I think that the feminist movement was the worst thing for the world. Question for lesbian couples with kids

I am a biological straight man and I have a question for lesbian couples with kids. I was born to a mother and a father who both signed my birth certificate. I grew up around a few lesbian couples but none of them ever had kids and I was hoping that you would be willing to help me answer a question about when one of you have a biological baby with your partner do you both sign the birth certificate and the woman that gave birth signs it as the mom and the other parent signs it as the father or does the hospital have a same sex birth certificate so that way the woman that gave birth signs as the birth mother and the other partner is the other mom or something like that or does the birth mom sign it and the other partner doesn’t sign at all.
