i couldn’t care less that taylor isn’t a vocal powerhouse because her voice feels like home to me. it feels like a soft warm blanket or a hug from your mom or the bed in your childhood room. it’s beautiful and earnest and unbridled and uniquely her and i wouldn’t trade it for the world
it's just that when i love something, i love it loud and i love it long. i've never figured out the halfway of it - when i hold something, i let it scar me.
