I commissioned @tikklil from Twitter/Instagram again to draw 42 Miles/42 Gwen based off @bloody-writing's fic Tonight You Belong To Me. This fic is the reason why I ship them so hard, so I think it's only fitting that I commission fanart inspired by this fic as a thank you. Hopefully, I can do some more commissions based on this fic because there are scenes that I really think is worth seeing illustrated. So fingers crossed. (As a disclaimer, I did get permission to post the commission here.)

They’re Definitely In Love

A little short story of Pavitr, and maybe Hobie, shipping Gwen and Miles. Working on a bigger project right now!

“Look at them!” Pavitr whispers to Hobie, pointing to Miles and Gwen.

“Just because Gwendy’s head is leaning on Peter Pan’s shoulder while they talk doesn’t mean they’re in love.” Hobie scoffs, though he believes that yes, those two loved each other.

Pavitr shoots him a glance. “Definitely believing you there,” he replies in sarcasm. Hobie rolls his eyes.

“But she has his jacket on.” Pavitr points out. “It’s cold out,” Hobie replies. “Are you trying to deny their love?” Pavitr asks, exaggerating ‘are you.’ “What’re you guys talking about?” Miles asks, not turning his head around.

“Nothing!” Pavitr and Hobie quickly dismiss.

“They’re totally in love,” Hobie whispers to Pavitr.

i know the pjo tv show is beyond help aside from the lovely main cast but it irritates me to no end when they add in useless side characters while deeply struggling to properly characterize their most important ones. alison my ass, chris rodriguez is RIGHT THERE. solely focus on that, if at all. given how short these episodes are and the resulting shallowness of some of most pivotal scenes, dishing out screen time like oprah to a bunch of nobody characters is not going to elevate the show in any way, shape, or form. deviating from the text-established percy-centric narrative and introducing additional plot points to some behind-the-scenes luke narrative when they miss the mark on the main storyline is just yet another distraction and waste of energy on everyone’s part
