Goku does not approve of AI fart or AI bros i've seen too much of it on Pinterest, especially DBZ ones-
:D
Excuse me, as I wear my Five shorts, my folded down sexy manly thigh highs, and my umbrella academy tshirt while I sit outside and write more of my Comic Five story and sip on some coffee.
Am I loving my best life?
Well, obviously, yes, yes I am.
Alright an Artemis Fowl AU. I’ve never done one of these before, but here you go.
Artemis becomes an internet meme. Except the moment that blows up is one of the rare moments where he’s completely clueless and it haunts him for the rest life. Like whenever he’s out in public people always recognize him as the, “HuHh?” guy. Or something.
Hope you're all ready to feel powerful on August 25th!
Comic Five can relate!
*puts funko five in his bed drawer
*accidentally closes drawer without thinking
*suddenly remembers five is in his drawer sometime later
*YANKS DRAWER OPEN
HHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
I don't really have a specific image of Foaly in mind when I read Artemis Fowl, but simultaneously I absolutely imagine Weird Al from the Foil video
Was this considered an unpopular opinion?
Sometimes I will refer to artemis as a privileged rich asshole and yknow? I'm right. He grew up wealthy.
Yes, he had a shitty childhood of bad parenting negligence and forced maturity, but never lacked basic necessities to affect his childhood and was extremely privileged due to that.
And because of this he doesn't understand struggles that characters like Holly, who grew up in a working class family, face. Artemis says some shitty things to those characters without realizing. He's used to being prioritized first with the attention from the Butlers he gets (his employees) and the child prodigy status that makes him untouchable.
To summarize, yes, you're right that he had garbage for parents and suffers from trauma. But that doesn't make him 100% redeemable: characters can be flawed, and one of Artemis' is his privileged upbringing and mindset.
My pronouns are she/her and this blog is for whatever I feel like :) Currently Trials of Apollo lives rent free in my head.
