So this post is essentially going to be a thesis cause it’s about to be long. 

Before I start this let me say something that I realized about me over the years. 

I dislike misinformation and I like hard stone facts. I’m not going to believe you what you tell me unless you can show me the evidence. 

I dislike the fact people take something they may have heard someone else say over and over and think of it being facts without actually looking to it for themselves. 

The Sailor Moon fandom is so close to hitting 30 years old and it doesn’t make any damn sense that the same damn misinformation about a certain character ( well many characters but this one in particular) and still running rapid . Like seriously! We have google now so it’s no point for this misinformation (which I have faithfully used with other resources) still going on. It really doesn’t make any sense that it has gotten worse cause the simple fact that its way easier to find information now than it was in the early 90’s. Just because you have heard someone say “Oh he’s 20 years old dating a 14 old eww!”a million times, doesn’t mean it’s fucking true. Do your fucking research!

So this is me finally being like “Bitch I’m tried of writing mini essays! Let me write an entire thesis” because I know my followers are getting tired of me and hell I’m getting tired of myself. This is probably the first and only time I go this hard for a character because I’m sick of this character getting dragged so damn much by part of the fandom.

CAN Y'ALL HEAR MY UGLY CRYING IN THE DISTANCE??!!!😭😭

Okay so I didn't actually cry, but my eyes was definitely teary and ready to cry ugly tears!😆

I never thought I would get this invested in a game, let alone an otome game, but I did! The story and the characters, it all was so engaging and exciting!

Early on, a little after I downloaded the game, it didn't have the same effect on me... I considered uninstalling it, but something just made me continue on, thinking that the story might get even better and more exciting, AND IT DID!!😁💕

I love many of the different events, I have my favorite characters and I have favorite lessons and parts of the story!❤

To see that I was nearing lesson 20, and (what I like to call) the end of the "main" storyline after the 1 year exchange program... it got me! It literally felt like I had grown with the characters and like the year was real! So of course it hit me in the feels when I was supposed to leave!🥺💕

It's not over though! The game is at... lesson 60 now, is it? And literally next lesson we're like *poofs back into the Devildom* "SURPRISE SHAWTYYYY!!!" So yeah! We're far from finished!😁😆

Just felt like I had to share this experience, cuz it was very heartfelt for me!❤💕

Honestly, “he’s going through a phase” and “he did it because he likes you” is making me mad! And also, “she was asking for it” and “she’s just overreacting” is wrong to use as an excuse for violent behaviour! Violence is never ok!!

!!! SPOILERS FOR THE NEWEST EPISODES OF STEVEN UNIVERSE FUTURE !!!

So... the new Steven Universe Future episodes, ey??

HOLY DIAMOND AUTHORITY!!!

Okay so first of all for some context: Me and my sister who are both fans of Steven Universe just watched the newest episodes of Steven Universe Future. And we. Lost. Our. Shits!

I will describe the episodes so again, SPOILERS AHEAD!!! LAST WARNING!!

Mr. Universe: A nice episode where we learn more about Greg's past before he became Mr. Universe. I did not think he got that name from a song, but I like that! Strict family and rules... damn, never saw that coming. And Steven and his pink outbursts again... dang. I hope he sees a therapist... really, I hope he does...

Fragments: This is.... asdfghjfjfid... I can't even! He doesn't want to tell the gems, so what does he do instead... seek out Jasper!... I immediately thought it was a bad idea... But anyway, Steven trained with her, magically grew taller(?), and showed how strong he really is. And when he laughed... it did not feel like our usually happy Steven... reminded me of an evil laugh coming from a villain... He came back to the house in a hurry, didn't pay any mind to the gems and went right to the bathroom. I first thought he was going to pull out Jasper's gem and that he only poofed her... boy was I wrong. He had in fact SHATTERED her! Steven Universe SHATTERED a gem! He who never felt comfortable with the idea of shattering in the first place! Both me and my sister's eyes widened at the sight. Jasper came back though (in a new style) and... bowed to him... cuz of his strength and called him "my diamond".... ho-ly shit.

The 4 finale episodes comes next Friday... I am not ready for this show to end... but one thing that will make me happy is showing Spinel and the Diamonds at least one more time! Clearly one of the best cartoons of the decade... in my humble opinion of course...

I don't have anything else to say, I am flabbergasted! Well, not anything else except GET STEVEN TO THERAPY ALREADY!!!

Random Thoughts about Steven Universe!

So I had a random thought I wanted to get out. Also, I'm thinking about maybe doing this "random thought" thing to a trend for myself here on Tumblr... Anyway!

I was just scrolling through something Steven Universe related on Instagram when I realised that fan art of corrupted Steven has become popular... I myself LOVE the idea of Steven getting corrupted in a future episode! And I have also noticed a trend in these fan arts. That trend is drawing Steven crying or scared of what's happening (the transformation/corruption). Now this made me realise: Has the Steven Universe turned angsty? Not in the bad way, but rather good way.

I've also seen that Steven with pink eyes and Steven with a more emo/don't care-ish type of attitude is becoming popular when drawing fan art... I love this fandom a lot!😌 I'll maybe draw some fanart myself... Not sure if I wanna publish it. But the point of this post was the corruption fan art that is everywhere. Keep on drawing angst my friends!!

Gotta love angsty Steven! He's so much more of a teenager now!😏 Also, I've seen the 2 newest episodes and I love that Pearl got confident in shapeshifting again and I LOVE Freckles (AKA nice new freckles Lapis)!

Dear readers,

I'm reaching out to you right now, not out of joy, but out of fear. Cocoa-fells (riz-gukgak-is-best) is not responding to messages after posting that she was scared of possible actions her homophobic religious parents might take if they figured out that she and her sister were LGBTQ+. Cocoa is a genderfluid biromantic asexual (I'll be using she/her for this post) and her sister is gay.

Cocoa contacted @fangirlsftw (aka Katie) and I on the 8th (we've both known her for about a year and spoke off and on) really worried about her parents finding out her and her sister's identities and how the controlling (taking away of electronics, not allowing contact, etc.) and verbal threats had been escalating with her parents and her friend's parents. Her parents also believe gays are evil. Katie suggested a gofundme to help her raise the funds to get out of the environment with her sister, her best friend (who is also in a bad situation), and her dog. She also agreed to do a daily check in with me and a relative.

After the post went up, Cocoa found out that her mom had gone to her stepdad with suspicions about her and her sister. She said that her parents believed their lies about the LGBTQ+ stuff, but they did find out that her sister was no longer a believer and that Cocoa had doubts (she said that she told them she was leaning towards yes, but still). They appeared to take it remarkably well, but Cocoa still felt anxious due to them nearly finding out everything after successfully hiding her identity for so long.

Cocoa's last check in was October 12th at 10:20pm EST. Her gofundme was taken down and refunds were issued. On October 15th at 5:52pm, I got this message.

The message wasn't written in her normal voice and felt... off, so I reached back out to make sure that the person could confirm that they were Cocoa (and not someone else with her account information). No response. Katie and several of our friends have reached out as well and got no response from her tumblr or discord. Not long after that, Cocoa's tumblr account was deactivated.

If you have any information, please reach out to us. Otherwise, please boost this so that it might be seen by someone who can help.

And before anybody says it, I know that this is the internet. That I could be in for a world of hurt and heckling by the end of all of this. But the truth is, I will never let the possibility of hurt feelings stop me from ensuring that a friend is safe. So please, humor me for now and help however you can.

It's been 6 days since Cocoa last checked in. 72 hours since I received the message that we strongly believe was not from her. We have no new information at this time, BUT we were able to find two of her worried online friends and update them on the situation.

This post is spreading. There is still hope that someone with information or that knows Cocoa in real life will see it. So I'm asking you, please help us. If you're able, you can even share it on other platforms (reddit, twitter, instagram...) as long as you remember to link back to either this post or one of our tumblrs so someone with information has a place to go.

And Cocoa? If you see this, it's gonna be okay. We will find you. I'm not giving up on you. None of us are. We got you.
