Both young creatures got undressed, stepped into the shower, and began to cleanse the filth of the night off their skin. Petra leaned over so that Rocket could help her wash her hair. He ran his clawed fingers along her scalp, taking care to tease the dried flakes of blood loose. He loved her hair, loved having his hands in it. He loved her so, so much.

“Petra, we don’t kiss like that.” He said as he added more shampoo onto her head.

“Like what?” Petra said as she stilled under Rocket’s hands.

“Like Lethys and Frick. We don’t kiss on the mouth or with our tongues.”

“No, of course not,” Petra laughed and shied away from him as she pushed her hair back out of her face. Rocket’s brow’s knitted and a worried frown tugged at his lips. “We aren’t married.” Petra explained and rubbed between his eyes to take away that strange pained expression.

Beg me, you sweet, needy little slut. “You tell me the whole plan, kitten.” “Dunno,” she gasps. “Just wanted time to think — but — she’s like us—”
