I used to spend so much of my time thinking about you. I was convinced that I could fix us. That I could figure out where we went wrong and make everything okay again. I wanted everything to go back to the way it was before we became such different people. But we both changed; there’s no denying it. We are still in each other’s lives, but in a new way now, a less involved way, but still some sort of way. And I’m accepting it. I don’t mind it so much anymore. I will be okay eventually. Change is good.

The Beauty of Moths is Captured Under a High Resolution Scanner by Jim des Rivieres
Since 2002 photographer Jim des Rivieres has worked with a series of images of moths and butterflies local to the Ottawa area, photographed with a high-resolution flatbed camera.
Impressively real, the artist’s prints have a 3D quality, which demand attention. The texture and every fine detail of the insects is seen under the black background. Its delicate antennas, bodies and perfectly symmetrical wings are exposed for inspection. Featuring moths such as the Luna Moth and the Virgin Tiger moth among many others, he captures the obscure beauty of one of nature’s most dainty and ephemeral creatures.
Rarely seen by the average person in such detail, Des Rivieres gives us access to their sublime beauty. You can find the high-resolution photographs in his Etsy shop.

The reason I like reading a book in one day is because I love watching people look at the size of the book in pure horror and then back at me like I just became terrifying in their eyes
Hello guys!
I have another App Recommendation: The Hemingway Editor.
This is a web app that helps you with the structure of your text. I used it for my paper on police brutality but you can also use it for fictional texts etc.
The features of the app can help you structure your text by highlighting:
sentences that are very / hard to read
phrases which have simpler alternatives
adverbs
passive voice
Using short and simple sentences helped me with structuring and creating a clearer course of my arguments.
I hope this helps you guys.
Happy Writing!
I grew up as a “gifted” kid and exceeded in every subject. Now, when I’m stuck on something, I have no idea how to study because I never learned when I was younger. I never developed study habits either and this screwed me up so much in high school and college.
I’ll be honest: I really just picked this book because the cover is amazing. Although this beautiful, intricately stamped copy of The Story of the Volsungs and Niblungs was published in 1870, it looks almost new!
this is my grasp of how football works: two teams of men want the ball very badly but are incapable of sharing it. one team attempts to deliver the ball to their holy ground while the other attempts to prevent this. occasionally an evil man will appear and speak curses to the men, causing them grief and dishonor
