Humans are weird

Eating. Oh my godddd I hate eating! Having to stop and eat enough nutrients 3 times a day just so we can function. It's dumb! In the words of Captain Holt(Brooklyn 99) "if it were up to me I would just drink a grey smoothie that provides enough nutrients for the day."

I mean imagine how much more time we would have during the day if eating didn't slow us down! Also if we didn't need to eat then no one would have to struggle with an ED! It would be so much nicer, in my opinion.

Alien: So you're telling me.. You have to sit here for about 10 minutes, 3 times a day, just so you have enough energy to function as a human?

Human, with a mouth full of food: Yuppers man.

Alien: First of all, that's really gross. Second, that isn't very efficient. Why doesn't your body just naturally produce energy?

I have these insanely vivid dreams and I like to write them down so I don't forget them. I'm specifically drawn to this dream I had not too long ago. I think I'll call him Ivan

I'm a bit of a DC nerd so I'm not surprised that I had a dream I was in the DC universe. If you couldn't tell by my shitty background, I'm controlling vines, becoming poison ivys protégé after I died in my dream. Boy lemme tell you, dying in a dream was not fun

One thing i never expected to happen iz Aziraphale helping me with my eating disorder. I've been in recovery for a while and now everytime I want to skip a meal or a treat I tell my self "Aziraphale would eat and enjoy this food,and probably have hot chocolate later so you should eat as well" and it weirdly works

The tl:dr; version: These people want you to “file the serial numbers off” your fanfic and publish it with them.

The catch: If the IP owners ever come after you, you’re on your own… and you have to pay the publisher damages! (Not to mention the IP owner…)

Also: their advances are CRAP. Also: Your advance (such as it is) is obtained by crowdfunding. WTF!!!

ETA: Victoria Strauss of Writer Beware has looked at the contract and declared it “completely incoherent and inadequate”.
