Nina’s arrival is unexpected, yes, but it’s welcome all the same, and Danny offers her a bright smile as he leans against the door frame. “ a beautiful face and something fun to drink. ” he repeats, a smirk growing against his lips “ two of my favourite things - I’m guessing this means the test went well ? ” not that he had any doubts in Nina’s abilities. “ Mexican sounds lush, let’s go. ”

After pulling all-nighters all week, she finished the test feeling somewhat satisfied with her performance. Now, it was the waiting game. She had thirty days to find out if she was smart enough to get accepted into medical school. Until then, she needed to find ways to keep her mind occupied. She figured that anything that took her outside of her apartment would be a good option. "I could go for some Mexican food right now. It's on me if that helps!"

Nina loved Danny, and if she planned to eat her nerves away, he was the best person she could think of to join right now. "I haven't pulled out all my hair, and my eyes aren't bloodshot red, so I consider that a small victory." Never one to brag about her accomplishments, she preferred to let them speak for themselves.
