Better days are yet to come đ¤đ¸
⤠chasing my dream has never been this easy, & I love it. âĄâĄâĄ
MY FAV IG ATM: @NICOLESNEUROSCIENCE
I struggle IMMENSELY with my mental health even till this day.
Iâm currently reprogramming my brain to not operate on a default survival mode. I donât have to hustle. I donât have to grind. I am training my brain to relax for the first time in over 20 years. Itâs a process.
My struggles with mental health issues is what pushed me to get a Ph.D in Neuroscience. Thereâs so many factors of our everyday 3D reality that play apart in the trauma we sort of self inflict onto our brain. Climate change, inflation, even the pandemic for example. Long term stress inflicts trauma onto the brain.
Iâve been hesitant about having a urTOOspoiled IG account but I love the simple infographics that allow me to immediately take in the information and apply it without being overwhelmed with information.
I would love to do the same thing since most of my advice is based on data, stats and resources Iâve read in books or on the internet.
Idk though. In the meantime, back to my hidey hole.
Happy Healing! Hope this helped someone who needed it! đ§żđŻđđđž
đ 3 STEPS FOR 2025 TRANSFORMATION - 1 WEEK UNTIL 2025 [GLOW UP SERIES] đ
It's been a moment! This time next week we will officially be in 2025!! Itâs so crazy to think that our new year glow-up started in September and I for one have seen HUGE shifts in starting my pre-2025 glow-up. If youâre late to the game, and only now having time to reflect on what you want achieve in 2025 here 3 simple focus points:
You absolutely need a vision. What are you working towards? What is your goal? This needs to be centred around how you want to feel. Every time Iâve skipped this step, Iâve just plodded along with life, sure some things have changed but not on a DRASTIC level. If you want that unrecognisable-collapsing-timelines shift to take place in your life you need to get familiar with your next level, this is so when it arrives, when you are presented with stepping stones it feels natural. It doesnât feel scary. When I was sharing a room with my mom a year ago looking at ocean view apartments that were way more than I was used to paying I was able to push through the fear and discomfort of âwho am I to live thereâ, âthis is too expensiveâ because I had REHEARSED living in my new apartment so much. I knew what it felt like to walk my dog along the beach every morning. This lifestyle was NORMAL for me in my mind, so when the 3D caught up, I knew it was destiny. It felt right, it flowed, because I was FAMILIAR with my vision.
You need to actually look at your day to day and see where you are not optimising your life to move yourself forward. For example, you donât have time for the gym in the mornings but waste 30mins scrolling in bed. That is time that can be optimised! You donât have time to cook healthy lunches so end up buying junk food and feel gross, meal-prep is how you optimise your time! You donât have time to meditate, but have to walk your dog every morningâŚWalking meditation with the dog is how you optimise. Make time work for you. Make your day, align with your future self, with the elevated you, not the lazy you, unproductive you.
You need to start speaking life into yourself with gratitude and praise. This looks like those mornings driving where you usually overthink and work yourself into a mental hell hole, you start speaking life into yourself. You go on a rampage, you remind yourself how good things always happen to you, how badass you truly are. Itâs just you, in your car, let loose and make this a habit. Youâre in the mirror, you pro-actively speak loving words into yourself, you go out of your way throughout the day to remind yourself how lucky you are that xxx, how wonderful it is xxxx, how grateful you are xxxx..What this does is mentally programme your mind into higher vibrational thoughts. Youâll naturally start thinking better, negative thoughts wonât be able to make a home inside of you because you will have a deposit of good energy, of self love from speaking life into yourself throughout the day.Â

2025 #8 The Power of 3: Divide Your Year, Reclaim Your Time
Happy New Yearâitâs 1st January, and 2025 is finally here woooooaaaaah. A blank slate, full of possibility. But this isnât about resolutions. This is about creating a systemâa life strategy that works every single day, not just for a few weeks in January. (This is my mindset rn !)
âď¸..Thatâs why today, weâre talking about the 3-3-3-3 Method. Your year isnât one overwhelming block of time. Itâs not a marathon you burn out on halfway through(trust me). Itâs a cycle of seasonsâeach three months longâdesigned for you to grow, adjust, and conquer in stages.
[You donât need to control 12 months at once. You need to master each quarter.]
Why 3-3-3-3 Works
The biggest mistake people make is thinking success is linear. Itâs not . Life happens in phases. When you divide your year into 3-month blocks, you give yourself permission to focus, recalibrate, and restart four times a year.
[Three months is long enough to see results but short enough to stay motivated.]
Four separate quarters means you have four fresh starts. No wasted time, no excuses. This structure keeps you accountable, productive, and adaptable.
Breaking Down the Year
Letâs go quarter by quarter !!
Q1: The Groundwork (January-March)
This is your foundation. These three months are about clarity and direction. Youâre building the systems and habits that will carry you through the rest of the year.
Set specific, actionable goals for Q1âjust three.
Focus on discipline, not motivation. Build habits that align with your goals.
Start small, but be consistent. Every day you show up, youâre stacking bricks.
Your mantra for Q1? âBrick by brick, Iâm building my future.â
Q2: Growth Season (April-June)
This is where the seeds you planted in Q1 start to sprout. Now itâs time to double down.
Push yourself harder. Challenge the systems you built.
Evaluate: Are your habits working? If not, adjust them.
Stay consistentâthis is the quarter where most people quit.
Your mantra for Q2? âI donât stop when Iâm tired; I stop when Iâm done.â
Q3: The Grind (July-September)
This is the toughest quarterâitâs hot, itâs long, and the novelty of the year has worn off. But this is also where champions are made.
Stay focused on execution. Donât lose sight of your goals pleaaaase I know u can do it
Keep your pace steady. This isnât about speed; itâs about endurance.
Reflect: Whatâs worked so far this year? What hasnât? Cuz we are not perfect!!!
Your mantra for Q3? âI thrive in the grind. I grow in the struggle.â
Q4: The Finish Line (October-December)
This isnât the time to coast. These last three months are your chance to finish strong.
Tie up loose ends. Complete what you started.
Celebrate your wins, but donât get complacent.
Plan for the next year. Use what youâve learned to set bigger goals for 2026.
Your mantra for Q4? âI finish what I start. I donât quitâever.â
Tasks (ideas) for Each Quarter
1. Q1: Build Your Base
Identify three goals.
Break them into daily and weekly tasks.
Track your progress daily.
2. Q2: Expand Your Reach
Push your comfort zone.
Evaluate and adjust your systems.
Focus on consistency, not perfection.
3. Q3: Commit to the Grind
Keep going, even when it feels tough.
Reflect monthly: Whatâs working? What isnât?
Stay disciplined, no matter what.
4. Q4: Reflect and Rebuild
Finish strongâdonât leave anything undone.
Celebrate, but use failures as lessons. FAILURES ARE TEACHERS !
Set the stage for a powerful 2026.
1st January: it's a Now or Never
Itâs easy to get caught up in the excitement of a new year. But hereâs the truth: excitement fades. Discipline doesnât. If you want this year to be different, you have to act differently.Today isnât about January 1st being special. Itâs about what you do with every day after this. Divide your year. Build your plan. And most importantlyâexecute.Because when December 31st comes around, and the world is reflecting on what theyâve lost or didnât achieve, youâll stand tall knowing you didnât waste a single season. You didnât just live through 2025âyou mastered it.
one quarter at the tiiiiiime!!
