Lilith’s Life

Appearance

Lilith appears to be a thin pale woman with long pale hair and a set of white wings. She has an off the shoulder floor length dress with puffy sleeves. She was often seen smiling.

Personality

Lilith is hinted to be very playfully and sometimes painfully blunt—When she first met Michael she compared him to a jellyfish which upset him and got her in trouble. She was spoiled by her brothers who completely adored her but she was especially close with Belphegor and Beelzebub who she was almost never seen apart from.

Belphegor notes that when Lilith got mad about something it was hard to snap her out of it, she was also easily scared. As described by Mammon she was very cute and mischievous.

She enjoyed playing hide and go seek and liked visiting the human world with Belphegor. She fell in love with a human, so much so that she’d risk facing the ultimate punishment to save his life.

MC is often described as being very similar to Lilith so it can be assumed Lilith’s personality is also similair.

Lilith’s Life & Legacy

Lilith, like all angels was created by her father, God. She was the youngest of the seven siblings. She became very close to Belphegor and Beelzebub and was almost never seen without them. Lucifer and her other brothers loved her very much even though she sometimes gave Lucifer trouble.

Lilith spent her days happily with her brothers on picnics, playing hide and seek, and flllwing her brothers around. One day she decided to visit the human world with Belphegor and fell in love with it.

Lilith continued visiting the human world without permission and met a human man she fell for. She kept her celestial origins a secret and they presumably were courting.

At one point Lucifer visited the human world to see what kind of man this human was and was relieved when he saw he appeared to be a kind man.

One day the human man was overcome with an incurable illness. Out of desperation to save the man she loved, Lilith stole fruit from the tree of life to save him. For an angel to alter a human’s life span is forbidden, what she did was immediately found out and she was brought before the seraphs (presumably) to hear their judgment.

Lucifer was unable to stop the verdict and Lilith was sentenced: to be wiped from existence (OG game), have her wings taken from her and cast into the darkness to wander for eternity and never be reborn (Nightbringer)

Lucifer had already had thoughts of leaving the celestial realm but with this verdict he and his brothers decided they couldn’t sit back and let that happened and Lucifer began the war. Lucifer did not insist his brothers follow him into battle but they did so anyway for Lilith’ sake.

It’s not clear if Lilith was imprisoned and later freed, but she did take part in the war.

On the day of the fall a spear was aimed at her at the same time Belphegor was targeted, Beelzebub could only save one and chose Belphegor. He described Lilith having terror and sadness in her eyes as she was struck (implied to be her wing that was hit) and they all fell.

Bleeding and unable to use her wings to save her, Lilith fell to the Devildom. As an angel it wasn’t the fall that nearly killed her but the celestial weapon combined with the Devildom air in her weak state. Lilith did not turn into a demon when she fell as she was meant to die.

Lucifer found her and pledged his loyalty to Diavolo to save her in time. Diavolo risked war to save Lilith by having her reborn as a human. In the game it’s not specified if he simply altered her genetics and erased her memories and sent her back to the human world or if he had her reincarnated, but in the comics it is shown Lilith was turned into an infant and literally reborn.

Not much is known about what happened to Lilith after this. She had no memory of being an angel, of the war, and of her dear family. Since we do not know in the game if she was still grown and able to reunite with her love we don’t know if she ended up with him in the end; however she would fall in love and marry and have at least one child. She is stated to have had a long and happy life as a human.

Upon her death, Lilith remembered everything, about her brothers, being an angel, the war, and Lucifer’s sacrifice for her. Lilith did not go into the light, instead she stayed behind to watch her brothers as a spirit. She stayed for so long that she forgot how to go to the light and waited for an opportunity to say goodbye though she didn’t have the strength.

In the game, Lilith is able to use some power to send a RAD application profile of MC to Lucifer’s feet by having the window fly open. Lucifer chose MC for this reason and Lilith was able to use her descendant to help her brothers. MC would have visions of Lilith’s life including Lucifer’s final words to her, they repeated these words to Lucifer to prove they were Lilith’s descendant.

Lilith thanks MC for their help and is able to move on.

In the comics, MC uses some of their power to have Lilith appear before the brothers one last time so they can say proper goodbyes before she finally ascends into the light.

Summary

Some may criticize Lilith for what happened in the wake of her actions to save her love. But who can really blame her? She fell in love with someone, she’d do anything for them, she’d die for them and she did. In desperation to save her love, she did not think about the consequences and even if she had, I can’t imagine she’d have thought her brothers would start a war.

Lilith’s death severely traumatized her brothers but this wasn’t something she could prevent, she was shot and unable to use her wings to save herself. After her death she watched over them and lead MC to them to save them from their pain and help them bond.

Lilith’s legacy includes her descendants who all had angel blood through her but no one was able to use these powers (presumably) until MC made pacts with power demons.

In the end, Lilith’s legacy is MC, a human who is pivotal in uniting the three worlds all because of Lilith’s love and ultimate sacrifice for someone she loved.

SUMMARY: You receive unsigned letters on Valentines Day. They might be love letters but at Night Raven College, you can never tell. A.K.A Leona Kingscholar is bad at love letters.

You open the door, the whole building shakes a little. You're unfazed to the shakiness of Ramshackle at this point.

You were about to take a step forward when you noticed a letter on your doorstep. You pick it up curiously and you're about to open it when…you shove it in your pocket.

"Grim, hurry up! Let's go!" You shout, beginning to briskly walk to the gates. No way, this was NRC. You wouldn't open this in front of Ramshackle. Knowing the guys here, it could totally be a prank and having Ramshackle be blown up would be inconvenient.

"Fygaa, got it, got it! Stop rushing me dazo!" Grim grumbles, bounding after you. He walks besides your heels as he scratches at the choker. 

You can't help but feel a little dread in your stomach as you approach the main street. After all, it's February 14th. 

Valentines day.

Upon showing up in Twisted Wonderland and meeting some of the guys at NRC, you knew you were doomed to be alone on this day from the very start. As attractive as some of the guys were, they were also absolute brats and no way would they ever be interested in you.

Perfect was just a title. You are just some magicless human. 

Considering NRC was an all-boys school, it wouldn't be strange to maybe see a few gay couples. But if you factor in the environment… You doubt anyone here would partake in what they'd consider to be 'mushy behavior'.

You take a deep breath and enter the main street. You blink. Everything is decorated with hearts and pink. It looks like Heartslabyul vomited everywhere.

"It's really tacky, isn't it, [Name]?" An arm is suddenly on your shoulders as a weight leans down on you. "Did Heartslabyul decorate?" You asked Ace curiously. 

"Yeah, we spent all morning and yesterday decorating. Cater probably posted all those pictures already on his magicam…" Deuce sighed. "Did Ace give you any chocolates?" You suddenly ask. 

"What?" He looks confused while Ace is frantically shaking his head. "No way! Why would I ever give this idiot chocolates?! I-I don't like him like that!" He screeches, face red. "Oho! So you admit you like him? Are you finally accepting the fact that you're perhaps…good pals?!" You snicker loudly upon catching him.

"Nyahaha! Your face is so red dazo!" Grim joins in, laughing at the duo. "Ugh, shut up, you stupid cat! You can't even eat chocolate!" Ace scowls. 

"Oi, who're you calling a cat dazo?!"

"Oh, speaking of chocolates!" Deuce snaps, the topic having easily flown past him. "Trey wanted us to give this to you for him." He went through his blazer pocket, taking out a little box. 

You take it from him and shake it curiously. It sounds like their are tiny items inside. Sweets from the baker no doubt. "Nice, thank him for me if you see him." You smile, pocketing the gift along with the letter. 

"Ooh! Food! Was that food dazo?! I want it!" Grim perks up at the smell. "It's for later. Maybe if you behave, I'll give you one." You hope it isn't chocolate for Grim's sake. 

"Oh, henchman! What was that letter earlier by the way dazo?" You deadpanned. Grim had seen it earlier? You brace yourself with a sigh. 

"Aha! What is this?! The perfect got a love letter, hm?" Ace smirks. "Whoa, so does that mean a student on campus likes you?" Deuce gasps.

"I guess I can open it now. I really doubt anyone does." You shrug. If it blows up in your face, you're blaming Ace for it. They hold their breaths in anticipation as you open the letter. 

It simply says in neat handwriting,

Be prepared.

You gulp. You wait. It does not blow up. "That's…Is that a threat?" Deuce frowns. "Fygaa?! What d'they think they're doing threatening my henchman dazo?!" Grim growls.

"Bahaha! No guy would ever write a love letter to you!" Ace bursts into laughter. 

"No one even sent any chocolates to you, Ace!" 

"No, Trey actually made us chocolates too!"

You argue the rest of the way until you make it to class. You freeze upon entering the classroom. There, right there.

On your desk is another card. Ace bursts into more laughter while Deuce looks mildly concerned. 

"Is somebody following you…?"

I think I might just start posting stuff on Ao3 before Tumblr? Just because Ao3 is easier to access and post stuff on the go. Also, I’m just more familiar with Ao3 :)

SUMMARY: You think about the identity of your possible...admirer. Or is this all a cruel prank? You best keep your guard up at NRC after all!

"Food dazo!" Grim cheerfully leapt forward. He hops onto your desk, tail swaying as he picks up a pouch. 

"Uh…" You could only mumble. You weren't quite sure what to do with this information. Was somebody threatening you by sending you these ominous letters or…? Nope, it was a good idea to just shut down that idea completely. Falling for any of the pretty boys here was going to be a bad idea. One that you'd regret so badly. 

You really couldn't help yourself though. 

"Open it, open it!" Ace urges him excitedly. Grim pulls open the pouch. "Hearts…?" Deuce looks from above, confused. "Haha, somebody's got a secret crush on you!" The red head begins laughing even harder. 

"Candy! Don't mind if I do dazo!" Grim pops one in his mouth. "What if it was poisoned, Grim? You can't just put random stuff in your mouth!" You scold him, taking the pouch from him. "Fygaa! You think it's poisoned?! Ack-" Grim's eyes widened in disgust as he tries to cough it out. You try to help to no avail and he simply swallows it. 

"Tastes pretty good dazo!" 

"Candy hearts for the prefect? I think someone has a little crush on them!" Ace teasingly comments. "Shut up, do we really need everyone to know?" You huff, a blush slightly creeps up your face. It's embarrassing! What did the gifter think they were doing? 

You look around the class to stare down any eavesdroppers. As soon as they realized you were looking at them, they quickly looked away. Huh. Usually, they'd snicker in response. They didn't have the decency to even pretend they weren't listening because they knew. What could you even do against them? 

Either they finally realized your might or it was the person behind the letter and candy. You don't know if the thought relieved you or just made you more wary of the gifter.

"Hey, you. Did you see who put this here?" You decide to ask a classmate. He's a Savanaclaw member and it's obvious even without the arm band. 

He looks like a deer caught in the light for a while before his expression snaps into a glare. "No, I don't have to say anything!" He growls at you. You blink and just turn around. 

Your other classmates look jittery and nervous as they try to look anywhere but you. 

"Is it just me or is the class acting strange?" Deuce whispers. "I bet they know something about this but we're threatened to keep hush. Ooh, what if your admirer is someone powerful?" Ace theorizes with a grin. "As long as they give me food, they can have [Name] dazo." Grim nodded. 

"Grim! I can't believe you'd sell me out like that! If someone gave me stable living conditions and some love, I'd leave you too!" You gasp, pretending to be offended. 

You are sweating bullets. You hope Ace isn't right. He's usually not right anyway, right? You reassure yourself.

"Puppies, settle down! Class is starting." With professor Crewel's entrance, everyone quickly takes a seat and the room falls silent. During his lesson, you play with the strings of the pouch in your pocket.

You try to imagine who this admirer could be. Was it somebody you knew? If it wasn't, was this some cruel prank? And if it isn't a prank…there's a certain charm to a random stranger falling in love with you. 

Would he be as bold as Ace? As compassionate as Deuce? As cheerful as Cater? Maybe perhaps as strict as Riddle or even as caring as Trey? 

You just hoped this admirer didn't have the worst traits of them all. Knowing your luck, they really might. You racked your head, trying to think of more possibilities as to who this could be. You didn't really think it was in line with what you knew them to be to do this. 

By the time you start focusing on the lesson again, it's already over. You blink and shake your head. Oh no, you hope you didn't miss anything important. You'd just ask Ace or Deuce later. 

You head to your next period after that. It isn't until lunch that you finally get the chance to read that card. It's simplistic but you get the feeling it's quite expensive. You're so confused.

You pass Grim the pouch of candy hearts after you check if it's poisoned or cursed. He munches on them while you all walk to the cafeteria. The halls are weirdly devoid of students, only a few students still loitering around. It made sense since it was lunch time but there tended to be more people outside. 

"Ugh, I'm going to get mugged or something while walking home today." You groan. "Don't worry, the Great Grim will protect his henchman dazo!" Grim proclaims proudly with a grin. You smile. "Do you need me to walk you home, [Name]?" Deuce asks, cracking his knuckles with a dark look. "You triggered his bad boy switch." Ace accuses you with a frown. 

"Knock it off, you jerk-"

"It's okay, I'll be studying in the library after school anyway. You guys can watch Grim for me, right?" 

"Oh, su-" Ace claps a hand over his mouth, leaning forward. Upon seeing his eager face, you sigh and roll your eyes. 

"What do you want?"

"So, I heard today there's this super popular bakery in town that comes to promote themselves once every month." Somehow you already have a bad feeling of where this was going.

"Ah, I remember Cater mentioning that! They sell our real quick, right? I saw the picture of the egg salad sandwich he posted." Deuce adds excitedly, pulling Ace's hand away from him.

"So?" 

"Get us the deluxe menchi katsu sandwich!"

Synopsis: you find Idia gaming late at night when he should be sleeping. Again.

A/n: going with the little text let’s goooo (I just think it looks nice :D), but anyway, this one’s kinda everywhere it feels, which I think I like. I think I’ve been very straightforward with a lot of my fics, but I really wanted to have this one be a bit… looser you know? That of course is why I made a boob joke. Totally not cause I have the humor of a 10 year old. Definitely not.

You left the room… for five minutes… five whole minutes, to pee, and what happens? Your Gacha addicted boyfriend started booting up his computer to wish for some character. You groaned as you rested on the doorway, for a moment, silently wishing he would just… sleep. You and ortho have tried, multiple times to get Idia back on a semi normal sleep schedule, and yet… he refuses. This time you’re especially annoyed because you both have a huge test tomorrow. Like mega grade impacting test.

You walk over to Idia who is too focused his game to notice you, mumbling to himself about something. “The fuck are you doing?” Your voice echos through the room, along with a scream from Idia, as he practically jumps out of his chair. Thankfully he catches himself as to not land on the floor. “Jesus how were you so quiet…” he mumbled, trying to calm himself down from the literal heart attack you just gave him.

Idia now realizes his mistake. “Uh… I thought you were asleep.” Clearly a lie from him. You always stuck very close to each other in your sleep, you basically had to pry him off of you just so you could pee. You let out an unamused grunt, and you turn him around him his chair so he faces you. “And I thought you’d be asleep not playing… what is this…???” You say looking at his screen.

“It’s starlight fuse, you play as characters that you obviously wish for since it’s a Gacha game, but you can fuse different characters together to make a better, stronger character!” He says as his hair starts turning red. You look back at his screen as he’s talking and say, “why are their tits so big?” Which makes Idia backtrack a bit. Stuttering, and fumbling over his words, and you just stare at him, an eyebrow raised at his response. “Anyway cup sizes aside” You walk over to the bed and sit down.

“Idia you gotta sleep.” You put your hands over your face, exhausted and frustrated. Both you and ortho just wanna make sure he isn’t purely surviving on caffeine, and an hour of sleep when he has a test that could impact his grade tremendously the next day. Idia gave a guilty look, but nodded his head, shutting off his computer, and walking over to the bed where you sit. “Hey how about tomorrow though we pull an all nighter?” You say smiling down at him where he’s laying down.

He turns around to give you his signature scheming smile, but it has a softness to it that makes you… question, and have butterflies rushing through your stomach. You lay down beside him, and move his head onto your chest where you can play with his glowing hair. “I’m surprised your hair doesn’t burn me… or the dorm down.” You mumble jokingly, sort of to yourself. Idia hums in response, as you fiddling with his hair has made him already grow drowsy. You think how lucky you are… to finally find something that makes Idia fall asleep, your chest, and playing with his hair. And maybe how lucky you are to be dating him but eh, you already knew that.

hi miss raven I have a question to ask. do you know the timeline of each chapters?? like I know the prologue was held at the start of the new academic year, but what about the other chapters? it's been bugging my mind since a long time ago but I just remembered about it😭

The main story gives ample hints that indicate what time of year each episode takes place in! A quick summary for you:

The prologue takes place at the start of a new school year (very late summer, early autumn). We know this because Yuu is isekai’d into Twisted Wonderland around the time of the school entrance ceremony, and due to the timing of the other episodes of the main story.

Episode 1 takes place in early autumn, as we follow the students starting a new semester and getting acclimated to their school lives.

Episode 2 takes place in autumn as well. If I had to put a more specific estimate to it, I would guess October, since this is when many homecoming games in the real world take place (and assuming that the Magift/Spelldrive tournament mentioned in this episode is the TWST equivalent to that).

Episode 3 takes place in late autumn (November) to early winter (December). This is implied via the mention of “final exams” for the semester, as well as Crewel mentioning that people that don’t do well on them will need to take supplemental lessons during winter break.

Episode 4 takes place mid-winter, as Jamil and multiple other characters make explicit mention of winter break, which I assume is the real-world equivalent of that long stretch of no school between Christmas to New Year’s. It being winter break also serves to explain the absence of several characters like Ace and Deuce.

Episode 5 takes place at the start of the New Year and into mid to late winter (January, February). The end of episode 4 has Adeuce mentioning that it’s a new year and a new semester, which means at the earliest, episode 5 opens January 1st. When we factor in the fact that VDC training camp takes place over the course of a month, this brings us roughly into February.

Episode 6 takes place a few days after VDC, as the boys have now been awarded their second place prize money and Crowley mentions calling STYX following Grim’s rock eating incidents; there also appears to be a significant time skip later in the chapter to account for Ramshackle’s renovations (don’t quote me on that second half of the sentence). Sooo let’s just be generous and say that episode 6 takes place over the rest of winter and maybe early spring.

From all of this, we can probably guess that episode 7 will take place squarely in the spring time.
