More bugs! Bigger bugs!
As with the last lot these are around 1:1 scale. I figured out how to annotate them but just in case in descending order we have: Atlas moth (Attacus atlas), White witch (Thysania agrippina) or ghost moth, Comet moth (Argema mittrei) or Madagascan moon moth, and Queen Alexandra’s birdwing (Ornithoptera alexandrae).
While reference hunting for the birdwing I found out that apparently due to their habit of hanging out at very high altitude specimens could only be obtained using small shot guns, and as such intact ones are highly valued!
