As an Earthling, can I ask what you're plans are for our planet and us after you find X? Just asking because we're pretty dark and cold... and we miss our moon. Are you gonna bring our planet back?

I think what I find interesting about your Uranus and Earth travel together AU is the fallout I imagine happening.

Jupiter: "Uranus, we need to tal- WHY DO YOU HAVE EARTH WITH YOU?!"

Uranus: "He wanted to come with."

Jupiter: "...Oh, Sun is so gonna kill you."

The most funny part is that, in this specific au, since Earth already found him, Caelus would be much more aware of his surroundings, so he'd make it 10x more difficult for Jupiter to find him, since he is specifically avoiding being found.

So, by the time Jupiter finds them(if he does :)) They will be very, very far.

Caelus: And what is the Sun going to do? We're not even going back!

In both Uranus and Earth development as characters, we can see that they have a lot of paralells. Both seek validation and acceptance from the others, but they have opposite circunstances.

-The Earth has the attention of the others, has always recived validation. But that validation is considered conditional(at the very least, he believes so) on the fact thet he is the only planet with Life. So he perfects his charade and acts above others as a way to not lose this validation and power, as as he believes he will lose everything he has the moment he becomes unhabitable. That was—partly, there were other factors into play— what caused the moon revolution, as he felt threatened that, if Titan had life too, he would lose value to everyone.

Personally, I don't think it's just Theia that made him have such a need for being the planet with Life, that made him stay with it even after everything. Maybe it was a initial factor, but it wouldn't have gotten so bad that he believes he would stop being someone special—in the way someone can be to the others— as soon as he lost it.

Uranus, on the otherhand, feels a lack in validation. Ever since he was given his name, he felt like a joke to the others, and searched to be able to be as close to others as he could. His character has made a lot of mistakes—All have, honestly— but it seems all to build down on his lack of self-steem and crave for positive attention. But honestly, I don't think that even if he gets some positive attention he will believe it's genuine, just another joke or pity.

It was easy for him to be manipulated and baited by the new name, because he believed that things would be better for him after that, the he would get the validation he wants after it. But it just made him commit more and more bad decisions, that left him frustated and made him wish to leave the system with the one person he falt validated with. But I hope he eventually learns to love himself the way he is, same for Earth. Dunno if he will stay with the name Caelus, but for now it feels appropriate to call him that, especially since it is an important arc of character development that he is having.

That's my opinion on the characters, at least.

Personally, I'm not a fan of Saturn in general, but I love Uranus/Caelus, he is such a cool planet!!

I made the middle part as a reference as to how Uranus feels cast in Saturn shadow, just as a joke to the system.

(I never understood the joke, really. Why would Ura even care about earthlings enough to be bothered by what one of their languages interpret his name? Oh well.)

CERES!!!!

More information about my toughts and hcs on Ceres after the cut!

I like their character a lot! Ever since their first appearence in the show I've been wanting to see more of them, how he interacts with the other characters and all that!

Ceres has also been my favorite swarf planet for a long time, ever since I learned about their existence, actually. I honestly find their situation kinda worse than Pluto's, because he was classified as a planet, then demoted to an asteroid!!! And only became a dwarf planet because of Pluto and Eris.

Now to headcanons:

-Has been isolated in the asteroid belt for a long time. In the past, Proto, Pallas and Vesta used to be Ceres' friends, with Proto visinting the asteroid belt a lot in the past(especially since he didn't really care abot life), and Pallas and Vesta since be sentient asteroids. But after Pallas and Vesta went dormant and the collision happened, Ceres was left alone.

-Since they were alone for so long, they didn't really have to talk to anyone. So their voice is rough from lack of use!

-Sun, Theia, Proto and Jupiter were the only ones that knew about Ceres outside of the asteroid belt. Only Proto actually talked to them, though.

-The asteroid belt is the division between the inner system and the outer system, but Ceres believes to be a part of the inner system! Especially because they are wary of Jupiter. But does not leave the belt to visit the imner system because of the big shiny light that throws solarflares when mad.

-Was very happy when Mars visited, but being alone for so long does not hone your social skills. Threw the asteroid back to Mars in hopes that by being nice he would come back! And maybe bring his friends next time.

-Believes that Proto(Earth) cannot visit them because of Theia(Luna), since in the past she would try to keep the rockies in their orbits and away from asteroids to develop... something Ceres can't remember.

-Thinks of Charon like a big sister! Not really aware why Pluto does not seem to like them, though.

-Still would like to know more about the inner system, anyways. And the moons that they met at the moon revolution (Callisto and Io)

Now about their humanoid design.

- Long and slightly messy hair, since they haven't cut it for a long time.

-In all my drawings, I try to give them a necklace to signify what they irbit, it usually can't be taken off, but is not indestructible. Ceres' broke off a long time ago, and that is a problem, since a planet could just go and claim Ceres by putting their own necklace on them. Charon requested a new one for them!

-Their clothing is made of asteroids, as other materials come from Earth and are also usually requested, and Ceres did not have a messenger nor would risk the wrath of the Fire Ball.

I have a lot of aus with Ceres on them!! I like them very much.

I feel like they would have a nice friendship since X spent a lot of time away from the system, and I think Earth would love to talk with the new planet!

Arc-1

Caelus.

This is a character sheet for Caelus in the Earth-leaves-with-him au (Pls give name suggestions!!)

-He talks a lot with the sleeping form of Earth, mostly nonsense. Yet in moments of weakness, he talks about his fears and insecurities, about what made him leave. It's not like Earth can hear him, right?

-He is even more resigned to leave the solar system than in the show. If even the planet that is considered the pride of the system was able to ran away this far without anyone stopping him, maybe the system is really broken.

-He tries his best to keep Earth at his side and in front of him. He is scared if accidentally making Earth his moon, even if it would be easier to carry him in such a way.

-The Earth is still cold, but Uranus' magic keeps him from completely freezing over. For now, his average temperature is about 1° Celsius.

-There is canon divergence from before Earth and Uranus meet.

Right now, he is open to Q&A if you wish to ask anything about him!(Motivations, what he likes to do, how is he doing, etc!)

Since ya'll liked my Ceres post so much...

Proto Earth and Proto Ceres!!!

Little facts about them:

-They were best friends in the past! Most of the old rockies wouldn't really approach Proto-Earth, due to a long rivalry he had with Theia (Nobody really wanted to pick sides, but Theia was Mars' and Venus' best friend, and everyone liked Proto Venus and Mars)

-Proto was very protective of Ceres, an older brother kind of vibe;

-Ceres did not like Theia, nor did Theia like Ceres. Mutually assured dislike.

-Not referenced in this drawing, but Ceres, Pallas and Vesta liked to pick asteroids and make little acessories for Proto to use. Proto loved those... Most got destroyed, though. Not all by the collision.

(The Earth still has one of those that he found around in his orbit, he keeps it guarded in a locked in a locket. He doesn't know why, but it seems special, somehow.)

-The first two to ever play asteroid dodgeball.
