I used Tesco jalapeรฑo free from cheese (37g grated) 2 wholegrain wraps ยฝ a red onion diced A generous fork full of kimchi 1 ยฝ cups baby spinach
Just chop everything finely mix together and dived between the 2 wraps and toast in a non-stick pan.

Ladies, gentlemen and Other I presented to you gnocchi-tteokbokki Gnoccbokki ๐ ๐ฌ๐ Just brown your preferred gnocchi (I had a random gluten free one) in a non stick pan (or a pan with a little oil) the add the sauce and cook on medium for about 3-5 mins until reduced and glossy
To make the sauce follow the braised tofu recipe and add 1 + ยฝ cups (approx) of water ๐ค๐
Top with chopped spring onion and toasted sesame seeds

I picked it up in Sainsburyโs but Iโm pretty sure you can get it in other supermarkets in the uk (not sure about the rest of the world) Honestly this is something I would recommend to anyone (even people who could not care less about what the eat) it tastes so so good! Would be awesome swirled on bananas nice-cream , pancakes, waffles, cupcakes , warm milk, coffee or (how I roll) directly into mouth ๐
