If Fishlegs had Spotify I feel like he'd really just use it for podcasts and audio books but if he had to listen to anything it'd probably be whatever he thinks his friends like since he's flexible with music genres and stuff

Hiccup hates hugs but Camicazi and Fishlegs love them so Hiccup only hugs those 2.

Camicazi just smells people for the sake of smelling that smell later and getting happy and nostalgic over it.

Hiccup tried to teach Camicazi a few of the languages he knows but she only learnt the swear words. He just decided to teach Fishlegs instead.

"objectively physically attractive but in possession of negative rizz" is one of my favorite character concepts. i think it's so great when there's an absurdly hot person who's just a complete fucking loser. the mood is unsalvageable the moment they open their mouth kind of deal. you get no bitches because you're so sucks.

Bro was weird for having beef with a bunch of children. He was also super ugly tbh. Toothless was right to not trust him in book 2.

My favourite part about my hero is the fact Bakugo is literally just a guy. He's got no soul crushing backstory, he's got married parents with well paying jobs, he's always been highly respected by his peers and the one thing that could've been used to a traumatic backstory (the sludge monster) no one takes seriously because of the hey UA video and I honestly don't think it traumatised him that bad cus that's pretty much the only time it's ever brought up and it's done so in a comedic light. Even the fandom reaches to give this kid a struggle so we all just decided he's hard of hearingand got PTSD from the sludge monster. HE reaches to give himself a backstory. That's why he hates Deku for helping him out of the creek. And the best part? HIM BEING LITERALLY JUST A GUY IS PIVOTAL IN HIS CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT ARC

I love how hiccup and the woden's fang and the windwalker try so hard to teach Toothless manners only for him to pick a completely random "polite" word to put in front of his normal statements

Saying "please" or "excuse me" or whatever before hurling seething insults is the funniest thing I've ever read

sick of this anti-aging obsession. let's go in the opposite direction. i want more characters who are hardened & grizzled & have a face lined with the harrowing tribulations of time--and then halfway through the narrative u find out they're 27
