Underfell Sans is ready to give you a bad time.
In a way this also describes the change in Tophs that finally let her flourish.
Before the Avatar gang came along and swept her up she was a coddled flower that kept trying to get the nutrients and attention she needed to bloom but her parents kept denying her those things or gave it to her in such small amounts that it did nothing to sate her needs. Leaving her dreaming of more.
Once the gang pulled her into their mix though she began to blossom, she was able to learn and teach the skills she had developed. She was able to expand her personality to find herself. To become the most talented earth bender of her time, if not all time. They also gave her the love she needed while letting her develop on her own.
The plants at the forefront show this as well. When Toph was with her parents the plants were green, alive but not flurishing, getting the bare minimum of what was needed. When with her group of friends though the plants have flowered, showing they have gotten the love and care they deserve to gain their true beauty.
Toph’s Family
I have made my whole family laugh by showing them this.
I have have reached a new high in DPS Idle gold rush at 2905 and have learned a few more things. 1, the game really does not like you upgrading the guild bonus after guild reset with the silver guild. it seems to lead to a plethora of overflow issues. 2, the time skip function in guild rush does not seem to remove your playable time, just changes all other clocks in game. and 3, the last chest is stacked.
so, I think I have more knowledge now of how to get gold rush even farther, and I can't wait till I can get the last chest outside of gold rush. for now, I think I'll cancel out of gold rush and start fresh again another day.
in case your wondering:
Hog: DPS %
Bouncer: DPS and % gold per monster
essence of mana: % magic potion duration
Vortex: Deck 2 power increase %
Mage's tower: Magic sphere power %
Sorcerer: DPS, DPS %, and stronger upgrades
Portal: Hero EXP %
Hand of power: Sphere filling per click
Clock Tower: % gold per monster
Imp Worker: chance of obtaining skull %
i can't give you a guess of their normal starting values because... well, all the spent gems, but this at least can give people an idea of what is next.
A tale worth telling to all.
Just an idea I got for the beast from Over the Garden Wall.
in a loose fairytale stye.

Cute!
*dry food crunches* Ridiculously small kitten: “Myam myam myam. Njam njam njam njam njam njam njam! Myam myam myam nyam nyam myam. Mmmam. Mrrrrram. Meep!”
Well, this is interesting.
I can tell so much about you by what you've left unsaid...
Ink leaned back in his old rocking chair, listening to the old, beaten wood creak with the stretch of new pressure. He always used it whenever he couldn't sleep, when insomnia hit him hard, stapling his eyes open, making his body toss and turn, but tonight was different. No, tonight wasn't a night where he drew something and still had the energy for new pieces, but he had to go meet up with the Star Sanses in the morning, when he had just watched a fight in another au and was still riled up, tonight was worse.
Tonight was worry
There was a tightness in the painters chest that refused to go away. It made his hands shake, trembling in place, twitching every now and again from being so cramped. It made his stomach feel tight and knotted, the bitter taste of acid rising in his throat now and again, though he forced it back down. Sure, he was used to puking up Ink, but not real food. What food would even come up? He hasn't had the motivation to eat, it took a lot out of him to even roll out of bed this morning, but he knew that Error needed to be taken care of. Its not like skeletons needed to eat, even though it did strengthen their stanima, so he was just fine without it, and if that meant losing all his energy, so be it.
Ink looked across the room to the couch, Errors unconscious form bundled up in blankets and wires, pumping medicine into his soul that Sci had recommended. The glitchs break down made his core weak and cracked, so Ink had to keep a close eye on his chest. Not to mention the physical damage, a sprained ankle and chips among his skeleton from the rock fall. Being in the snow, in soaking wet clothes for hours on end, also gave Error a nasty case of frostbite. The tips of his bones, his toes and fingers, bits of rib and neck, they were all stained a bright pink color, swollen and sore. Ink had always found the others bruises interesting, how they needed to be a bright color to contrast over the dark bones. Is that why he left so many after battles? Maybe. Did that mean the guilt on his chest ever lightened? Absolutely not.
... Maybe he shouldn't have been so rough in fights. Error had already retreated down at Snowdin, but Ink was determined on having a bit more fun. Now he realized that this wasn't fun for Error, it wasn't joy he felt, it was fear. Fear of being hunted like some sort of wild animal, fear of being presented with all his failures for everyone to see, to laugh at and poke fun at for their own entertainment.
The protector takes a sip of his white paint, bouncing his knee anxiously, pumping his foot to and from the cold tiled floor. It was dulling his emotions, which he usually didn't like, but right now, he needed it. The anxiety and guilt was driving Ink insane, he felt both physically and mentally sick with the entire situation. The ticks from a clock on the wall was the only thing to keep himself grounded, each one making him flinch from the lack of background noise. Usually, he didn't even notice it, making a radio or the voices of the creators to drown it out, but now, it was like a gun being shot right next to his head, just barely missing, but still serving as a warning. Why did he even have a clock? With all the timelines and different timezones, this was a useless pice of junk. Still, it looked nice, and it made him feel like this little multiverse world had its own sense of individuality, so he kept it up. Did it even run on batteries? Or did it just hang over Ink, watching him with every click of a hand, prying into his thoughts with every tick of the minute, waiting for the artist to finally crack, to unfold just as Error did all those weeks ago.
Yeah... Weeks....
Glitchy had gone into a coma from all the cold to his body, sending him into shock. Or, at least that's what Sci said. Ink didn't really know what that meant, but it definitely wasn't good, the lack of knowledge only adding bricks to his already endless wall of anxiety.
A crash in the room almost made Ink scream in fear, though it only came out as a soft wheeze, instead gripping the arms of his rocker to try and stable himself once again. Turning his head from his hands folded on his lap, he was surprised to see Errors body... Rolled off the couch. There was a grumble from the pile as it shifted around, obviously annoyed by its prison of blankets, trying to break free, but it was kinda hard when your limbs were all numb and cramped. His counterpart rushed over to help, nearly flying out of his chair in the moment of adrenaline, pulling at the blanket until it came loose, looking down at the other
"Hey Ru... You're awake..."
Inks voice was small, something uncharacteristic for the usually annoying guardian, but the look in Errors eyes told him that things weren't all well again. The red tainted sockets looked like they were sunk into his skull, making gray bags ring around his eyes. Even though it was hard to see with the black bones, Ink could regonize it from the almost gray pupils, the usually warm color pattern drained into a ghost of once they once were, A ghost of Error. A ghost of his determined attitude, almost smug as he bickered with anyone and everyone, his pride refusing to submit into another's ideas. A ghost from his usually wide rested smile, or that jagged frown when he got upset over something small, cursing and stomping his foot like a cat who was pet at the wrong time. A ghost of the usual bright navy strings dripping down his cheeks. They weren't even glowing now, starting to mix into his skull, almost like they were invisible to his character. Ink forced himself to gulp down another bit of white paint, shuttering at the lack of taste, unlike his other vials that bursted with flavor. How long has this been piling up on Error for? The skeleton looked half dead, staring up at Ink with glossy eyelights, almost like his entire personality was broken.
The artist pulled Error back up to the couch, laying the blanket on his lap instead of bundling him up again, going to the kitchen to start up on some hot chocolate. Error always liked the food, anything chocolate really, it was like a drug to him at this point. Maybe it would cheer him up, with a bit of whipped cream and carmel draped over the top? Yeah. That sounded nice. Ink decided to make himself a mug as well, his stomach tightening from his lack of food all week.
He walked back to the couch after about 10 minutes, sighing in relief at the sight. Error had his knitting needles in his hands, strings wrapped in his fingers, making a pattern as he pulled and looped the thread. His body still looked tired, but at least he could move his fingers. At least he had the motivation to do something he loved again.
The cup of coco was set on the living room table, which was piled up with papers and art supplies, but the painter moved all that to the side, careful not to knock anything over. He was surprised that Error didn't rip up his project or destroy it as he usually did, but he could tell now wasn't the time to bright up work stuff.
Error didn't touch the coco. Not that it was stubborn and didn't want Inks help, mostly because he was too caught up in relaxing himself in his strings of fabric, letting the clock tick away. No words were exchanged, only the small background noise as Ink clicked the TV on to listen to, grabbing his notebook as well, starting to doodle things in it. It was a comfortable silence. No one moved to get away, no one bickered or screamed, the two skeletons just needed eachother right now to let the other know everything was okay, everything was normal again. In all due time, it would be, including fights and battles, the war still ranging on. But for now, it was too late to care about those things. The ticking was all that they needed to feel at peace again, relaxing in eachothers presence, letting the night soothe their souls as they enjoyed eachothers company once again
while a lot of what I draw is Undertale, I do have other franchises I find interesting to draw from, one of them being Splatoon. So one day I decided it would be a fun idea to draw my version of Agent 3 and agent 8.
While I know that in the official trailer cannon, from what I can tell, Agent 3 is generally considered to be a girl Inkling, I was introduced to this Agent though by Chuggaaconroy, a Nintendo game youtuber, and he showed me Agent 3′s journey as a male inkling. Because of this I personally like to think, thanks to Chugga, that Agent 3 is a somewhat serious, calm, as well as caring and helpful Inkling who is also a slightly forgetful. I imagine he works his hardest to master all the weapons he can as well as push himself as far as he can in anything he does meaning that until he gets it done to his standards he won't stop trying to get it done right or at least that is how I see him. I also think he would stare at something he can't explain or figure out for a while just to solve the dilemma.
Agent 8 though I was introduced to as the Female, witch is cannon, when I think of her though my mind falls to Viantastic’s Bridget. An Agent that is serious but has some quirks that make her seem very childish. Even still is very smart and strong and survived through all the disasters that have and will continue to come her way.
Ok, so, just watched the season 4 specials, and wow that is a ride.
I'm not going to spoil what happened, but I want to talk about something at the end that i believe links into who the next "big bad guy"(s) is/are.
So, potential spoiler warning, go watch the specials and come back here once your done!
What I am referring to specifically is this image and something Wukong said.
Now, lets get down to business.
During the final confrentation Wukong said something to Azure that could only mean one thing to me. He basically implied he killed Azure back in the past.
But, if that was the case, there is no way Azure should be top side. And unlike my belief that Wukong didn't kill Mac, in this case, I have to believe Wukong killed Azure. Wukong's confusion and questions along with Azure's own recognition that something is wrong and that he was used can only point to the lion's death.
But if that is the case, how was he top side? How did he escape the Diyu?
This will not surprise anyone who has read the journey to the west, the source material for a lot of the Lego Monke Kid past and characters, but, only one person ever went into the Diern and escaped back to the mortal coils. And that was the Monkey King, as shown in Mac's explanation of Wukong's past.
And this vissage looks strikingly familiar to the temple we see at the end, to the point it has to be the same place. Plus some of the individuals who were in the scene were interacting with more pieces of the scroll that was used, specifically referring to it as the "scroll of memories".
The backstory imagery, Wukongs statement of Azure being dead, as well as this scene linking the scroll back to this place can only point to one thing for me.
The Diyu's 10 kings are the next bad guy.
That place can only be the Diyu, the image is shown when Mac is referring to Wukong's travels into the realm of the dead and removing his name from the leger. And with Azure being dead and the scroll seemingly being the property of the Diyu, and the Diyu being damb spiteful about keeping it's souls in the land of the dead unless they reincarnate there is no way of any of this happening unless the 10 kings set this up. They let Azure out of the Diyu with the scroll in hopes of achieving something.
And based on Azure's almost continuous hate and desire to kill Wukong till Wukong pointed out the problem the only reason I can think they would do it is exactly that they wanted Azure to kill Wukong.
It makes sense after all, the 10 kings were humiliated by Wukong in the original story and they likely would have wanted to get back at Wukong. But why now? Why over likely 1000 years later? Well, part of it likely relates to Wukong trashing the place and it taking them time to get the place back in order. The other reason, I think, relates to them thinking Wukong would be weak enough for Azure to take him down. We all remember how beat up and drained Wukong was for all of season 3, and while time had likely passed between seasons 3 and 4 it probably wasn't a lot of time. So, maybe once the 10 kings got word of what happened they searched for a soul to use to achieve their goal, kill Sun Wukong.
I don't think they expected their plan to go so far off the rails and almost destroy the universe, but I am positive they wanted Wukong dead.
So, I expect season 5 will either be the group having to protect Wukong from even more of his old enemies trying to kill/kidnap him, or having to rescue Wukong again, this time from the Diyu.
I can't be sure though, and if this all is the case that they were trying to kill Wukong, it is entirely possible my believe Wukong didn't kill Mac is wrong and the Diyu was trying to use LBD to get rid of Wukong, potentially multiple times and tried to use Mac as a tool to make it happen!
Also, Mac being so tight liped about what happened to fully push apart Mac and Wukong even now, makes me hope we will see it if/when Wukong and Mac finally fully apologise to each other and start rebuilding their relationship. What wukong did with Mac in the ending scene makes me think Wukong wants to try the two's friendship again, but I can't be sure.
However, I need to ask, what do you all think?
Comment below your thoughts.
This makes me think of all the Pokemon juries I watched take place in the Anime and games. Have to say it feels so nostalgic.
THIS SIGNLE HANDEDLY CURED MY DEPRESSION, CLEARED MY SKIN AND TOLD ME TO HAVE A GOOD DAY
Ok, i love this idea.
Deaf!Marinette AU: Stoneheart - Part 1.
Marinette forgot to set her phone to vibration the previous night, and, since she she's deaf, ended up sleeping through her morning alarm.
Marinette started waking up early as a kid to head to school on her own since it made her feel more "grown up," so her parents don't usually go to make sure she's awake since they're busy with opening up the bakery.
She ends up being extremely late, and only has time to grab the macaroons she had spent hours trying to perfect the previous day, in hopes of having a good start with her classmates.
On her way to school, she sees a man on thr opposite side of the road trying to hurry across the street as a car comes speeding towards him. Without a second thought, she sprints towards him to get him out of harm's way.
Her macaroons are ran over and destroyed, and her pants from the knees down are soaked with water from the rain puddle she had fell into while pushing the man onto the sidewalk.
The elderly man regards her with a face of shock, admiration shinning through. "Are you alright?" He asks and Marinette is barely able to read it from his lips as the adrenaline pounds through her head.
Flashing him a reassuring smile, she motions towards her ear and simply signs, "I'm deaf."
She doubted the man knew Sign considering not many people put in the effort to learn it nowadays, but she hoped he at least understand what she was trying to say, especially since it was one of the better known signs with hearing people.
Marinette was happily suprised whem the man smiled softly at her and responded, "I see. Are you alright then?" His hands moving as he signed back to her.
Marinette was about to respond when her back suddenly straightened and she realized just how late she was - and on her first day too!
After receiving confirmation that the man was fine and helping him retrieve his cane from the road, she hurriedly threw a smile at him from over her shoulder as she ran towards Collège Françoise Dupont.
Wang Fu hummed to himself as he watched the young girl, no older than fifteen, trip her way to school. Yes, he told Wayzz, she would make a very intertesting hero indeed.
Marinette raced through the school halls, taking a moment to catch her breath as she stood outside her classroom.
This would be her second year of high school, and she hoped it was better than the last.
Mme. Bustier, her new teacher, turned her head and smiled at Marinette as she entered the classroom. Marinette had already met with her a few weeks prior with her parents, as Tom and Sabine explained that Marinette would require slightly different teaching methods due to her disability.
Greeting her teacher with a smile, Marinette headed towards one of the seats in the front row, closest to where Mme. Bustier would be teaching.
This was her first year using hearing aids, which meant it was also her first year without an interpreter having to come to class with her. She still wasn't completely used to the devices in her ears, and she stopped wearing her hair up in favor of being able to conceal them.
The noise was startling at first, and it was still a bit overwhelming at times. Marinette only used them when absolutely needed, and had switched them on outside of class.
The loud chattering of her classmates made her wince, but she was also curious to hear what everyone had sounded like. After all, she had known most of these people for years and never heard them speak before. It was almost exciting to guess what they would sound like.
A hand slapping down on her desk made her flinch and she looked up to meet bright blue eyes glaring at her, "Dupain-Cheng!" Chloé sneered at her and Marinette confirmed to herself that, yes, Chloé did sound exactly like she imagined she would. Annoying. "This is my seat!"
Marinette didn't open her mouth to speak, she refused to waste her breath on this. "This is my seat," she signed and Chloé's brow twitched in annoyance.
"How many times do I have to tell you I don't speak jazzhands?" She rolled her eyes dramatically and Marinette felt herseld being shoved out of her seat from the opposite side, Sabrine now sitting where she had been. Pointing at an empty seat next to an unfamiliar face, Chloé glared at her. "You sit there now." She made sure to word it sharply and slowly, unaware Marinette had hearing aids.
Marinette hesitated before deciding it wasn't worth the fight. Chloé had been annoying her since the first year of middle school, there was no point in rebelling now.
A hand reached for Marinette's wrist and she found herself being dragged by the unfamiliar student, all while she glared daggers at Chloé. Marinette tumbled into her seat and received a smile from her deskmate.
"What a snobb," The new student huffed under her breath with an eyeroll. When the girl beside her didn't respond, she spared her a glance to see her staring at her lips with a confused expression on her face.
Marinette flushed. Even with her hearing aids, she was nowhere close having perfect hearing. Loud environments, quiet voices, and hard to understand words made her feel as though she was wearing earplugs instead of hearing aids.
"She's deaf, you dunce!" Chloé shouted with a laugh, causing Marinette to shrink into herself.
Alya blinked in surprise just as Mme. Bustier clapped her hands to gain the class's attention. "Good morning, class! For those who don't yet know me, I am Madam Bustier, your homeroom teacher this year," she smiled at the faces filling the room. "As Chloé had shouted," she sent a warning look at the student, "your classmate Marinette is deaf so please be mindful of that." Oh wow, everyone was looking at her.
She wanted to melt into the ground.
The rest of the class was rather uneventful, with Mme. Bustier explaining the syllabus and having the students introduce themselves. She purposefully skipped over Marinette, which caused the girl beside her to peak up at, as Sabine had informed her that Marinette was not comfortable with verbal communication.
"Ivan! Go to the principal's office," Marinette looked up as she saw her teacher directing her classmate out the door. Snickering filled the room, specifically coming from two classmates, and Marinette was already awaiting the moment she could remove sound from her life again.
"Geez," she heard the girl beside her mutter as the situation unfolded. Their eyes met and she felt her cheeks heat up at the grin directed at her.
Her deskmate flipped through her notebook, a Marvel themed one, and began to scribble on a blank page before shoving it in front of her face.
"Hi! I'm Alya. Looks like we'll be classmates :)"
Marinette felt something spread in her chest as the girl looked at her expecting, smiling widely. She made an effort to talk to me...
Uncapping her pen, Marinette replied on the same page, "Hello, I'm Marinette! It's nice to meet you, Alya. Right now, I'm wearing hearing aids that allow me to understand you for the most part, but I only communicate through Sign and writing."
Alya grabbed the paper, happy that Marinette had replied. "Oh, I don't know Sign Language," she frowned. Then suddenly her eyes held a gleam, "but I can learn! I've always been a fast learner, espeically with languages!"
Before Marinette could swoon over the fact that a girl she had just met, that didn't even know her, declared that she would be learning a brand new language just for Marinette's sake, a sudden shake filled the building.
"That was Ivan's voice, right?" Marinette didn't respond as Alya pulled out her phone, "it's like he's been transformed into a real life supervillain!" She pocketed her phone and turned on her heels to run.
Marinette snatched her wrist, looking at Alya as though she had grown a second head. "Don't look at me like that! Wherever there's a supervillain, there's a superhero close behind! I am not missing this," and with that Marinette was left to stare at her new classmate, someone she was convinced was either fearless or crazy.
After a moment of hearing screams fill the school, Marinette groaned and turned off her hearing aids, slightly more relaxed without the chatter filling her head. Sighing, she sprinted in the opposite direction Alya had, away from the fight amd towards home.
After her parents secured the bakery's door and made sure their daughter was alright, Marinette found herself sitting in front of her computer, watching with a anxious interest as the news reported on the current situation.
Her eyes spotted a black jewelry box sitting on her desk. With red designs and an unique shape, Marinette was certain it wasn't one of hers.
Opening it, Marinette was met with a blinding light of bright red. Wincing, she closed her eyes and tried to process what had just happened.
Blinking her eyes open, she was met with a red and black creature hovering above the box. Large blue eyes stared at her.
Marinette nearly screamed.
The creature came towards her, its mouth moving as it must of been letting out some type of animalistic noise.
It stopped chasing her suddenly and something resembling a pondering look came across its little bug face.
Marinette watched as the - thing - flew to her computer and began to smash itself against her keys.
Marinette had to take a moment to realize it was typing words.
And then another moment to get over her shock.
"Greeting, my name is Tikki. Please allow me to explain."
Marinette took notes as she read through Tikki's explanation, which was surprisingly detailed.
Tikki said that she could understand any language her holder knew, so she turned to her, still off-put by her interesting appearance, and signed, "I'm sorry for freaking out earlier, Tikki. Thank you for your explanation, it was really helpful," she nodded towards the computer and the kwami smiled at her.
"But," her hands paused for a moment and sbe pursed her lips. "I think you're confused. Someone like me, I could never be a superhero - people like me aren't supposed to be heroes." Marinette gave Tikki a sad smile, her hands falling to rest in her lap.
Tikki frowned, confused by her holder's words. No one had ever declined a miraculous before, in fact, some were a bit too excited to be given one.
"But," she began before realizing her mistake, "but Marinette, you're the chosen one. You were selected before you have the heart of the hero. Only you can wield the Ladybug Miraculous."
Marinette sighed as she read the message, about to sign her owm retort when a flash from her phone caught her attention.
"Emergency Warning: Supervillain causing property damage to Collège Françoise Dupont, students indanger."
Marinette felt her heart drop as the video of - Ivan? - played, damaging the field of her high school. That wasn't what caused her emotiom distress, however. No, it was was the shot of Alya being in frame, a worried look on her face as she tried ro duck behind the bleachers and avoid the gravel being thrown around.
Taking a shaky breath, Marinette looked at Tikki, who wore a determined look on her face. Closing her eyes, willing her heartbeat to slow down, she breathed in slowly.
"Tikki, spots on."
Alright! This is the official first part of my deaf Marinette au! It's going to be tagged as "deafbug au," but the name may change later on. Click here to see some background for this au. Feel free to send any asks or comment if you have any questions :)
Edit: part 2 here.
