sorry btw for the inconsistency of this tumblr. just been hospitalised against my will then discovered that i'm bipolar, so yeah it's been hectic and that kind of shows here. but i'm back so i guess it's something
Hey, how are you doing lately?
Hope life is generally treating you well, your blog is nostalgic. It reminds me of the "old Sims" times. I like it a lot! 👍
that's very kind of you to ask! i'm in kind of a transition period where i don't really know what i'm doing in my life (like most people haha), and where i have to adjust to new medication. basically in limbo. i'm trying to be patient, hoping it will get better i still play sims 2, but i don't feel that my gameplay is interesting enough to share. i'm still here liking posts on tumblr because i love other people's gameplays and the community. thanks you so much for your kindness, i like your tumblr, AC and pigeons too
so, i know i've put here and there pictures of some builds and sims (not including my creepy pathologic inspired neighborhood) and not really explaining it the name of this place is undonia. at first it began as a kind of midnight challenge, largely inspired by the one by @keoni-chan and now it's been five years and six generations. this island is much more colorful, kind of neon grunge i guess, with aliens, witches and werewolves. anyways, here is the founder's house, based on what remains of edith finch, because i liked the idea of a house growing as the family grew.
Bara just moved back to her deceased parents's house (i never manage to keep them alive before my sims finish college) and the welcome wagon swiftly arrived to get her mind off of things
sloooowly coming back to building patho lots, and i forgot how fucking insane those floorplans are
1/4 - exterior
here's the crucible by the by!
so believe it or not i had a ridiculous hard time with this one. like more than the lump. i redid the floorplans so many times. and then i had to use my imagination to fill this gigantic mansions (since in the game we see only the first floor), and i'm not used to have to furnish large rooms. but anyways i think it's kind of an acceptable result. i don't want to ever think about this lot ever again
here's a less complex build for once : The Bad Grief's Nest. i took a loooot of liberty with this one, so hardcore Pathologic fans may not really like it. oh well i wanted a little more colors than the original one. the sims who are gonna live there will sell illegal magical artefacts as well as prophesy futur and all (hence the crystal ball).
there's two little buildings surrounding the Nest. the one on the left is a bedroom, the second is empty at the moment, but it'll be where the sims will build the artefacts. again even if it is a departure from the original, i hope you'll still enjoy it.
i have been tagged by the lovely @lazyislays ! thanks ! Get to know you game! Answer the questions and tag 9 people you want to know better! Last song listened to?
Man's World by Joy Crookes Currently reading
The Master and Margarita by Mikhail Bulgakov. The beginning is infamous for being long and a little boring, but after that it's supposed to be great, you know with witches, Satan and a black cat who speaks. So we will see. Currently watching rewatching Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, the best show in the world, because i'm pretty depressed at the moment and it's my confort show.
Currently obsessed with
koalas. have you seen koalas? they're the cutest thing in the world. 9 people is a lot for an introvert like me hahaha, i'm tagging @ho3sferatu, and @socialbunny unless you've already been tagged of course. feel free to ignore though!
