who was all snuggled between his parents, so both soonie and doongie decided it would be a great idea to lay in the gap as well. you giggled at the sight of the cats creating a pile of fluffy fur. you made sure to pet all of them equally but doongie must’ve really disliked that because soon he moved to lay right above your head, trying to steal your attention and making you chuckle.

minho didn’t show it, but inside he was melting seeing you with his baby, seeing his babies all together. this feeling was something new, something making his chest bloom with pride and joy and although it was completely overwhelming, he didn’t complain. he loved seeing you like this, all sleepy, playing with his cats and he loved the fact that you slept in his bed and he loved you, with his whole heart. and he wanted you to know. 

“yn?” you looked up at him with a giddy smile and minho and that sight confirmed his conviction that his next words were true. he hoped you would believe him. “i love you too.”

you blinked, “huh? uh, yeah,” you tried to smile assuring him. but his eyebrow frowned, he started to caress your hand.

“do you feel sick?” his fingers found their way to hold your hand, “is the headache coming back?” now his soft hand is on your forehead, trying to check your temperature.

“no, i'm just a little tired,” you said with another smile, “thank you for worrying me, jake.”

“are you sure?” he scanned your eyes as he caress your hair, “you do feel a little too warm.”

“jake, i'm fine,” you look at him right in the eyes, “i might be in need of a kiss, though.”

jake snickered as his cheeks turned slightly red. but then he proceed to give you a peck on your lips.

“eww get a room please, both of you,” jay snapped in the sight of you two kissed. you both laughed.

a/n: it's drabble time!! thought i'm not gonna post tonight but oh well 💀 dropping a little shorter one but i hope you guys like it just as much <3

What Jungwon has learnt throughout the entire two years you've been together is that you turn into a light sleeper whenever he's not around. So the turned off lights are enough for him to know that he needs to keep quiet and walk around on his toes. He quietly closes the door behind him, then sets his suitcase right next to the staircase.

Unpacking can wait couple hours more. All that he needs right now is to finally fall asleep with your body curled up next to his – the beloved feeling that he's been deprived of for two months as he's been away on a tour.

He walks up the stairs and pushes the tilted door of your shared bedroom open only to be met with a sight of you asleep. The dim moonlight peaking through the curtains lets him distinguish the way that your face gets smothered by a pillow in the dark, and he feels a smile creeping up on his face almost in an instant.

One look at you is enough to make him feel at home.

Stirring in your sleep, you feel a pair of all too familiar arms wrapping around your middle. The scent, your favorite scent in the entire world, of your boyfriend's cologne engulfs you warmly and you feel a sting of giddiness waking you out of your sleep.

"Won?" You ask groggily, turning around in his tight hold. The second that your eyes meet his sparkly ones, you let a tired grin spread your lips widely and you throw yourself on his neck, pulling him closely to your body. "You're home!"

Your breath tickles his neck but he would rather die than to find it in himself to complain about any of that that – not after he's been missing you like crazy for such a long time. So he nuzzles his head in your shoulder instead.

"Hi, love. Sorry, didn't mean to wake you up."

You smack his arm lightly before going back to squeezing the life out of him. "I'm glad you did. Wanna greet you properly," you mumble in his neck, fingers playing with the hair on the back of his head. He hums before pressing his warm lips to your temple. "You're early, though. Thought you were supposed to come in the evening?"

"We took an earlier flight. Couldn't wait to get home to you. See your pretty face again."

His hands caress your skin ever so gently, the touch nearly lulling you back to sleep. So before your eyes close back again, you tighten your arms around him and whisper a small "I've missed you" with a voice full of emotion.

Jungwon runs his fingers through your hair, carefully untangling whatever knots have created at the ends of your locks. He's well aware you're seconds away from drifting away again but he doesn't mind that at all. Because now he has you in his arms again – his love, his sunshine, and he relishes in the relief as his heart full of longing finally feels almost hundred pounds lighter.

"I've missed you too. So fucking much," he whispers back, letting his lips linger over your cheek after he places a kiss upon it. His nose gently nudges yours before he pulls you impossibly close to his chest and eventually allows his heavy eyelids to flutter shut.

With your body flush to his and the faint sound of your breathing soothing him as well as a lullaby, Jungwon knows he'll finally get a good night's sleep after two months of tossing restlessly in the hotel beds.

"I'm taking you with me the next time," he mumbles into your hair, not even sure if you're listening or if you're already fast asleep but he keeps talking, "I don't care, from now on I'm taking you anywhere I go. Couldn't deal without you for so long again."
